I often drive to this Mcdonalds for a diet coke lmao. There is quite the consistent line at the drive through late at night. Generally, service is fairly quick and pleasant. The last time I was there I actually went inside for a diet coke. I'm... not quite sure I've gotten anything else at this one hahaha. Don't get me wrong... I'm pretty sure the current food poison symptoms are results of what I had this morning from this McDonalds. Here are the backgrounds: I had a very light and easy dinner last night with nothing that's raw. Woke up feeling energized and ready to go to work. This morning at 5:50am-ish, I ordered a chicken biscuit and a sausage-egg-cheese McGriddle with a large coffee from this McDonald's. Arrived to work at around 6:30am and finished the items by like 7:30am. I even took the time to slowly eat the items. By 1pm, I haven't had any other food besides water. It was also by 1pm, I'm starting to feel the onset of discomfort and queasiness and nauseation. By 1:45pm, I had to start taking Pepto-Bismol. It's current 3:15pm, I'm still taking Pepto Bismol every half hour. I'm almost positive it was what I had this morning from this McDonald's that gave me these symptoms. read more

After finishing our Christmas shopping in the shopping center we were feeling a little hungry for a snack and a McDonald was right there. So they put buns on my order when I ordered no buns. Mistakes happen, and although it took me half an hour round trip to go back, I wasn't mad. But the way it was handled was so poor. They didn't understand what was wrong with it even when I explained that I would eat it if I could, but I'm allergic to the bun. They kept saying "the bun is right there" as if I couldn't see the bun. I had to read the receipt out loud for them to understand. No apology, no "you're welcome" after I thanked him for remaking it. Ehh, it was one of those days. Do not judge me lol Whenever I'm having a bad day/have a killer migraine, I dash to Mickey D's for their Coca Cola! I don't know why but it tastes so different at McDonalds. It's just the right amount of bubbly. I don't order their food very often but this time around I went with a McChicken (no lettuce), a small fry and an apple pie. Amazingly I only spent $4. That always amazes (and scares) me. My McChicken was bomb! It was hot and fresh. As fresh as a McChicken can be. The fries were also piping hot. I was pleasantly surprised. My apple pie on the other hand was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. Through and through, this is a solid McDonalds. Service is always fast. Whether their food is going to be fresh and tasty is hit or miss. It's conveniently located jus a couple minutes from my house so it is my go to when I have a craving. read more

The chicken nuggets are delicious and smell SO GOOD. Even though I rarely eat here, I really love the fries. They are just the right amount of salty and warm. The hashbrowns are very tasty and perfect for a quick breakfast. I usually order the Filet-o-Fish, but I would go more often if they added a veggie burger. This location just got reconstructed, and it looks very modern now. It gets extremely crowded around lunch time because it's right across from a high school. read more

Here are two very helpful tips for this particular McDonald's: train your employees to use the new McDonald's app as well as communicate effectively with your patrons. The new McDonald's app is great. Why? You have access to bogo deals for almost every item on the menu and therefore saves you a lot of money, especially when you're feeding a family. My quip with the staff at this location, is that they don't know how to redeem the digital coupon on my smart phone. As a result, this incompetence has led to numerous occasions of staff overcharging me. It seems like an easy problem to address, but when the staff doesn't understand what you're saying because the patron and the staff member speak two different languages, it compounds the problem even more. What really makes me give this store a less than par rating, is that the staff gets an attitude when you try to explain how they have overcharged you! Had a misfortune of going to this McDonalds today, I needed to have a quick bite before heading back to work. Went in there order 2 chicken sandwiches and a drink. One of my sandwiches was undercooked and had lumps of hard and almost rough rubber like texture. I went up to the counter and wanted to inform the manager that hey this food is not cooked properly. What i was greeted with is a look and attitude that was utterly disrepectful. After showing the manager the tough parts I was told this is fully cooked and nothing seems to be off, and he is starring at me with this blank look as nothing has happened. World's worst McDs. Nobody bothers to change the menu when it should be adjusted. Don't get me wrong, a breakfast platter for dinner has its appeal but not when the staff just hasn't bothered changing the menu all day so you only get one section that you can actually order from unless you've memorized the menu. You also don't get choices on your order because the staff is more interested in getting back to their socializing versus taking an actual order. I've eaten here 99.1 % of the time for breakfast and this is the cleanest and friendliest McD's in the area. Most customers are regulars and there is a rainbow of colors creeds and languages rolling thru store #21080 White Black Chinese and Spanish all congregating and the food is always good fresh hot and quick.
