We were like umm okay. Well after we ordered the food we walked all around the place looking for a table that was clean. Nope, they all were disgusting like really disgusting. The floor was really disgusting and I go to walk into the women's bathroom and the floor was beyond disgusting and had something all over it. I literally almost wiped out, i could hardly even walk without my legs trying to go out from underneath me. I was like ok, im going to try to find one good thing about this visit here... Well, after I said that to myself, I went to go wash my hands and i turned on the sink and the whole faucet moved not just a little bit, but it completely moved and broken. You know how sometimes you can just tell when someone has an attitude before you even talk to them? Well, that is how the workers were. We did have a nice girl help us order the food and clean the table for us but other than that, our experience wasn't that great. Also, the food was not hitting at all. I have never left a bad review because I hate doing that. I try to find the good things and talk about those but there was nothing good from this trip.

The place wasn't packed, but it was fairly busy for the middle of the afternoon which tells me that this place probably does a really good business. Juan Pablo and Julietta were really helpful and friendly. They definitely made the customers feel welcome. Although it is a quick serve restaurant, the ambience is really cool. It does not feel like fast food nor does it taste like that. If you are looking for something that is just a little bit different this might be your place. If someone is not adventurous enough to try the Colombian options, they can definitely order the burgers.

I was told it would be a 15 minute wait on what I ordered cool whatever that's why I came inside but then the girl who took my order went to the back at the 15 min mark and I heard her ask why haven't you dropped the chicken yet? I've never ever had an experience like this and it's quite crazy how these girls in here don't care. It's currently 7:30pm I paid at 7 on the dot. I will say I've been entertained by staff cursing each other out, sarcastically saying if the manager was here she wouldn't be happy, staff talking about people in the drive thru who are upset about their orders and the wait time. One girl she was heavy set with black and green long curly braids said well she can wait for 1,000 minutes when the person has already been in line for 17 minutes. I ordered two large green beans and two Mac and cheese and the girl in the kitchen told another girl she wasn't making anymore so I'd have to figure something else out. ( I swear the more I pray for patience God truly sends a test bc excuse me!?! ) I got a container and a half of green beans no Mac and cheese.
