This is best run fast food place, place is clean and staff is friendly. Meal is up to the standard that one expected. But, impressed me the most is how often and how clean it is. We go to this place on Saturday morning, it is always full of people. Highly recommend. read more

How can a mcdonald's be run so badly? First off, they don't have any chicken today. Ok no big deal. I ordered a happy meal and a number 9. Been waiting for over 20 min and my food isn't ready. And also the dining room is freezing cold. read more

Solid stop when you just need something quick. Service was smooth, order came out right, and everything tasted like it should. What stood out was the drink sizes -- their "large" is massive, like you could water a plant with it. Medium feels just right if you're not dying of thirst. Wish the sizing was a bit more consistent though; sometimes the "large" coffee isn't as big as the "large" soda. Overall, classic McD's experience -- clean, fast, reliable. Loses a star for the weird cup size game, but still one of the better fast-food chains for quick caffeine or fries fix. read more

It took 30 minutes for this order... while I watched them print this ticket and put it aside and forget about it while making six other orders after mine. Some people have multiple jobs and come here because they're one of the few 24/7 spots. Used to love coming here anytime of day or night because of the service. But people play too much... what is someone supposed to think when you chismis about them while you make their food? read more

Always fast drive thru! I wish they didn't have to update their McDonald's app a lot because I want to use my app for deals but whenever I do, I always have to update my app or the app doesn't work! I always get the hot and spicy chicken with fries and it's so good! Good for a quick fast food meal to eat and cheaper than others! Fries are always cooked crispy and not soggy! Friendly staff too! Cleanest kept McDonald's I've seen! I like how they updated the inside! Overall always a good experience! I would recommend! read more

1101 Triton Dr Foster City, CA 94404 May 28, 2024 was National Hamburger Day, so I stopped at this McDonald's to enjoy my all time favorite burger.....The Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese! My job finished up in Foster City, and I went thru the drive-thru before getting on the San Mateo Bridge to head home. It was about 9:20pm, place was pretty quiet. It's a newly remodelled McDonalds (McD). Looked very clean and modern. The drive-thru is in the back and has dual menu boards. I ordered: - Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese, Grade (4/5), $5.29 - Large Fries, Grade (4/5), $4.19 Service, Grade (4/5): Service was fairly good considering the food was cook to order. I did "tap to pay" and the cashier smiled and thanked me. The server offered me ketchup, but no napkins. Large Fries were hot, fresh and lightly salted. Their large fries is an actual large fries, with the red cardboard sleeve. This is rare nowadays. Some places serve a small or medium fries as a large fries. Good value. Quarter Cheese- Good, hot and juicy. Too much onions, and over seasoned with salt. Not too greasy, good burger. Overall, a good experience. I would return! read more

Stopped by the McDonald's drive-thru and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and efficient the whole experience was. The line looked a bit long at first, but it moved steadily, and the staff kept everything flowing without any unnecessary delays. My order was taken clearly, and the team repeated it back to make sure everything was accurate. From payment to pickup, the process was smooth and organized. The food came out fresh, correctly packed, and the staff at the window were friendly and professional. It's exactly the kind of fast, reliable service you hope for when you're on the go and just need a quick meal. Solid experience and consistently dependable. read more

Fast, clean, and friendly. Everything a McDonald's is supposed to be. Using the mobile app makes the drive through a breeze.

Worst one ever! I always placed mobile order ahead of time to Mcdonald's at many different locations, this is the ONLY ONE that cannot get the order together no matter what time of the day. I ordered it 3x, each time, I have to wait another 10 minutes at the parking lot. What's wrong with this location? read more

Convenient McDonalds in Foster City next to 92, Hillsdale Blvd, and Foster City Blvd. Food comes out fast after ordering on the app. There was a 50cent double cheeseburger promotion on the app last time we went. Hands down the worst mcdonald's! Their foods usually undercooked. Lukewarm. Or they're going to mess up your order. James was awesome ! I didn't know how to use the mobile app, and felt embarrassed struggling to use it. The food is good, me and my co workers come here on our lunch break during work. There can be a wait sometimes though.

I went today I rodent through the drive thru and the cashier or whoever was in the window told me to park I was waiting for my food for 20 min this is unbelievable how a fast food can do that and I when back to the drive thru to asked for my food they were just chatting so I told them to give me my food and when I got home they forgot to add the hotcakes that I orden My order was 2 homestyle breakfast with hotcakes and I want my refund read more

0 stars if possible, DO NOT COME HERE AT NIGHT. THEY RUN A SCAM BUSINESS. Most of the time you come after 3 they will lie to you that the system is down and make u pay cash. The other half of the time they will pull a different scam. I ordered thru the mobile app and when I arrived they said the code wasn't working. I heard them laughing as I confirmed the location was correct so it was whatever ploy they were trying to pull on me. I said I'll cancel from the app and order here at drive thru, and this is where the scam begins. Ideally I would use the app for the deals but since I canceled there's a wait time. I could've definitely waited and came back to order with the code after the wait time was over but at this point I just wanted to go home. I ordered the same items, but after realizing I couldn't retrieve a code during the wait time, I changed my order (from big Mac + 10 nuggets to 20 nuggets). They proceeded to charge me for 2 ordered of 10 piece nuggets. I paid without thinking, and by the time I questioned why 20 nuggets and a large soda was $13, it was too late. I asked why the cashier charged me twice of 10 pieces instead of charging me for 20 and she exclaimed it was the same quantity. So instead of providing the proper service they opt to scam individuals of their money thru petty transactions. - having people lose the opportunity to use in app deals - over charging by separating the quantities I wouldn't be surprised if they decided to do 10 ordered of 4 nuggets if someone asked for 40 pieces. What's even worse is the food isn't even goods nuggets were DRY AND STALE! Anyways this is ridiculous and McDonald should fire all the staff there or do a check on their business practices. read more

Came to grab some lunch with my daughter and went through the drive through. I ordered 2 mc chickens, 20piece nuggets, large well done fries, and a happy meal with nuggets. So as i got my food i checked that everything was in the bag. First issue they asked nuggets or hamburger for the happy meal. My daughter said hamburger and as she opened the box chicken nuggets were in the box and no hamburger. I mention to them and they quickly made me a hamburger. I leave figuring i checked my bag and everything seemed there. But as i parked at the park to eat i have 2 boxs of nuggets which should have 10 nuggets each in each box but what do i come to find. They gave me 2 boxs of 6 pieces so they shorted me 8 nuggets. And to top it off i asked for well done fries and they gave me some stale cold soggy one. I am pleased with the new and improved food and service at McDonald's. The food has improved quite a bit. The new(?) management seems to be very efficient. Of all the McDonald's locations this is the best one so far. The store has gotten cleaner and is well taken care of since COVID pandemic. Quick stop for late breakfast in Foster City CA We got a late start heading out of Pleasanton on the way to San Francisco. To avoid traffic in Oakland hubby took the Hayward and 92 route. Hangry we looked for a McDonald's in Foster City. This was the location that popped up first when I searched in Yelp. This location took us deep inside Foster City. Even passed by the Sony Corporate Office (PlayStation) which I thought was neat! Anyway, we arrived and I ordered my usual, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit. Our orders were completed at a decent wait time. The cheese was not melted, not even barely. We had a little bit of time to spare so we just ate in. No mistakes on our orders (just my little complaint on the cheese) and the staff were friendly here. Nearby is a Taco Bell, Carl's Jr. and an IHOP. YIkes, considering all the 1-Star reviews this location have received lately I guess my first time experience was not too bad. Not like we'll be coming back to Foster City anytime soon.
