Fast local to my Mom's in law home and she enjoyed a plain cheeseburger meal for a treat with a coke! They are friendly and fast and the prices are still pretty good for what we get! Plus the place is clean and well maintained. They also have a playground indoor. read more

Stop cooking the food in old grease! It's nasty ! Food taste terrible! They know (employees) they using the old grease and still serving customers . Everyone should get refunds and gift cards since it's such an inconvenience . read more

Ordered, paid, and asked to pull into a stall to wait on my food (2 value meals--nothing off the menu). Waited 6 minutes and watched 9 vehicles get their orders and pull away (some had multiple passengers). I confronted the manager inside the store and explained this was the 2nd time this has happened. HORRIBLE service--won't be back. read more

My boyfriend and I went to this McDonald's several times and our orders have been wrong multiple times. We are not ones to complain but after it happening so many times someone has to to say something. This last recent time we went to McDonald's our order was wrong and our fries were not salted at all. Whoever is managing this place is not taking it seriously and training their employees. Clearly this place needs a serious upgrade in management/employment. This franchise needs to do better. Maybe don't hire people you just find randomly or make people who don't know how things run a manager or put that person in charge. If you're so worried about the times in your window or at your counter then you should have more people training and learning those things than sticking them in one spot. Or maybe just train them better rather than throwing them in. read more

If I could use a zero-star review, I would. We waited 3 minutes to get to the window after ordering and they told us to go to the second window to fulfill our order. We ended up sitting at that window for like 7 and a half minutes. When we tried to get there attention, they blatantly ignored us so we left. Never receiving our service again. Manager if you have a boy is a red hoody who works for you, fire him because he neglects customers even when we kindly tried to get his attention when asking for service. Truly sorry that McDonalds hired such incompetent employees I hope that you get good ones soon. read more

Has been waiting for 25 minutes and it very slow. Though this is a fast food area but it didn't seem really fast to me. They kept telling us to wait and they seem to take other people order. They are under staff and a slow business. I would not recommend as they have this type of place for needing fast food immediately. read more

McDonald's - The line was very slow - Burgers Near Me - Fort Smith, Arkansas

Horrible service, nobody at drive through and I have to pull to a slot with nobody behind me. It's a joke it cost double in about a two year span and service is worse than any other place in fort smith. read more

This is one of the best McDonalds you can go to in fort smith. If not, the best. Most of the workers are cool, and I've only had one bad experience. There's this woman who was at the "food window" handing out food. When it came to mine, she *basically* chunked the bag at me. Didn't have my sauce in the bag that I paid for, either. Didn't have a chance to tell her. She closed the window, and I'm not gonna hold up the line, so I parked and went inside to ask for the sauce. The guy at the register gave it to me, no problem. He was actually pretty chill, but that woman was just standing there, talking to him, looked at me in disgust, and then turned to the window to chunk some more food out at people. I've worked in fast food, so I get that it sucks, but I was OVERLY nice to her. She should return the favor and treat those who treat her kindly :) But this is the ONLY bad experience I've had there. They're, most of the time, really nice and sometimes funny! read more

Service was immaculate!!!! They had my food ready lickity split and I didn't even have to stop to grab it. But I'm the other fries had no salt and tasted like complete and utter ass, but the service was great read more

McDonald's does good on providing the app in certain deals this morning April 19 I went to the McDonald's on Broken Hill Dr. I ordered something very simple one sausage biscuit two better to jelly and a hash brown that was it I get to the window they're asking me if my name is Beth I had not use my app I said no and I had to repeat the order to her when she was the one who took the order and couldn't find it so someone else came and fix the order so I paid I went to the next window they don't know what the order is so I tell her where they had the sausage biscuit and when I said I had a hash brown as well they looked at me like I was nuts like I was trying to get something for nothing like I had not paid then I looked in the bag there was no butter and no jelly so I said can I get to butter and to Julie well I got one butter and one jelly this is a pathetic excuse for customer service and people just not doing their jobs I mean this is not brain surgery I understand that things get hectic in these places I really do understand that but this was a very simple order and it's nothing about it was complicated but they complicating the matter themselves read more

Snarky workers. Ignored me and rolled their eyes repeatedly. Don't like working here? Find somewhere else. Don't ruin others days because.

Their food is always fresh, hot, and good. Service is friendly and professional. Excellent McD's!

Ordered 2 burritos and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. sandwich wasn't even warm, bacon was not cooked, and the burritos didn't have any filling.......2 tortillas with a slice of cheese in each read more

Poor customer service. Rude and flippant attitudes. The customer is treated like trash- even when you treat them with respect!

Got the simple order wrong & called us a liar over mcdoubles. I worked in fast food for two years during high school. It's not hard, it's not rocket science. The customer is always right. Even when they're wrong. Learn that & your business will be much better. Also a lesson to the young man at the drive through window, go to college bc you're not going to have a prosperous career in customer service. read more
