This review written from the perspective of a delivery service pick up. Arrived at the store. Stood at the pick up counter for awhile before I was acknowledged. Was not really sure where to pick up as this was my first time coming to this location. They were very busy at the time I arrived at the drive thru. Once they were able to help me however, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Store was clean. Seemed to be plenty of parking. I did like there was a lane around their drive thru lane so there was a clear and easy way to get out. read more

I would say 9 out of 10 times they forget an item or get something wrong. Probably one of the worst McDonald's. check your food.

The last few times I've visited the drive thru, Ive had nothing but quick, friendly service! Today my order was hot to order and accurate. Sometimes the line looks long, however, they've done a good job in getting through our orders to get back on the road. The double drive thru line seems to work well. Thank you! read more

Friday, 2/20/2026. Order #256, Front counter. Simple order of 4 double cheeseburgers. Got home and only had 3. Unbelieveable how you can screw that up. Called to complain. Nobody answers the phone. Pathetic!!! Will never go to this store for sure. Seems like those locations on college are just as bad. In this town, Mcdonalds is way below par. read more

Tonight was the first time in a few years that I went to this location McDonald's and experienced great customer service. A young man by the name of Jaziel, took our order, delivered in store our order and got us a bag for what we had left to take home. It was a wonderful experience. But the best part was he knew and understood English! read more

Trash food and awful health standards. Used to be a lot more clean when I was a kid. Most people don't talk to you anymore since they got the kiosks, which I don't prefer. Hard to get actual service unless you go through the drive through. The people are nice though. read more

the only reason this place gets two stars and not one is because I ate here every other day for three years while attending FCHS and the staff was always nice. terrible food, decent ambiance as long as you don't show up around noon, and their breakfast lasts an extra 15 minutes. 3/10, at least it's better than school lunch. read more

McDonald's - wanted the hot cakes with sausage and got this. gladly can say i will not be returning. - Burgers Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

Don't usually Yelp review but a bit frustrated. Tried to call the McDonalds to ask a question, got hung up on. Not a disconnect, they actually picked up, there was a few seconds of silence, and then a hang up. Okay, weird but it could be an honest mistake. Or maybe they're busy (not super likely as it's 9pm but hey). So I gave it a few minutes and tried again. They just let it ring and ring and ring- ignoring the phone. Eventually, another answer and hang up... I actually heard the noises of the kitchen this time so I know someone was listening to me say "Hello? Anyone there?". Very frustrating. You can tell that the employees don't care at all and probably don't get paid enough to care. After reading some of the other reviews, this is obvious. Management and ownership need to step it up! Since I didn't get my question answered, we just decided to go somewhere else... read more

Got a double 1/4 pounder at the drive thru. Fantastic! Love the onions and melty cheese. Washed it down with an ice cold coke. Way better than In N out!! read more

Not sure why my order was the way it was... Maybe it was a genuine mistake but I feel like a few steps of making this cheeseburger were skipped. I come to this location often and it's not the first time my order wasn't just wrong, but literally cursed. I ordered the two cheeseburger with with no onions, and they got the ticket on the wrapper correct and everything. Instead I got a chicken patty with ketchup, mustard, pickles, and cheese. I can't eat chicken, and am pretty disappointed in the experience. read more

It's McDonald's my expectations are only that I get my food and I'm not scammed, and yet for the first time ever they failed. They tried to overcharge our order and it took 10 min to have them fix it then they wouldn't let us pick up our order and made us leave. Did not give reason tell she said the card machine was down, we asked if they had another cash register or if we could wait for them to fix it as they have already maid the food, they said we couldn't and we needed to leave if we couldn't pay in cash. Went next door to sonic and had no issue. read more

DISCUSSING!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COOK STAFF! Today was my second time ordering food from this McDonald's that I have listened to the staff speak in Spanish and they think that their customers DON'T understand what they are saying. Today while I was waiting for my food the staff, male staff said in Spanish "they are pulling mocos (boogers)". Then the manager brings my food up. Now this wasn't the first time I can hear the staff speaking in such a way that I don't want to hear while my food is being prepared. The manager then calls another manager to the counter and she said to me that the ninos (little boys) are playing and were on break, and I explained that I don't know who is on break but I know that they are all wearing McDonald's clothing. Then she went on to say in Spanish that if I don't want food from there then I shouldn't go to this McDonald's! read more

McDonald's - This is what I got served for dinner - Burgers Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

Horrible service, out of stuff I ordered! Ordered Artisan chicken, and was told a story why I can't order this sandwich. Due to the Covid 19 virus they only get chicken from certain companies. Ordered unsweet ice tea and was first told they had non. Tried and ordered decaf coffee, and none was made. Asked to speak to a manager, she was in the restroom I was told. Then seconds later she came to the window and said oh ya we have unsweet ice tea. Don't believe them. Fries were cold, and container was half full. Kids fries in happy meal was half full as well. Ordered my daughter a strawberry shake and there was chocolate syrup at the bottom on her cup. Will never go to this location again! read more

This place has really gone downhill in the last 6 months. I worked at Burger King years ago south of Denver and we regularly had former Micky Ds employees switch to BK because of many abhorrent managerial practices. McDonalds is mad obsessed with competition and sacrifices mental health of employees in order to strive for #1. Monday (I think) I went through this drivethru for a bottle of water and large fry for my daughter as a reward. Pulled right to speaker, ordered without event, and pulled around to find just 2 cars in line. My car did not move for 6 minutes. It was after lunch rush and I noticed that the two other cars did not order much (They were each handed one bag and one soda.). I have experienced a ton of scenarios that would cause this kind of delay and the only one that I can think of is laziness. There were also virtually no cars in the parking lots and I actually wondered if any employees drive to work or where they park. The fries were good though. Not cold, seasoned well, nice heat. I still find this location better than others in Larimer. But it definitely started a steady decline at the beginning of the year, which was when I moved up here from Denver. read more

Terrible service, dirty, and not worth the wait! I know it's MsDonald's, but it has really gone down hill! Nasty

Super rude. My husband went in to get napkins and instead of being kind and just giving him napkins they were rude and kept stating he had to buy something to just get a few napkins after we spilt coffee in our way out of town. This location they are always so rude even when you do order. We will NOT be returning. Also the manager and a employee talked nasty about my husband and called him stupid under their breath thinking he wasn't listening. Rude and terrible I would never recommend them to anyone. read more

The majority of times I come here my order is wrong. The last two times it's because they insist on putting egg on my McGriddles.

We literally sat at one of the 2 order spots waiting for someone to take our order for 15 minutes while they took the orders of literally 10+ cars in the other lane. Y'all hire some of the dumbest kids I've ever seen. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to by a long shot and that's saying something. these people working here are a joke someone needs to tell them that a double cheese burger comes with two patties and the ketchup goes on the inside of the burger not on the top. Do not eat here read more

If you work nights and want quick food around 8-10pm, please get it elsewhere. they always make me park my car and approximately wait 15-20 for MCDONALDS!! This is NOT fat food for people in a hurry. I highly suggest never going to this location. read more

They suck at listening and they didn't give us everything and they were rude 0/0 recommend.

How hard is it to put an entire order in a bag????? The corp needs to close this store until they figure out what is wrong. 80 percent of the time you do not get your entire order! read more

I just came through the drive up. 8:30 AM. I was asked for my order and I gave it. The woman was obviously upset and asked if I was the person who cussed her out. For clarity I asked if someone cussed her out and she said that someone in my Jeep drove by and cussed her out. I had just come from home and was taken back as I don't ever cuss at people from my vehicle or anywhere else. So I suddenly realized someone who was handling my food was very angry with me. So I simply said that I don't trust her with my food and drove off. Sad, I go to that McDonald's all the time, but it's obvious I can't order food there whenever I am in my Jeep! read more

The absolute worst McDonald's in all of Fort Collins - wish I could give it zero stars! Orders are wrong at least 90% of the time, and they refuse to make them right. In addition, this location is a sticky disgusting mess - wonder how often it really gets cleaned. Do not go to this McDonald's on Timberline, but go to the one on Drake & College instead. read more

Rob is correct, it is what it is. It's a moderately convenient 99 cent heart attack that will get rid of your hunger pangs in the short term. Drive thru is slow but the inside does have a playland for the kids. Getting in and out is kind of weird, you can only get into it by going north on Timberline and then getting out you have to go north again on Timberline so you have to pull a couple U-turns depending on which direction you're going. read more

female employee very friendly and nice. she probably stand loona food is also good quality

Okay. First time and i will not be back. Did not receive the sweet and sour sauce i ordered with my nuggets. Got extra items on my burger. I specifically asked for a burger w ketchup lettuce and tomato ONLY. If there were negative stars I would've rated them -10. The girl working the drive up window today had to be one of the rudest McDonald's employees I've ever seen. She clearly loves her job.... Not! I tried to call the restaurant and talk to the manager but the phone has been disconnected. What a great way to keep in touch with your customers. McDonald's, you are telling us loud and clear you don't want our business. read more

if I could give 0 stars I would. not only is the parking lot extremely inconvenient for those who order ahead and pickup. there are better parking spaces to choose in the lot but the ones they have listed as the pickup lanes are not only right in the way of those trying to leave the drive through but also have a road leading to other businesses behind them as well (over 10 min I spent trying to leave the restaurant) and then I when I finally get to enjoy my food. my big mac was completely put together with the laziest of intentions. the burger pattys did not line up with the rest of the burger. i had to take apart the burger and reposi both patty's at this time I also noticed whoever put this burger together must LOVE extra sauce on their food because the entire burger was slathered with the big mac sauce- again I chalked it up to lunch hour rush. I got about halfway into the bigmac and pulled out a long dark hair. not only is my hair shoulder length it's also blonde so I'd like to know where this lovely long dark hair came from, to your surprise I couldn't finish the food. i will not return to this location and am 100% disappointed with my lunch today. read more

Nice play land for kiddos. Better than most. Need to police it and clean it better. Drive through is sketchy. Sometimes they walk away from the window and do not hear the beep or watch the cameras.
