The McDonald's sucks! My experience was awful! The lady in the picture was extremely rude to customers and ignored me for 30 minutes without helping me. She tried to charge guest twice for the same meal they had a receipt for. She needs to be fired. I've never seen someone yell at a customer for asking about their meal. We finally had a younger gentleman that came to help us and got us our order. He was a tall light skin guy with dreads and glasses. I didn't get his name but if it wasnt for that guy I wouldn't have my order. I even told a manager looking Hispanic guy with tattoos and his hair slicked back and he just ignore us. Imagine going into a drive thru and get waved on to the parking spot to wait on your order. Why have the drive thru if you're just making people park in a spot to wait. Let's start with the basics. fast food restaurant, when I order a coffee or a soft drink ONLY.. why do I have to park? Twice, I've waited. Once in line for 5+mins,, shouldn't the drink be ready by the time I've reached the second window?? Had the most ridiculous experience yesterday morning. Placed a mobile order, noticed the drive thru was a little long so I thought I would go inside. The doors were unlocked so that automatically led me to understand the inside was open. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes while employees looked at me and chose not to help me. I finally got their attention and they asked me what I needed. I said "yes I have a mobile order". The employee stated that I need to go through the drive thru, the counter is closed. I replied "well I'm already here can you just give me my mobile order." The employee replied still saying the counter is closed I cannot help you. I restated I have a mobile order. It's already taken care I just need the order. The employee still said I need to go to the drive thru. At that point I was beyond frustrated, had I just been given the order then and there I would have just left happy and had no issue but thought this needed to be shared to show how much common sense we have lost in society. read more

This is my 4th visit. Thursday night 6:00pm. I sat in a "reserved spot" after paying for 20 minutes waiting for 2 quarter pounder meals and 2 fish filet meals. Not a difficult or complicated order. While I have an overall poor opinion of McDonald's, and feel that they serve more chemicals than food, I unfortunately find myself there, sometimes, because I have teenagers. This particular McDonald's is among the worst. Their manager is an a rude a**hole, their service is perpetually slow, they mess up orders every time, and They have their drive-through set up where people can butt in front of you, after you've been in line for more than five minutes already. You never see the same people working here, which is not surprising. I yelled at the manager once, and he threaten to call the police, which is comical, because I am a nice, middle-age mom of three who has never dealt with the police before in my life. This is my local McDonald's and I am to the point where if I really want the food, I will drive to the next town. I have been about 3 times in the past 2 months and not one of those times has my order been correct. I go through the drive-thru, so I glance in the bag and the carton/wrapping is correct, but what is inside is not. It isn't always just the fry or drink is incorrect (although one of the other has happened each visit), but the actual sandwich/bagel isn't the right item. I have called once to notify them that maybe the double line has someone off on the orders, that happens, but they blew me off and I have no idea what they said to me, I don't even know if it was English, and then they hung up. Someone needs to relearn the menu and take a glance at customer service. Update 10/14/19 I seriously cannot get a correct or put together order. In correct fry size, girls toys instead of boy and I am attaching the McRib that was smooshed in what I think is a Big Mac box, but not even put together correctly. I keep giving this McDonald's many chances and they mess up every time. Today I went I had order a 4 piece McNugget with extra fries instead of apple and an ice water. When I was ordering I could barely hear what the guy was saying. He was practically mumbling. When I got my food it was almost completely wrong. Order a few items today. Order was wrong, so I ran back into the restaurant. Watched a lady in front of me also say her order was wrong. She showed the manager that it was incorrect. I watched as the manager put the food back on the line and did not discard it. I then notified the same manager my order was wrong and watch as she grab the previous order and proceeded to hand it to me. Major health code violation. A restaurant is to never serve out another item 1) that has made its way into another guest hands 2) They should never accept and put food back on the line that left the building. Absolutely, unacceptable. The manager seemed annoyed that I asked for fresh food that another guest did not touch. You would think once I corrected the 2 violations. My food would be correct well....it was it was wrong again and the manager seemed even more upset that the order was still wrong. Waited 39 minutes for an online curb side pick up order. Was blown off by the employees when I went in to check on it. Finally found the manager. He apologized for our experience and said he would speak with the staff. Our food was finally done and the girl working that day put our food on the counter and walked away.. about 5 minutes later she walked by and with all of the attitude she could muster without being fired, informed me that it was my food, on the counter. Im they said they were short staffed but the kitchen was full and they had a manager and 2 runners doing curb side orders.. so I'm not really sure what the actual reason was. Also you consistently have to park and wait for your meal so the drive through there should be called the slow and sit through because it's definitely not a drive through. This is the sloooooowest McDonald's I've been to in all my life. While on the way to my sister-in-law's house I was asked to pick up a couple 20 piece nuggets for the kids. Being the good aunt I am and not wanting to be devoured by a herd of children I decided to take a few minutes to stop by this location as it was closest to her house. There was a line in the drive thru so my husband waited in the car with our kids and I ran inside. The fact there was about 9 people waiting for their order should have been my first sign. After about 20 minutes I finally get our order and headed out the door. Once I get into the car and opened the bag I quickly discovered that the nuggets and fries were cold. At this point I just gave up and headed toward my sister-in-law's house. I am so happy to report this is not our "standard" McDonald's. I have been to this location many times over the last 10 years. Service is never friendly. Often we are missing food. They also like to give you the bare minimum. They have the doors locked and claim it's because they are short staffed. Pls open your doors or put a sign out to let people know what's going on. I ordered a kids meal burger without onions and they gave us a burger with onions and ketchup. The order I ordered was a Quarter Pounder with cheese and got received to me with no veggies just onions,ketchup,and mustard which I did not ask for. Than we ordered a cheese burger and it didn't even come with cheese. Also the place is very non sanitary, my friend used to work their and they said that when they would drop something on the floor they would pick it back up and put it on the food. I also felt really disgusted about going to this fast food restaurant because my brother got sick from a burger not being cooked all the way and u could see the meat moving/raw. Ordered a double cheeseburger qtr lb burger with bacon no pickle no onions, I got a plain cheeseburger loaded with everything. It was supposed to be a large but it was a regular (soda was a large size! ‍) Ordered my husband 2 double cheeseburgers with no onion. Also a large size, came with a large drink, but one was no pickle no onion the other was no onion. Got my son a cheeseburger happy meal with only ketchup and mustard, chocolate milk, fries and apple slices. They gave him a fully loaded hamburger and double fries. Fast friendly service. We were in and out in a flash. Food was prepared spot on. They do have a small playground for children if you're dining in. And it is conveniently located off the highway for travelers needing to stop for a quick bite. It appears it has been recently remodeled. And upgrades have been added. read more
