My go-to Starbucks spot when I am craving a caramel macchiato and danish. Service is good and food is up to Starbucks standards.

I went to Starbucks today 7/31/26 when myself and others received bad service. I ordered online and waited at least 10 minutes before I went inside to get my order. When I get inside my complete order is not ready and while I am waiting a man says that he has been waiting for his Frappuccino for 20 minutes. All this time the Frappuccino was at the station where they make the drinks but they got his drink wrong. They then made him the correct drink and he went on his way. While I was waiting for my food items the board said my order was completed yet nothing was on the counter and no name was called. After this I did receive one food item but not the other, so I go up to the ordering counter to see what happened. The guy at the drive through window looked like he was doing nothing and looked reluctant to come to the ordering counter, but he did come. When he did, I explained to him I hadn't received my food item and it turns out they hadn't even started on making it. After a few more minutes I did receive all of my items. I was waiting on my order for a total of 37 minutes. Also, when calling out the names on the orders they were so quiet only the person next to them would be able to hear them, except Soph. Soph( I think her name was) was loud enough so you could actually hear her and looked like she was working fast trying to get orders to people unlike the rest of the employees I saw. read more

I give my order which included dried strawberries for my GD. Get to window. The person says we can't do that. I said. Why. You have many times she said not here. I said yes here. She says not by me. I said I never said it was by you. I said it was that this location. So nonetheless, after a few words exchange not bad, but I was trying to prove a point that I have bought dried strawberries at 50 Cent a scoop before several times and what I have come to realize is some Starbucks will allow this, and others will not which brings me to my point. I was told it was a corporate rule across the board and they don't break the rules and I said well yes you can and you have. My granddaughter understood that they would not sell them to me, but as her grandmother, I was not happy that I have purchased them before and as my granddaughter said, you've got them here before nanny And I thought wow my five-year-old granddaughter was totally aware of what we have done several times but last night they weren't having it So let's do this Starbucks If it's a rule, make it a rule at every store and every location No exclusions for the inclusions And the reason I know that they're called inclusions because I've seen them on the screen too many times when I was allowed to buy them I will only purchase now for my granddaughter, and I will not partake because an unkind barista was. ... unkind. I'm very disappointed. Online information indicated that Valentine's drinks and snacks would be available starting 2/1/26. When I visited the Forney Starbucks location, I was told they were not participating. If this promotion is being advertised everywhere, there should be consistency across locations. Consistently average. I swear the cups are getting smaller. The hubs got a grande blonde with a splash of half and half. Well the half and half must have been ice cold because it instantly cooled the coffee to a blah temperature. Disappointing. My chai tea was fine but I ordered it extra hot, it was not. We're moving away from Starbucks and onto non chain or small chain coffee shops. The Starbucks isn't the same as it used to be and frankly, I'm tired of paying a premium price for average to substandard product and service. read more

Consistently inconsistent. I have always been a die hard Starbucks fan but the quality at this location and really all, is just majorly slipping. Not to mention you get an attitude if you ask them to remake something. After you spent $10 for a drink. We had to convince the baristas there was no vanilla in the cold foam and had to argue with them after they told us it was pre-made. Although, whoever pre-made it in fact forgot the vanilla. Worst thing overall about this location is the crazy long lines. It doesn't matter what time it is you are sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Eww, I just tried my husbands medium roast coffee they just served to us. He just had regular coffee with nothing added. If we weren't in a rush we would be getting our money back! The coffee was less than warm, like room temperature. It was extremely bitter tasting, I couldn't even take another sip. I couldn't believe they would serve it to someone like that! Coffee should be rich in taste, hot and steaming, and with no bitter notes whatsoever. Would they serve themselves coffee like they did for him? I don't think so. I'm pretty upset, I'll be getting my coffee from a gas station rather than here. Treat your paying customers better, make sure it's actually TASTY and HOT. Have a nice day. read more

I usually get the same thing. I asked for light ice no foam. They hear... please crush my ice & add extra and then make sure there's 1/4 cup visible foam. On a different visit they had the nerve to blame the drink. Yes I know the drink makes foam when you shake it that's why people ask for no foam. This is by far almost as bad as the Starbucks on northwest highway and 635 in the hood. Especially in the morning, they need to be over staffed. Yes the line can be long but that's not necessarily the employees fault, I go inside and see them working hard and doing the best they can. No one is on their phone or lolly gagging. I knew better and placed the mobile order 11 minutes out even though it said 1-4 minutes prep time. I'm never returning to this location again. First, I walked into Starbucks and four employees looked to the door and no welcome me. There were five employees when I entered at 6:20 a. m. Only two customers in the restaurant who were seated and waiting for their drinks. I walked to the register to order my drink and four employees were standing up talking. The fifth employee was making drinks. The four Caucasian ladies who were talking never acknowledged me standing at the register. They didn't say, "one minute" or nothing. They were talking as if I wasn't standing there. The woman who was taking orders at the window removed her headset from her ear to around her neck as she chatted with the other three ladies standing near a coffee machine in front of the register. Whomever was waiting at the window was waiting like me. What they were talking about had no sense of urgency to have us all waiting for a $5.68 cup of coffee (venti). As I stood there for 3 minutes with no acknowledgement, I realized I was waiting my time and headed for the door in an attempt to give my business to another Starbucks on my commute. This location is a disgrace to the brand. Support local businesses...please. I shall never support this one again. read more

Continuously closes store and makes you go through drive-thru to pick up mobile orders. They don't tell you that ahead of time, and instead of turning off their mobile orders or changing the wait time on it, they let you find out after arriving at the store. This happened to me for the 5th time today. The app said 4-7 minutes for my order, then when I got there, the door was locked and the drive-thru was wrapped around the shopping center (at least a 30 min wait). I spoke with the manager, and she refused to let mobile order customers come inside and refused to give me a refund, but my coffee would've clearly been cold had I waited. I had to stop ordering decaf coffee drinks because I am served regular. My order has been lost several times in the last six months. They do not offer compensation. It's a nightmare.
