Zero stars if I could ordered a drink to be told after pay out of cream to make the ice coffee.....or how about just coffee no we don't have but if you want to sit and wait can make. Sure they would refund the drink but now I lost the $.99 price for 24 hours so what good is the $1.06 back can't go buy it somewhere else for that now since I lost the deal to them. Seriously I wake up this morning after slamming vodka and tequila all night at the windy and all I need is a *%#*%^ *^%^*^ %%%+**** sausage burrito but I guess they only sell that in the middle of the night. I'm trying to keep this review rated E for everyone but this is a serious problem because now i'm just sitting here wondering what to do next ? The workers in the drive thru are absolutely RUDE. They are always trying to start a fight and it takes forever.

I called Corporate August 5, 2019 to express concerns and requested management contact me. No one has. The order was wrong. Crew not in uniform and playing music from cell phones with ear buds, members yelling, no leadership and the place was a disaster-I had to request the tables wiped off, no lids at the drink station, no tea in the dispenser and stick floor. Just needed a quick lunch for two of us. We each ordered the grilled southwest chicken salad. The guy taking our order was not real communicative, but he did take the order OK. While waiting I saw one of the employees sneeze into his hands and then proceed to start grabbing trays and sacks to hand them to the other employees. If I hadn't already ordered, I would have left at that point. We got our salads after a bit of a wait and they were pretty much as advertised, and seemed to have a bit lighter colored greens than some locations, but overall were both good. The dining area had an employee roving around to clean at 1:15-1:30 in the afternoon with the area being about 1/2 full, but every table was dirty. Maybe I'd have been better off using the drive through since the food was OK, but going inside definitely did not add positively to my experience. read more

The service is always fast and very friendly, and the chicken in the McCrispy and McChicken was cooked perfectly the cheeseburger had TO much cheese but still good. The ambiance is very modern and the kiosk makes it very easy to order. Everything was fresh, the only down part to McDonald's is the price 2 sandwiches 6 piece nuggets 1 burger and a larger drink was over $20 and that's why it got a 3 star.I recommend. read more

Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. The inside of this location is extremely dirty, it looks like a homeless shelter. It needs to be closed for a few days to get sanitized. Numerous customers ahead of me were waiting for simple stuff like condiments and straws. The lines are always long and very unorganized. I have always known that you can do 2 mobile orders from a vehicle, but the young man claims you can't. I literally did it last week. God bless the workers, but some of them need to go back to Mcdonalds' Customer Service School. read more

I just went there today. I ordered 2 10 piece nugget meals. The forgot the one 10 piece nugget! Horrible.

I go here for lunch they are really slow so if you have to be somewhere I wouldn't plan on it anytime soon.... it can take up too 12 minutes or more. While waiting in drive-thru for our food we had two separate orders the first order came out and we told the manager we had another order she basically found the food threw it at us and I said we had two large coffees coming one with two creams and a little bit of ice and she goes yeah I know. The only reason I doubled check was the gal who took the order struggled to get both orders correct. I wanted to make sure it was correct. I don't have a lot of time for lunch to begin with so I wanted to make sure it isn't like I can drive back. Plus we didn't even get a drink carrier and we had a total of 4 drinks and 2 of them mind you we're coffee, try juggling to hot coffees while driving and along with 2 other drinks. I don't usually go for McD's but after a long day I decided to stop on not expecting much. However I would highly recommend this one over the one off 13th. They're food was way more decent. Not impressed with this place. Good food, no doubt. Very upset that they don't have breakfast all day. There are people like me who work all night and need a quick "pick me up" in the morning after a long shift at the hospital. I've always known McDonalds to have breakfast all day and to find that they don't... very upsetting. So I get to the drive through after hearing that they don't have breakfast, already upset, but I order a strawberry banana smoothie anyway because I hear they are good.
