I asked at the time of ordering the drink why is there no ice. I was to the drink was kept cold. Money was tendered and I went to the second window to get my order. I was given the burger first in a bag and the drink second. It was at that moment, I asked the young lady at the window what is being done to rectify the ice issue. The cup of juice was not cold enough and I was being charged full price. It was at that moment that the same girl who rang up the order came up to the window with an attitude talking to me as if I was her friend or child. During the back-&-forth she told me that she wanted going to refund my drink and then closed the drive thru window. I then parked the car and got out to get my refund. I was denied my refund at the window and when I walked inside I could hear the same female staff member carrying on behind the counter. I stood at the counter requesting again for someone to refund me and all three African American young ladies couldn't do or say anything. As, I scanned the room it was clear that she was the only one who could assist me in this situation and she was not going to do her job. I wasn't going to continue arguing with a person who clearly wasn't fit to be left in charge. It was just a week ago, I read about the McDonald's manager who was killed because of her bad conduct, so I calming went back into my car and called the local police to deal with the matter. See the attached receipts and Burger King needs to do better. This employee didn't know how to refund me back on my card. The two police officers and I watched on while her store manager by phone instructed her on what to do. Sometimes in life we can make the biggest mistake without thinking. This situation could have been worse, but I saw these are young teenagers just trying to make a few dollars. No proper customer service training.

I didn't order any food today, just a small Reese's blizzard. 12:38 order was in, and at 1:06 I had to go back to the counter and ask about my order to finally get it. I don't think it took that long to actually make, it looked like it was just sitting in the chill well most of that time. The cashier was running around like crazy between the ice cream tickets and the food tickets and trying to put the orders together. I'll stick with the local non-chain ice cream shops in the future.

The cheesesteaks themselves were both quite tasty, and the strawberry lemonade hit the spot with its little bits of strawberries at the bottom. TL;DR. Certainly not the same as you'd get in Philly itself, but appeases the craving when you're around town and looking for a good 'ol cheesesteak.
