This Starbucks is located inside the Target, but we're in luck! It now opens at 7am!! I can finally get Starbucks on my way to work! The rest of the store is closed off so you can't go shopping before work, sorry ladies, but hey it's a small victory- am I right? It can be hit or miss on customer service and quickness at this location. In wee early hours of the morning, no one is there yet so one barista is totally fine - quick and easy. During busy times when all of us get off of work and head to Target and a pick-me-up coffee, it can take FORREEVVERRRR. Sometimes they only have one person behind the counter taking orders and making drinks and the line will have 7 people there. The thing I can't stand is when the person takes the order and makes the drink one by one - hey lady, take a few orders and make them all at once, it goes faster! Then occasionally you'll have someone who doesn't stop talking to customers, which is great for pleasantries but I'm not here to wait all day. Overall, it's not a bad Starbucks especially since it's the only one within 45 minutes of another location. I really have no choice but to like it, it's not terrible so I'm okay with it. read more

I guess I should be grateful we even have this Starbucks in our area. However if you want ambiance don't come here. Since it is part of Target there are a few tables and a bar. Right behind the counter where you order is the slushy machine...I think that says it all. As other people have said customer service is hit or miss. I have come here when only 1 person is working!!! So if you have 5-7 in line it takes FOREVER!!!!! Or they have 2 working and you in line and one goes on break!! However despite all that the workers are very friendly and do a good job of making my drinks. I always ask for extra hot and most of the time it comes to me piping hot. Side note Even though your Starbucks card works here the deals don't always work. Meaning when you click pay many times their are discounts which they tell me don't work at the Target locations. So be prepared :( read more

It's a Starbucks in a Target, which means it's Ok. Not great but OK. Still same coffee just not as fancy as some of the larger locations.

Very disappointed. Staff moved very slowly with no concern for customers' time. Chit chatting with each other while multiple customers waited for service and orders. I've been waiting for a drink for over 10 minutes while the person working the bar has been MIA for over 5 minutes. Worst staff I've seen at any Starbucks ever. Doubtful that I'll ever waste my time or money here again. I'll just go down the road to Dunkin. read more

Went here stood in line for about 15 minutes the cashier thought he was entitled pushed us out of line practically by hurrying our order and making it wrong didn't get 1/2 of the things and only wanted to complete one order on top of that waited another 15 minutes for the order to be ready. I should add it was one drink. Yes the line was long and many people were there but that is no excuse. The employees were rude and slow moving. read more

Once again, I find myself needing a pick-me-up of my favorite coffee... And once again, I find myself in a line of 9, as one slow, simple-minded barista plods along making drinks. When I finally got up to the register, I was told, "I'll be with you in just a minute". I kid you not, she'd ring 5 people through- then left me standing there while she slooooowly makes the last 5 drink orders. SERIOUSLY?!? The nearest "real" Starbucks is 45 minute or an hour away, depending on which city you want to go to- so this sad pseudo-Starbucks inside a Target (right next to the Pizza Hut & pretzel stand) is the closest we can get. Are they THAT cheap that they can't hire TWO employees (preferably functional ones who actually act a little motivated) to concoct their expensive drinks and microwaved food? I truly do love their coffee, but their employees at this place would be much better suited to a gig at McDonald's or Taco Bell (both known for being slow & stupid). Every time I've been to a "real" Starbucks, the difference is night & day. It should never take 25+ minutes to get a latte on a quiet Thursday night at the beginning of October. Thinking it's time to find an alternative at a new shop or a good quality coffee maker to brew & steam my own lattes at home. A friend I went to this Starbucks a few days ago for lattes and were incredibly impressed...and amused! We work at a local coffee shop ourselves and know the importance of being cheerful and engaging with the customers. The two baristas that were working were happy and goofy and a joy to watch. They talked to the customers beyond just ordering, making the customers feel important. Starbucks as a rule is not a "fast food" mentality so after placing your order you may be waiting a few minutes, but it is worth the wait! Some places sacrifice cheerful workers for fast service or vice versa, but these girls were able to perform their jobs quickly and efficiently. Overall a great Starbucks! read more

When we went in for our drinks, the line was small but took forever to get to the register. There were 2 new employees there, talking and taking their sweet time making the drinks as the girl on register waited for her to be done to take more orders, distracting the slow barista and talking about her family life. Once it came to them taking my order, they made us wait half an hour to finally get all 3 drinks, going very slow and had messed up, restarting and taking more time. When I got my drinks they looked terrible. The sweet cream cold foam on my drink looked chunky instead of smooth, and the drinks proportions on coconut milk and juice was awful. Their team lead left them to struggle for an extended period of time in the back, where she should have helped them. They were confused on some abbreviations and other things. Fix the training of the new employees, or get a new team lead. Ridiculous. Neither of them should have been alone if they make drinks this bad. read more

If I would have read the reviews first we would not have stopped because we were just traveling thru & did not realize it was in a Target store. The expresso machine was broken so I could not get a hot mocha or macchiato or cappuccino, just regular coffee or tea I did get a frappe & that was good at least. read more

Stopped by today and they were quick and so friendly!!! I seriously love the baristas here! My husband wasn't sure if he wanted medium or bold and they offered him a taste which he thought was cool. I went with the mango black iced tea omg it's a must!!!! It's sooooo good. I wish I didn't live 15 minutes away or this would become my daily drink. read more
