None of the food was fresh. Fries definitely had been sitting there for some time. Chicken was not fresh at all. Staff were cleaning with brooms and dustpans and did not wash hands to handle food. When I asked that cookies be heated up, Andrew (manager on duty I assume) said sure and took them back for about 20-30 seconds, and they were the exact same as when I handed them back the first time. Very disappointed. No table service. They don't take pilot points even though they are connected to Pilot. No breakfast when open like all the other McDonald's. Frys are served cold. I had to wait for fresh Frys. Frys also did not have extra salt as requested. Big Mac was cold, no sauce on sandwich, meat tasted old, no extra pickles as requested. Seating is in need of repairs. Could not hear music. Place was clean. Mgr was polite. NOT up to McDonald's high standards. read more

They gave us our food in "to go" bags and made us go get them and ultimately forgetting half the items ordered, once I told them about one of the missing items, one of the workers proceeds to yell out to the other that she doesn't know how to make it. I just waited 10 minutes in the curbside pick up, while they had already gotten their entire rush through, just to have to pull up to their window and have them question me on my order. Even as I show them my receipt. Pretty sure my food is cold. Wasn't adjusted to what I ordered. Just piss poor experience overall. Go to Keller rather than waste your time. read more

Normally McDonald's is really good at getting my orders right but recently they have been paying less attention to the food that they are making and giving me the wrong food. For example today I ordered two hamburgers with no cheese and a sprite they continue to give me a diet Coke and two cheeseburgers which caused my child to be angry, whip the table with a brick he found in a local cemetery, break the jar with my grandma's ashes in it, and enslaved our next door neighbors three-year-old son named Gerald which got us kicked out of the neighborhood potluck which is happening tomorrow I had spent three weeks preparing for this potluck and now we are kicked out what am I going to do with all this food McDonald's I might give it to you so your customers can actually have some good food from your restaurant thank you for your time bye read more

This is one of the nice Mcey'D's around! ( trk stop good too). My Bf ordered a sausage cheese n egg McMuffin for me while I was finishing in the shower room. When I got to the Resturant it was a sausage mc Muffin! Not the same... so I looked at the ticket and sure enuf she rung in that! So I went to the counter and stood in line for a bit. And a staff member asked me if I needed help. Nice! So I explained and she said I'll get u one right away! Wow no that is service ! She didn't even look at my bill. That only took a few minutes. Bf loves the Steak egg n chz with onions. Also asked for extra onions! He loves that item! Otherwise he would totally skip McDonalds haha. Horrible service. I went through the drive thru for breakfast in hopes of saving money by utilitzing their "2 for $4" breakfast sandwich deal. After telling the drive thru attendant my 4 sandwiches I wanted I expected to hear my total be appropriately $8. When the attendant informed me my total was $12 I sought out explanation. The explanation I received was extremely rude and uncalled for, the employee was simply inputting my orded incorrectly but instead of correcting her mistake she became loud and audibly upset. I will not be visiting this McDonald's ever again due to the nerve and attitude of that woman. read more

We were making a trip from Pennsylvania back to Missouri. On our trips we always stop at McDonalds for a drink. On the whole trip we were never greeted by a human in McDonalds anywhere, until we stopped here at this one. We were greeted by a friendly employee who enjoyed her job and it showed! She was such a burst of sunshine that we had not seen since pre-Covid!!! I told her that on our whole trip each McDonalds had been cold, no human encounters only machines with employees who you have to jump up and down to even get their attention! Hopefully the CEOs of McDonalds will wake up and follow this location! What a wonderful experience to a long drive! I did not catch her name but she was working the counter on July 2, 2021 at 8:40 A.M. she should be rewarded for being a sweet human encounter when McDonalds is becoming non-human, and unfriendly. Nice clean store with a Pilot truck stop attached. Great lounge area and free WiFi. Calm and peaceful bus stop on my greyhound trip.

It's attached to the pilot truck stop so that was great. Place was busy but McDonald's seemed pretty efficient as far as speed of taking orders to food in hand. But part of our order was taken incorrectly. Not a huge deal as this is pretty common with McDonald's lol. Other than that, no issues. read more

I have no idea how the food was. I stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes just waiting for an employee to even say "We will be right with you". The guy working the grill was joking with the manager and the female crewperson who was also up front and looked at me several times but never bothered to tell the other two "Hey, that guy is waiting to order". The manager got the drive thru caught up and then turned his attention to the fry station and was doing a great job keeping his back to the front counter area the entire time. Honestly this is the ONLY thing about this location that impressed me. The girl was playing around, handed a bag to the only other customer at about the 3 minute mark and then pranced away to join the manager in drive thru. I walked out and my co driver went in and was served quickly. I walked back in and waited while the manager took another man's order and the girl suddenly appeared at another register like she was all eager to take my order. I asked the manager "Why did I stand there for 8 minutes and get completely ignored while 2 people walk in after me and get in and out in about 2 minutes? His reply? "Some foods take longer to prepare than others." He wasn't even working the grill! No apology. NO "I'm sorry, but I would be happy to take your order now". Just some lame excuse. Not only am I not ever ATTEMPTING to patronize this place (attempt because I was unsuccessful) but I will just fuel my truck at another travel center even though Pilot has nothing to do with McDonald's other than being the landlord.
