Staffed almost entirely by high schoolers, they still managed to craft a Breaded Pork Tenderloin (BPT), which is so impressive, you'd think it could only be made by someone with a divorce or two under their belt. The balance of juice to crunch was nearly perfect. While some might find it slightly under-pounded and gently fried, the quality of the loin itself was so exceptional that any shortcomings were easy to overlook. The breading's seasoning was a bit subtle for my taste, but the fundamentals were so solid that nitpicking felt irrelevant. The tray was teal. The mustard was yellow. The meat was quality.
