Very clean. Here is my issue, So I heard from the employees, that they prioritize orders from drive thru. So it's true, Every time that I order from the front counter it's always very slow. I have to wait longer than if I order it through drive thru. And after I order from the counter, my food sits in the kitchen until someone is available to hand them to the customer. BTW, I go to McDonald's 3 times a week. But this one in Glastonbury is always disappointing when I order on the counter. I also had an incident where half of the fries fell out of the package during handling. A very recent incident where I ordered 6 sundae cone and 1 of them turned LIQUID after 3 minutes, the rest were still "ice creamy " but this one. read more

Tried to get a chicken wrap they gave fish when I went back to exchange it they gave me fish again :/, I have allergies and I already took a bite of the 2 wraps so i wasn't feeling well so I just got a refund. the cashier that took our order didn't seems to be focus on serving us when we first ordered they were trying to talk to another coworker who werent even punch in cause they look like they were about to leave and when we got back to get a refund we saw the people at the kitchen joking and laughing which made me even more mad that they weren't even a bit worried about the mistake. The person who gave me the second wrap also seems to be the person cleaning and holding thrash bags earlier and didnt see them wash their hands when they gave me my food which is unsanitary. read more

I have several issues with this place. When I get off work. All I want to do is get some McDonalds and go home to my sad little desk and eat my sad little taste of American cuisine. But this place isn't it. Every time I go there. It's always such bad food. I bought a McCrispy a few months ago and I was excited to eat it. What they handed me was a sad little burnt McChicken patty on a bun. This just happened today which is why I am writing this review. The service is okay. Only problem is the hecking wait times. I go to McDonalds because it's fast and easy. But for FAST FOOD they take FOREVER to hand you one McCrispy. Which isn't even a McCrispy. It amazes me how this place is still in business. This is one of the newer restaurants located in Glastonbury/Hamptons area. It is located between the Husky and the Royal Bank and the parking lot is a bit small and can get congested with the traffic due to the gas station and bank. They recently put in a self-serve kiosk where you can order and pay at the machine. It looked easy to use but I did go to the order taker for my order. The restaurant is modern and clean and the staff is always friendly and efficient. That's what I like about this location. I have never used the drive-through but I always see lots of cars coming out so they must be quick. The food is quite standard and is the same at any location. read more

It's a decent place but they have given me wrong items or messed up on my items when ordering from skip the dishes And at times when going through the drive thru. Speaking of the drive-through it takes forever to get through. This McDonald's is hands down the worst McDonald's in the city of Edmonton to put things lightly. My experience has been horrible EVERY time I have went which is super frustrating as it's the McDonald's close to my house and it's not just me that feels this way - all my friends/family have passed along the same complaints. Every time I've went to this McDonald's I've waited at least 20 minutes for my food regardless of whether I go inside or go through the drive-thru and regardless of how many people there are. One time there was only ONE person ahead of me in the drive-thru and I waited for 25 minutes! If it was just one time it wouldn't be a big deal, but it's every time and it's so frustrating... I honestly don't know why they are so slow. Every other McDonald's I go to pretty much has my food hanging out the window for me by the time I get to the window. And it's not just the slow service, they mess up my order every time. I also ask for extra sweet & sour sauce when I go because they always forget my sweet & sour sauce entirely so I figure if I ask for extra than it will remind them to put at least one in, but no - every time I order chicken nuggets through the drive-thru I get home and it's not in there. Also, my boyfriend always orders around 4-5 burgers when we go through the drive thru and they always forget at least one... and if you're lucky enough to realize before you get home than you either have to A) go back through the drive thru and wait another 25 minutes or B) go inside and still wait 15 minutes when you've already waited 20 minutes. The other thing that is super frustrating is they have those self serve kiosks inside and I usually go to use one because their counter service is slow hoping the self serve will be faster. However, EVERY time I use it and complete my order it gives me some error message saying my order cannot be completed and please proceed to front counter for assistance. So than I just wasted 5 minutes inputting my entire order into this machine to just have to go get in line and wait another 20 minutes to be helped. Every time this happens, we try to call the McDonald's ask to speak with management, but every time we dial the # it rings and then someone picks up and hangs up on us immediately. This is beyond frustrating as this happens every time and it's the only McDonald's close to our house so we continue to go there expecting better outcomes, but are always disappointed. We've started driving to the McDonald's on Stony Plain Road by the Wal-Mart which is a 10 minute longer drive and we still get our stuff and get home faster than going to the McDonald's which is right by our house! I've read through the others users reviews and they are all the same, all listing the same complaints of how slow they are and how frequently they mess up orders so I don't understand why any changes haven't been made. read more

I attempted to order a single cheeseburger meal (I clearly specified MEAL, and type of drink) and and Angus burger (just the burger). The lady tells me "ok", and instructed me to proceed to the window. Before proceeding I noticed the screen said "1 cheeseburger, 1 Angus burger" I said "hello", several times to get her attention over the speaker and kindly reminded her I ordered the meal, not just the burger. Her reply... "Sorry, we don't carry that 'meal' anymore." Ok, this is completely fine, I'll gladly make another chorus... but I'd appreciate if you told me that meal no longer existed so I could make another choice!?!? Self-serve kiosks make it quicker to get your order done right. Nice area so the crowd is usually better behaved. Friendly staff and the food's always of McDonald's quality. We are regularly here for their coffee. read more

Good experience 9/10 times. Occasionally, they mess something up, but they are great about voluntarily offering coupons and fixing it quickly. Most employees are polite and friendly. Others just are quiet, but none are rude. Go there regularly and it's always pleasant. Those that complain...maybe you need to check yourself and figure out why you think your experience is terrible when many do not feel the same way. read more

This is the worst location of McDonald's in the city. They never get an order right (there is always something missing) and the last straw was the wrap I ordered on Feb 6, 2018. The lettuce was rotten and there was mould on the wrap. This location needs some serious changes. read more

I went to order my usual coffee in the morning going to the same place for the last year Monday to Friday ordering the same thing every morning. The last week they have gotten a new order person, she interrupts me every morning causing constant screw ups. I wasn't half way throwing ordering my coffee when she attempts to throw mini donuts down my throat. After I declined a bit annoyed she said okay next window and stopped responding. WORST MCDONALDS EVER!! Wait times in drive thru are up to 15 sometimes 20 Minutes Iv been short changed 3 times now by the same older Philippine lady that receives payments at first window. And then when you call her out on it she just stares at the screen and pretends to be sorry I'm under the influence that this is her scam. Also could explain the long wait times. My kid doesn't like mustard on his burger and the other one doesn't like lettuce I ask for this every time and have received maybe once correct outta the dozen times Iv been. I live in the area so I enjoy my coffee before work 15 min for an incorrect coffee order gets old fast. I will be traveling to the Weber greens McDonald's from now on.
