I stopped at McDonalds in Edinboro today and got one order of small French Fries. I was charged $2.01, so I asked if this was the correct price? The McDonalds employee stated that it was. I checked their website and the price is $1.39 + tax. I called the Edinboro McDonalds & spoke with a manager who stated that the price of a small fry was $1.89 + tax. I called a McDonalds in Erie, PA and their price is $1.39 + tax for a small fry. It appears as though the owner of the McDonalds in Edinboro is doing some price gouging. I wouldn't even call the employees rude. They are just there, no smiles, not thank you, nothing. I order a sweet tea a with little ice a few times a week. Once in awhile it is correct. Sometimes it is spoiled, sometimes is unsweet, sometimes its so packed with ice I get maybe 3 drinks. I order a sweet tea from other locations often and rarely have the issues I have at this location. Today I ordered two egg mcmuffins, glad I got two because one was terrible, egg was slimy and muffin was burnt. if you can help it go somewhere else. i have worked at the college for 22 years and the services keeps getting worse. i always get there 15 min before works starts and usually get coffee and hash brown. i always end up waiting the 15 min or more no matter what i'm ordering. slow service, mangers need to take pr 101, and the order is always screwed up. managers are rude and argumentative. if i could give a -1 i would. they need adm intervention and some additional training. read more

Let me just say first that I work fast food so I tend to be very lenient and understanding when service isn't the best, but it is so slowEVERY SINGLE TIME I GO HERE. I've gone inside before and waited five minutes to have my order taken. Then the girl walked away and when I looked up she was making a McFlurry for drive-thru. I ordered an iced tea with lemon and splenda. I waited five minutes. She set it down and walked away. There was no splenda. I had to get back in line to ask for some. I'm not even exaggerating, I waited ten minutes in line before I said screw it and left. By that time, there was a long line of customers waiting as well as a few people from drive-thru coming in to have their order corrected. Nobody ever came over to take orders. Like I said, I work fast food and understand that sometimes there are days when we are short staffed, but I always at least apologize to the customers and do my best to quickly help both storefront and drive-thru. She didn't apologize and they only focused on drive-thru. Also, I ate inside once and I heard the manager SCREAMING at his workers. The whole store got silent at one point because he was yelling so loud. There is no reason for that. It looks so unprofessional and it made me feel so bad for the girl. So, I thought maybe drive-thru would be better. Yeah, no. Drive thru is always slow, too. They forget your orders a lot. There are two speakers, but there's no point because it doesn't make things any quicker because there is always just one person taking orders and they just switch back and forth between the speakers. One star is being generous. Words can not describe how unbelievably horrible this place is. Terrible service, incredibly slow, orders incorrect 60% of the time. Just shut this place down or clear out the college kids. The best is when there is a line out the door, you see employees slowly pacing back and forth. This place was always horrible. However, the new renovations are very nice. The inside is modern and up-to-date. The drive-thru has improved remarkably and the new employees are friendly.
