We chatted about the menu, the business and talked pizza. The owner was there and was friendly, busy and extremely focused. The inside was clean and nicely decorated. They had a nifty old antique paper holder/cutter from a butcher shop that was pretty cool looking! The menu was well rounded, yet simple. It's not overloaded with offerings, but had depth to the standard pizza shop items. I ordered a 10" small sized pizza well done and didn't wait too long. If your a big cheese person and like a buttery crust you'll enjoy their pizza. The sauce was good, but had less of a flavor due to the cheese. The crust was slightly charred, buttery and crispy. It's not my style with the extra cheese, but overall there is nothing bad to say about the pizza from Rockos. Thanks guys!

They are nice welcoming, hard working people who made sure everything about my orders was right. First visit, I tried their cheesesteak with hot peppers. It was on an Amoroso roll. The portion was decent, flavors were good, little grease, solid melting of cheese in with the meat and the hot peppers provided just the right amount of kick and flavor. In hindsight I should have gotten the roll toasted a bit, but overall it was an average cheesesteak. Can't say anything bad about it. I ordered three pizzas to go the other day and they were tasty. The dough is made fresh daily. I haven't seen large thin crust NY slices in Delco before so that was a first. Couple observations, the pizzas are 20" so your slices will measure about 9" to 9 1/2" long. The crust was thin, crispy, had a nice light char and stood straight as an arrow. It's a little heavier on the sauce side which is thick, a little acidic with a sweet/spicy bite to it. I would have liked a bit more cheese to even out the cheese/sauce ratio. For $15 a pizza, I thought it was a good value, they do sell by the slice at $3. I will definitely stop in again to try their other offerings. There were specials today and one of them was a fish platter and it was just perfect and it was such a great deal at $5 dollars per order.
