Bought the $5.00 meal deal with the McDouble no pickles 30 minutes ago came home and opened my sandwich it was a disgusting McChicken with a huge bite out of it!!!! You know for McDonald's it a hit or miss you'd to have slots of issue with it being "24/7" but seems like they changed alittle but always love the fresh hot food when you get it, something a mix in sandwich, spicy and non spicy, but they are always nice and the service is great! read more

As McDonalds goes this is a good one. After many years of mismanagement and employees who don't care this place is turned around a lot in the last year and a half. Employees are polite and care. The food is always hot and well packaged. I basically just come here for the coffee and an occasional small meal- like a happy meal. Their fries are fabulous. Went in around 9:45pm on 6/30. Whoever the whole staff was that was working this night were the most inconsiderate, unprofessional individuals. Upon entering and using the kiosk to order my food, employees were cussing and complaining about customers out loud. I had an issue with my order, and addressed it to an employee. I was already hesitant because of the way everyone in the store could hear them speak on each customer. At first, they gave me a dirty look, ignored me, and walked away and grabbed another person. The second person came up, and told me "that's just how it is" when my smoothie was filled less than 3/4. I didn't want to make it a big deal, until they made a second smoothie for me (actually filled this time) and proceeded to slam it on the counter and give another dirty look without saying a word. Next to me, another customer had an issue with his order and they also continued to complain about him and I out loud with a few more cuss words. Being that I used to work in customer service, anyone I know would have gotten fired for this behavior. Absolutely do not go here, the staff are rude, immature, and will give you a piss poor attitude for messing up your order. It's baffles me that people act this way with no repercussions. read more

If i could give this place zero stars i would. Went around 4:00am pregnant just getting off of work. all the employees were outside smoking and having a good time. i get to the windows the lady said they were closed for an hour to prepare for breakfast, nothing on the website says they will be closing for an hour. the website literally states 24 hours. astronomical!!! i sent my 12 yo in today and they hit on them and then i finally went in because they took so long. when i went in they were 2 kids fighting and using foul language. not exactly sure what the workers name was but he look like travis Scott he was using a vapor Device right next to the food. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Went there last night to pick up an order for Uber Eats & because of the construction going on it was confusing trying to get to the drive thru from Macdade. I parked at the Exxon and decided to walk over & knock on the door. One girl that looked like she did nothing but shove her fat face with nuggets all day yelled in my face for knocking on the door & demanded I get away and go thru the drive thru. I tried asking where do I enter because there was construction workers all over & she just got smart & said she doesn't know but get away from the door. I ended up canceling the delivery. We stopped here after taking a detour off the Blue Route to avoid traffic during rush hour. We waited in the drive thru for a lonnnnnng time, like 15 minutes at least. So you are probably wondering "why are you giving them 4 stars?" Well, when we finally got our order they gave me an extra chicken nugget, like 5 bbq sauces and the fries were nice and hot. Sometimes when you wait forever everything is cold. Not this time for us. Hot fries will always raise up my star level on yelp. Absolutely terrible experience last night (6/19 around 9pm). Staff was unfriendly and inept at the drive thru. We only got a portion of our order after leaving the drive thru. The burgers were cold. Waited in line to order at drive through for 10 minutes and then waited 45 minutes to get food. When it was served, burgers were ice cold and chicken nuggets were cooked to the point they were dry and rock solid--i.e. inedible. Granted it was late night, but this place should be shut down. This has become the worst fast food business I've ever seen! First it isn't fast food when you have to wait a half an hour in line to get your meal, if they even have it. Tonight was the 4th time in two weeks I tried to get a mcgriddle meal and this new overnight manager is so lazy and rude when she says they no longer serve breakfast! It's always the same time, around 12:00am-3:00am eastern time and they NEVER HAVE BREAKFAST! Tonight when she said that I said " Don't you serve it all day?" And she responded with " Yes, but we only have one person in the kitchen" I understand being short staffed in the food industry, I do it daily but I've never turned a customer away..let alone every single night because you all are to lazy to do it. Seriously just say it will be 10min and I'd wait. Then after waiting almost 40min to learn they will not make me my food I asked for...."We also don't have soda" she said lol seriously!! This McDonald's needs to find some good employees and pay them better so in return they will show up and work in order to provide for the most important people, the customers and they have forgotten that it seems and until it changes I would pray that no one else wants the time of day going to this place. Also while you wait all that time for no food and horrible service you get to stare at their dumpsters and watch the huge rats run around in the parking lot... It's horrendous!! This is the third time they messed my order up, but the food is still pretty great when they don't mess it up. It's a fast food place that I would still go to so that should say something lol. Fed up with this goddamn place. They are lazy and rude and NEVER, Never get an order right. I go today because I'm busy to grab lunch. It's 10:33am. They start selling lunch at 10:30am. I order lunch, girl says hold on one moment. Comes back and says we don't serve lunch yet. I say, what time do you start, it's always been 10:30. She says, hold on one moment. Comes back and says we start at 11am. Bullsh!t. I just called the store and asked, manager says they start at 10:30am. Guess the lazy workers (who think they deserve $15/hr) didn't feel like making it. If it's not that they are always out of something, or order a milkshake and they machine is down or something. If you go in to eat, employees are always joking loud and cursing, had to ask them to stop since i had my kids one time, they looked at me like they wanted to shank me. Dear owner, the remodel did not help. Your employees are the worst, the community hates your store. Do something. Do not expect to get any .99 specials here, they do not give you any promotions and their service, food are terrible.

I've had trouble with my order weekly and even went as far as emailing several times with no response. The professionalism is lacking.
