if i could give them zero stars, i would. it took forever to order which could've been due to low staffing issues, so i don't blame the staff if that was the reason. but then we got our food. we ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, fries, a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge, and an m&m mcflurry. i included pictures of the sundae and mcflurry. the sundae isn't anywhere close to full, and do you see extra hot fudge? the m&m mcflurry is a little bit of soft serve with some stale oreos on top. i opened the chicken sandwich to add some ranch to it, & it's covered in the buffalo sauce from the spicy chicken sandwich. so the only thing correct was the fries, & even those weren't as good as mcdonald's fries usually are. so they went 0 for 4, which is a terrible grade. after we got the ice cream, they asked what else we needed since we didn't drive away & looked at us like we were crazy when we said we had food as well. mcdonald's is my go to midnight place when i'm feeling less than great, & they managed to make me feel even worse. it's safe to say i will never be visiting this less than lovely establishment again. i just wanted a snack to enjoy while i drove the two hours home from the airport, but no. all i got was disappointment after spicy disappointment. read more

This McDonald's is like the "little engine that could" tough area, fast paste and not enough staff. What they seem to be lacking is leadership. The woman who waited on me was polite, but the manager barked orders and seemed rude to customers who had issues with their food. Over all the food was good, space was clean enough. I visited this location (next to Spondivitz) for breakfast and ordered hot cakes and sausage`and a medium orange juice. I drove to the window, paid my money and drove to the next window where I was told to pull forward and someone would bring my food out. Of course, that didn't happen. I waited about 4-5 minutes while other vehicles behind me received their food. I went inside and express that I was STILL WAITING ON MY FOOD. My food was just sitting there on the counter (not in bag) and the manager Cathy asked what was the problem? I told her and she asked if I came to the restaurant often and I quickly replied, "No!" She said when I come back just ask for her and I'd receive a replacement meal. Today, a week later, I go back to this restaurant and ask for Cathy but she was not there at the time and I told the cashier the situation. She began preparing other customer's food and someone else was in the back calling Cathy to verify and my co-worker came in after me and of course, she received her food and left before me while again, I stand there over 5 minutes waiting to get a replacement meal for the same reason I was getting the replacement meal, bad service. I kept asking to get my food because, again, I didn't want to be late to work, but of course, it took a lot of time and they eventually gave me my order of hot cakes and sausage. You would think with the horrible service, I could've gotten a drink or something for the very long wait. I will not be returning to this McDonald's again. read more

This location is pretty good. Foods always hot. The Sweet Tea is some times good and some times not so good. Cashiers are nice for the most part. It could be cleaner outside and I feel sorry for anyone that is in a small car and has to turn left out of this location. I'd come back to this location again. read more

Worst service ever!!! Twenty minutes after paying for my food, I asked for a refund due the lady at the food window says they are waiting for filet-o-fish to get done. She walks away and never returns. Seven minutes after that, no one has given me food nor my refund and will not come back to the window. I drove off with no food AND no refund. Please be advised on Feb 26th 2015 around 615a to 645a, I came inside the establishment to order a combo breakfast, like I periodically do some mornings. I was ticket number 443. I assume the employee was the supervisor, wearing blue that say GOOD RUE with no ID or badge. The young lady stated 'next in line' with no form of eye contact. So I stated "good morning" , then she looked at me like I was begging her something or if I was crazy. I then stated my combo number meal requested. She then yelled out to an employee demanding something (not sure of what exactly said), but was demanding and unprofessional to her staff. She then gave me my breakfast by putting it on the counter, grab MY RECEIPT and threw it in the garbage and turned around(without care) with no acknowledgement or THANK YOU. I thought that was very rude and professional the way she presented her self with NO GREETING OR ENGAGEMENT with the customer. I work almost 16 hours days and college and still, I execute customer service skills and not happy to receive this treatment as a customer. When a customer walks up, you don't what they have been through whether it maybe a death in the family, lost their job, divorce, etc. We have to put all that in perspective and consideration. Please keep POSITIVE ENERGY in the work place as well as trained employees to execute great customer service skills. I thank you for your concerns. read more

I came in to place some orders but I couldn't understand the worker over the speaker and I said that three times to her but she proceeded to be rude and I pulled up to the window and I can see the workers in the background playing a laughing as I'm waiting and she proceeds to take someone else's order instead of coming to the window and taking mine I have a hearing aid so therefore that was very very disrespectful so I didn't place an order and I left they were very rude and disrespectful you need better workers up there because I can sue for discrimination against my disability!!!!! read more

To OWNER / MANAGER on October 20th 2017 at 5am your drive through employees ignored every vehicle at the drive through. They simply decided not to take any orders and when the vehicles in front of me drove off angered, I looked at your employee to see what he was doing which appeared to be yoga on the counter, when he bothered to look up he had the audacity to look at me like I was interrupting his yoga or perhaps an interpretation of the Black Swan WTF ? Drove around again to see to overweight 420 overly happy workers look at me with a blank stare baffled that there was a vehicle at the window? Oddest experience to encounter, however thankful that they did not take my order as your employees behavior is probably an indication of the food handling procedures. Your employees behavior and lack of anything but service most likely saved the turned away customers and myself a favor of catching some horrible food Bourne illness. I went here at 11:45 and no one came on speaker to take my order. I drove around to window. There were two cars in front of me. No one still came to the window. Guy in front starts honking and screaming at the women inside saying, " I just want to place an order" then starts cursing out in anger and refuses to leave the drive thru. A woman says "you can come in we are open inside" I replied "no thanks he's a bit crazy!" So I went to the Cleveland location but they closed at midnight but their drive thru lights were still all on! Then I went back to Virginia Abe location. All drive thru lights still on including order screens.. No one comes. I pull around.. All lights still on inside and I wave to the two women inside and they both walked by me and ignored me deliberately. The sign says 24 hours! There were three people inside. I just stopped at a McDonald's that I got to on a regular for breakfast. Because it's Veterans Day I ask the cashier do they have any specials for Veterans. The cashier looks confused so I repeat the question. A manager comes over and loudly says no. I say ok and place my order despite my better judgement. The cashier says you can swipe as I'm handing her cash. I say I have cash. She gives me attitude and glances at the credit card machine. I said I can't swipe cash. The manager comes over and snatches the money out my hand. I get my food and go to my car so I don't snap. Just as I'm taking a bite of food the manager taps on my window. I roll it it down and she says I need to move. I'm taking up spots from her customers. I look at like are you f'ING serious because I just bought some food. She says I will call the cops. I say call them but I will finish the food I bought. I start to roll the window up and she says "f'ing black folks always trying to get over." It took all I had not to drop kick her.
