On 2 occasions I have stopped utilizing the drive through. The first time my order could not be filled as they " had no buns". On 5/18/2026 I stopped and there was myself and 1 car in front of me. Do not go here at all costs!!! I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. It states this is a 24 hour drive thru, The employees did not say anything on the speaker upon pulling up. I drove to the window and they looked at me and absolutely ignored me!!! They also ignored another car who was even banging on the window. They had their phones out and everything. No one would even speak to us or acknowledge us. It was after 10 at night. There were people in the lobby goofing off and 2 people playing with a basketball out front of the location. Don't know why they went to the trouble and expense to tear down the previous building just to put up a terribly unappealing looking building in its place and have awful service, consistently so. Staff continually ignores drive thru lane 2, servicing lane 1 over and over while customer at speaker in lane 2 waits. If it is too difficult to manage (or if it is broken?) If I could give the business negative stars I would. Firstly the business franchise owner terminates the ability to use the McDonald's app after 7pm. I know because I went through the drive thru after 7pm & couldn't use the app because it stated that it was offering the breakfast menu & the employee stated that the owner turns off the use of the app after 7pm. I ordered earlier via the McDonald's app the next visit, elected to pick up inside & found that my order was wrongfully given to a doordasher. A $34 order & a complete waste of time. No compensation given. Pulled into the outer drive thru lane - I was the only car there. Waited 3-4 minutes. Nothing. Another car drove up into the inner drive thru lane. They got their order taken. Another car goes thru, they also get their order taken. Finally, an employee takes my order. I attempt to order the chicken nuggets basket with fries. The employee goes "WE ARE CASH ONLY". I said ok. Used the kiosk and pressed pay with cash and still no one came and rung us out. I arrived at 6:19 am on July 11, 2021 and thru ordering speaker I was told we are not ready yet, please come back in 10 minutes. "Not good" is an understatement. Earlier today we started out in the drive thru, but it was taking so long (and nobody was moving) that we ended up parking and going in to order. Once inside, it took 45 minutes to get our food, which was surprising since most of it was cold. We ordered "to go" and realized half of the food was missing when we looked in the bag once back in our car. When I went back inside to let them know they forgot several of the entrees, they insinuated that I was lying about not receiving everything. My wife stopped eating her burger because it tasted like chemicals. Four hours later, she ended up with terrible food poisoning. Between the slow service, rude employees, and food poisoning, this is the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonalds -- or any restaurant for that matter. It's shocking that this place somehow manages to still operate (and I'm using that term loosely here). We got to the drive thru line at 8:00pm. At 8:15-8:20pm ish there was a worker who came outside telling every single person in line to leave because they said they were "done" for the night. If the place is understaffed they must vocalize that, but every where says that the location is open until 11pm for dine-in and 24 hours for drive thru. Refused to open handicapped entrance due to this for a woman with a full leg cast and crutches, who was clearly disabled. Lady waited for 30 minutes before struggling around to the other entrance. You know it's bad when a McDonald's gets a 1 star review...I mean, seriously: none of us expect anything fancy when we go to a McDonald's. The whole point of going to McDonald's is indulging in some not-good-for-you food on the go in your busy life. For starters, I quickly discovered that the drive-thru here is the ABSOLUTE slowest line on planet Earth. You certainly won't be getting any fast food here! Then, once I FINALLY placed my order, and finally got to the window to pay (because of course I spent a lot of time waiting for the people in front of me to even get their orders), a young woman took my card, swiped it...and didn't say another word. I waited thinking she was printing a receipt - nope! Eventually - after whipping out her phone and sending a text or two - she realized I was still there and told me to go to the next window for my food. Whatever, I figured, forget the receipt; by then I was pretty sure she had moved on to other orders and couldn't print my receipt anyway. On to the next window, where I was given my food and drink...and I proceeded to quickly discover they gave me no straw and for some reason, layered my Big Mac as such: bread, bread, patty, patty, bread. ...seriously, how does one even mess that up? I give one brownie point because the fries really were actually pretty good...but they were not worth the wait or trouble. I concur with the other reviewers: skip this place. Completely.
