So, some backstory: at the time, I was staying with someone who lived at the top of a massive hill. I'm asthmatic to the point where even walking DOWN this hill could give me issues. But seeing as I wanted to see what all the hubbub was about Dunkin' (it's not as popular on the West Coast), I made the trek down the hill. So maybe I wasn't looking red-carpet glamorous. With that being said, Dunkin', remind your rude, judgmental employees that no matter what someone looks like, money still spends. Honestly, if it were just mid coffee and tiny sandwiches, I would have let it go. But the fact that not only did people not want to help a paying customer, but actually fled the counter and gave me side eye made me post this. It left such a bad taste in my mouth that I now only go into a Dunkin' if there's literally no other option. read more

Yum. Two chocolate frosted donuts with a bottled diet coke to go for 5 bucks even. That'll do. I have had to consciously learn how to order what I want when going thru the drive thru since i can't just point at em -- frosted not cake donuts. Yes! I have always had good service at this Dunkin' Donuts. Coffee is prepared correctly and is served hot which is my number 1 requirement. My absolute favorite flavoring besides their pumpkin is the butter pecan and that just came back for summer. I do get their donuts sometimes and it all depends On the time of day their selection. After a pretty bad experience (a year ago), things have certainly turned around, here, for me. They are really good at having my mobile orders set and ready. When I happen to walk in to get a cold brew, they know me and my drink so we'll, they said "cold brew?" as they raise a large cup. The manager, his assistant and all the young ladies I deal with on a daily basis, are all super nice. Thank you for all you do, for this guy! I tip them often; everyday!! read more

Rude staff when you go early in the morning. Been going there before work for months and the rudeness is consistent. They seem to get bothered if you order more than a couple items and also make you feel like an inconvenience if you show your military ID for a discount. And the picture included is how they short you if you go on a Monday morning (the worst day of service). This is supposed to be a small tea... and they still put a little more than half in water. This place is such a damn train wreck! They give you the wrong donuts and then when you bring it to their attention they want to get argumentative about it. To add insult to injury, they place the donuts upside down in the box and feel that it's acceptable. It's sad that I don't even work there and I know how things should be done. I had forgotten we stopped here until yelp suggested it for a review. We loove the iced coffee, especially the jamocha almond fudge. And when we saw the giant marquee reminding us of 99 cent coffee at happy hour(2-6 pm) we had to stop. We ordered three coffees and were informed that only two would be eligible for the happy hour pricing. Not wanting to argue through the drive thru we drove around. At the window we asked why they only allowed two drinks at the happy hour price. We told them we regularly ordered 5 or more drinks at once at the Dunkin in our hometown. The server shrugged and told us it was the franchise owner's rule. She seemed unconcerned that we were irritated at this silly rule. We paid for our coffee and just didn't go back until we got back to Indy. I will say the coffee here is as good as our regular shop. So if you're looking for good service, go up the hill to Donut Connection because you won't get it from these folks. read more

My aunt and grandmother had went to this dunkin' donuts around 9 or 10 in the morning, and had asked for 2 dozen random donuts for a social event, as they then waited for around 30 minutes to be told they had no donuts. I came back a second time with my aunt and cousin, to ask for a Frozen Caramel Chocolate, in which they said they couldn't make? We had to change our order, one of the coffee's (mine) had no creamer or sugar, which we asked for. After a while I checked their website to then see that they could make the Frozen Caramel Chocolate, went back a few days later and was capable of getting the drink. Service was fast and professional everyone was very nice and in good spirits. The only problems were the cleanliness of the place. This was easily the worst coffee I've ever had. It's hard to mess up an iced coffee, especially when that iced coffee is ordered black. Not only did the lady mess up the iced coffee she messed up my boyfriend's drink so bad that it could not be consumed, it was terrible. Our coffee did not even taste like coffee. Pulled in and person in front took about 4 minutes and I kept hearing "anything else?" No question concerning the order, no repeating it back to make sure it was correct. First, I just want to say I rarely ever leave reviews... but this needed to be recognized. My boyfriend and I went through the drive-thru tonight (May 3rd 2018) at about 10:40 PM. The wonderful girl working (which I forgot to grab her name, so hopefully you know who this is about) was such a sweetheart!!! She made a joke about making the best iced carmel macchiato (my drink)... well it wasn't a joke! By far the BEST drink I've ever had from ANY other Dunkin ever!! Slow service. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and 7:30 at night. No one else was in the restaurant. Order was all wrong. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches. One on a bagel and one on a croissant. Both were on bagels when we got them. One was made with the two bottom halves on the bagel. The other was made with the two top halves. The hash browns tasted freezer burnt. So my hubby came home super early from work and brought home breakfast. Well most of it was good. I really like the white chocolate pumpkin latte and the steak breakfast burrito thing. However the weird looking bagel was suppose to have cream cheese and didn't. So decided to save it for latter. Well later came after a breaking bad marathon and at like 1030pm we decided to split it. I toasted it and put some pumpkin butter on it and on the second bit I couldn't chew threw so I spit it out. When I looked at it I found cardboard:/ well called the main office told them what happened and got an apology from the lady I spoke to and got an email from the regional Marketing & Guest Relations Manager who asked me to contact him. He was very nice and insisted on reimbursing us for our purchase. I haven't received any thing yet but I do believe it will come soon. I will be a little apprehensive to order a beagle again. Jan 16th stopped in to purchase Duncan donut delicious hot chocolate Kcups. I Was told that this particular product is seasonal therefore they do not carry it at this time of year!?!? I asked her when they stock the product and she said in May!?!? Hoping I can find another Duncan donut that stocks this product during the winter months and that this is not company policy as I was told by the employee at this Duncan donut. Smh read more
