I will never understand why this place is so packed. I only go through to get a Diet Coke, but if you go at certain times, there are 15 or more cars in line. This is the slowest drive-thru line ever. You can plan on at least 15-20 minutes in line if they have lots of cars waiting. I then drive out without ordering and go to Burger King where there is NO line. read more

What a shithole! This place was so gross even the kids in the play place didn't want to play because they were saying "it looks like there's poop on the slide." The bathroom was absolute disgusting and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in over a month. And then I got a snack wrap (which has a total of 5 whole ingredients: tortilla wrap, chicken, lettuce, cheese, and lettuce) and of course, no cheese read more

Every morning I get breakfast here. Every morning they make me "pull ahead" and wait while 5 cars go behind me with their orders. Complete garbage service. Fix it or you're losing a long time regular. read more

Absolutely the worst McDonalds I have been to! The place was filthy, the drink bar needed to be stocked with lids and the food was cold. I needed a new large drink cup because mine was leaking all over. I went to someone at the front and I was ignored. My husband finally took the drink cuo and no one would help him either. I will never go back. Despite my 1 star review, I would give this negative 10 stars if I could. read more

Food is edible but presentation is lacking. My quarter pounder needed to be shuffled back together for the second time in the last week. There's trash all over the floor, and drink stations. You can tell customer service doesn't want to be there. The play place is the ONLY attraction (when it's open) My seat fell apart while scooting in. read more

McDonald's - Seat back fell off. It's just sitting there. - Burgers Near Me - Dundee, Michigan

I went through the drive through and it took about 5 minutes for someone to even take my order. I ordered a small fry and a 4 piece chicken nugget and they only gave me 3 nuggets and only a few fries. Terrible service. read more

Where to even begin? This McDonald's has gone way down hill ! I don't know who's running it but it doesn't seem like anyone is in charge and they never say sorry for any of their mistakes ! Sat in line for over 35-40 mins this was at like 10:20 to finally make it to the speaker at 11:00 on the dot to be told they didn't have breakfast ! Are you kidding me Went back a couple days later sat at the speaker for 10 mins and then someone finally came on and said " can't help you rebooting system "! Again no sorry! Worst customer service I have ever witnessed !!! Not to mention nobody ever has hats are hairnets on !! I'm pretty sure that's against health codes !! I won't be going back to this McDonald's ! read more

Only McDonalds I know to run out of breakfast burritos. No breakfast burritos today at 7:40 am and this has happened plenty times before. Also THEE slowest I've ever been to. Special 2 for one at this location the WORST read more

Multiple times they are not open during posted hours. This morning we swung through at 7:30AM on the way to my son's baseball practice. Lights on, employees are there and nobody answers the drive thru. I drive up the the window to ask what's up and an unsavory lady stood inside shaking her head no. I asked if they were going to be open soon and she just continued to stare and shake her head no. Very unprofessional. 1 star is too much. read more

I drove 25 minutes to have fun in the play place. But when I went in it said it that the play place was close for CLEANING !! IT NEVER said that they had a play place that was closed. It should not take 2 day to clean a play place. I am not happy with the attitude I also got from the employees there was no indication from the the outside that the play place was not open.. And the fact that i wasted my time and gas money to go spend time out my family for it just to get ruined. I am farely disappointed with This McDonald'!! read more

they messed up my order. and i gave them a 15$ gift card and a 10$ bill and they used all of my money and then the gift card leaving me with no money and only 5$ left on the gift card!!! who doesn't use all of the gift card first?!?! read more

Very long wait time at drive thru. The sandwiches ordered tasted like cleaning agents and was missing bacon, which I specifically paid more for. Instead of two pieces of bacon on the sandwich they put half asad little partial piece which looked like someone bit off of. When calling regular number to complain I get a fax machine repeatedly. The workers and management behave like they do not care about customers. read more

Waited over 30 minutes after being told to pull ahead. Watched other cars behind me get their orders and then pull around me. They waited a while but obviously not as long as me. I decided to try to call and after 12 calls with a message saying "all lines are busy" I decided to park and go in. Had to wait for the manager and she offered to get my order. I told her I wanted a refund. I explained to her that I tried to call 12 times and that I waited over 30 minutes (I have receipt for proof), and I just get a half hearted "sorry". She was yelling at the staff, and I understand why, however it felt very unprofessional. I will not be going back. read more

Seriously the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Stale Hambuger buns, soggy fries, stale fries, items not made properly, and bad service. I'm local so I've been there a few times before I finally gave up. The Speedway down the road has pre-made chicken sandwiches that kill this place. Yes it is that bad and the only reason I kept going back was because my kid always wanted a Happy Meal. Well he gave up too when they finally forgot all the toppings on his hamburger and we found a hair. Trust me there are so many other places to go stay away from this poorly ran McDonald's. If you must have McDonald's there is one in Milan, Monroe or one in Whiteford by the exit for 223. read more

Is correct change too much to ask ? Food was okay. Service was fine. But even the manager couldn't make change

Slowest drive thru ever. I waited 20 minutes to get my kids food! Awful! Get it together Dundee

Really sad went there one time and it was spotless today I go with the husband and the kids the lay area was filthy labels were dirty chairs were all over there were fry on the floor and it was before 8am when we got there. We were the only ones in the play area. We may have not been the first this morning however I am sure the frys were not from today. Were stayed for over an hour not a single employee came to check on the play area even tho they look at and cleaned the lobby and the bathroom more than once. read more

A Buttermilk Crispy Chicken with a mcchicken patty instead of the actual buttermilk chicken, and shredded iceberg instead of leaf lettuce, Spent over twenty minutes in the drive thru. Management is always great and friendly but the employees are inept. read more

Employees are nasty and rude. Also, slowest drive thru ever and they messed up my food.

Why is it that at 8 in the morning the coffee taste burnt and smells like charcoal? It's gross! I ordered a latte and it's the worst coffee I've ever tasted. This seems to an on going trend with them which sucks because it was my go to coffee stop. Not anymore. The last 5 or 6 I've ordered smell and taste so bad Ill need to stop an get a toothbrush and mouth wash before I talk to anyone because it makes your breath smell just as bad. No one would smell this coffee and think yum what is that I want one. Sorry McDonald's but you use to out do all the coffee shops in town... now. Your the worse. read more

I don't really eat at McDonald's and I wouldn't normally review a McDonald's, but I've been stopping here to get coffee on the way to work lately. I am shocked every time at how fast the drive-through line goes, and how friendly the staff is. If you're looking for a speedy cup of coffee in the morning this is the place to go. read more

Ordered a big Mac meal a chicken sandwich with tomato after pulling a head and waiting 25 minutes got down the road and the order was completely wrong very awful service They told me they would put me down in the books for two free mealsand a week later went to get one of the meals and the manager never put my name in the book read more

The service was horrible! My fries were sneezed on and my burger was cold. I will never go to a McDonalds again!

There and flies flying all over the inside. None of the tables are wiped off and I found a dead fly in the inside of the wrapper of my snack wrap. They also gave us a completely wrong order. Do not come here read more

I moved to this town about 6 months ago, and can't believe that the people in this town love McDonalds, and it's always packed. No one hardly goes to Burger King, and in my opinion, BK is better. People wait in the McD drive-thru line many times of the day for 15 minutes! The workers are very inefficient. The only thing I like is their Diet Coke, but I'll pay $1 extra for it at Jimmy Johns, rather than burn my gas for 15 minutes waiting in line when the line is busy. read more

I order Mcdoubles and a large fries. Then I asked for ice water. The employee told me she had to charge me a $1 for the ice water since that is what they charge for the cup. Just keep driving! Yelp is making me add more to this review, but really...just don't and keep driving.

Worst McDonalds on the planet. Lazy staff and mediocre food. Don't ask them to go out of there way to serve you your favorite from the menu, either they are out of it or their equipment is broken. Late night servers have no interest in doing their job, if it requires that they actually do something. read more

Horrible service. Waited forever for chicken tenders and still didnt the the amount of them i was supposed t9

These places are disgusting and you don't clean anything on the outside, because I shouldn't stick to the seat when I sit down also your managers are rude for no reason and then wanna get smart when your upset about the service or the fact that the ice cream mechanic is broken 23/7 read more

When arriving to this McDonald's you will notice the unclean tables and floors. There are tons of employees and yet it still takes forever. I don't understand how you can have all that staff and still have the place dirty. I watched as the manager compact the trash bins with some kind of tool instead of just changing the trash. The food tastes like it has been sitting under a heat lamp all day. The drink fill station is a complete disaster. This McDonald's has a play pen for the kids which is the dirtiest thing imaginable. You should never let your kids play in there then eat after. When I went to order the cashiers never greet me and seem like they don't want to be there. I have given this place 3 chances and they have failed me for the last time. read more

Stopped at this McDonald's twice in 4 days while on a vacation. They messed up both orders. First time, they tried to have me pay for a Big Kid's chicken nugget meal when I said twice I only wanted a Happy meal. The server seemed annoyed. The second time we didn't get fries with our Happy meals and they gave my daughter the wrong Cheeseburger for her meal. Food was typical McDonald's food, but don't expect great service or to get your order right. read more

Poor service and old food. No real manager or supervisor at this store! When complained to corp. There was no return call from owner.
