Sad to say that this isn't the first CFA to seem slack lately and disappoint. And trust me this isn't a 10 minute drive so when something isn't in your order it's even a bigger deal. Yes they offered to make it right and the first thing they expect is for you to drive back for it. I know it's my own fault but I'm just disappointed that several locations are not where they used to be in service.

It's disappointing to see that the staff doesn't recognize that there are lots of places from which to choose. If you just want a nice coffee, give it a shot. If customer service matters, skip it.
