The workers here are extremely rude. I've gone there 2 separate times and I like to pay cash because I use my tips and 2 times in a row, the ladies in the front refused to help me and told me to use the kiosk to order. Last I checked, you have to pay with card on there and I'm not tech savvy so every time I tried, it didn't work for me. The lady who did this to me today said she was "by herself" and I needed to wait but when I looked in the back there were 6 people back there?? Ordered a medium today. They filled it only halfway......the size of a small. Shoulda save the extra $2.49 and just ordered a small for $1. $3.49 for that nonsense. Burgers are always so dry. If I could give a lower rating for the remodel I would. They installed kiosks and discourage waiting in line. You cant order everything on the kiosk so you still have to holler for someone to come to the cash register to take your order. They removed the play structure and put in a pathetic excuse for a play area. They removed the second sink from the ladies room, and still only give one inch of swing room between the door and toilet... so to get in or out you have to stand next to the toilet to open the door. Once you have washed your hands there are no towels and the door swings in so you have to touch the handle. And now... they have installed combo locks on the bathroom so you cant even use it unless you holler for someone to come from the back and open the darn door! i am a firm believer in second chances, after one year i decided to take my children back to this establishment. little did i know that was a MISTAKE! Although this time we got everything we ordered my children were sobbing because it took 30 minutes to get our simple order. Another major issue was that the water machine was broken. My family and myself frequent this McDonald's as we constantly are driving past this one on weekends. Last night, as our family was driving home we stopped for 6 cones. As we got up to the window I realized that I would need 4 cups and spoons for our kids because it was hot and I knew the ice cream would melt. My husband kindly asked the man (who happened to look like a manager) at the window if we could please get 4 cups and 4 spoons. The man told his coworker to "get the fuc$&ing cups" the girl got the cups and the man placed all the cones in them and handed them to use and shit the window rudely. When he opened the window again I had already passed 2 cones back to 2 of our kids and since he decided to put the rest in cups I realized we would need 2 more cups for our 2 kids without their cones in a cup. He then replied "next time you need to say this at the window" FIRST of all, I NEVER asked for the cones to be placed in cups I asked for them ON THE SIDE. I have lived in Disco for two years. Every time I have been to the McDonald's on highway 4 maybe 10 times in the last two years. EVERY time they have messed something up. EVERY time. I don't know if this is a corporate location, but in any case the people who are in charge should be embarrassed. The food is sub par. I only go when I am running late or just need a quick something to eat. But you expect a certain level of comfort and familiarity from McDonald's and you do not get that at this location. It's a crap shoot. Today I gave in and went just to save some time on the day and true to form they screwed up! I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with mushrooms and Swiss cheese but got a hamburger with mushrooms and Swiss. Also the fries are always, always, always mushy. Just skip this store. I'm not sure how old this particular McDonald's happens to be... but it looked like it was fairly new, with a poor restroom situation. Husband and I were out for a drive in the country.... my bladder being the size of a pea... pee... pea... hehe. We found ourselves here and I ran in like Flash Gordon. So one bathroom had plywood boarding up the entrance and said, 'out of order'. The other one had a male and female figure on the the door. 'OK', I thought. Here is what I saw.... 1. 1 working stall... second one was boarded up 2. wet floor... puddle wet. no warning sign ( could've been urine, it IS a bathroom) 3. 4 hairs on the seat (notice how I left out the possible source) 4. upon my exiting the one stall, a big burly dude was walking in and dead bolting the door. Not sure if this McDonalds has higher prices than others but when I looked online later to see what they cost because it seemed very high to me I found one cost only $2.78 so two does not equal around $8. They were vastly understaffed, the team members were all breaking under the pressure, they were not nice to one single customer that ordered, and those team members make the entire vibe uncomfortable for anybody not working there. I only ordered 2 happy meals for my daughters and they got one order wrong and the other was missing half the items.
