It has a modern appearance, and a double menu board drive-thru. It also has outdoor seating, and plenty of parking. It was Wednesday night, around 9:45pm. Fairly clear night, with temps in the 70's. I decided to grab a Big mac and Small fries in the drive-thru before the drive home. When she displayed the prices on the menu board, I noticed something interesting. I had to do a bit of research, but I was right....the prices are slightly cheaper at this location. Big Mac $5.89 Sm Fries $2.89 Service was very quick, friendly and prompt. How was the food? - Fries were hot and crispy. Lightly salted. - The Big Mac was nicely assembled. Plenty of Big Mac sauce. Not enough onions. Just doesn't taste the same as the old Big Macs. This burger looks like it survived a house fire and then got run over by a truck. The patty was so burnt, I thought McDonald's started selling charcoal briquettes. The cheese? Tried the Big Arch combo. The sandwich was served cold and the hamburger patties were burned and hard to chew. The famous fries that came with the combo tasted old and cold like fries warmed up in the microwave at home. Had a very bad encounter here. My friends and I ordered food around the same time, but my order was still not ready in more than 20 minutes when my friends already finished their food. I asked one employee (sorry I forgot his name; let me refer to him as J) what was going on with my order. The interesting thing happened: when J was about to say something to me, another guy, who later told us he was Charles the manager, stopped J and approached me instead. The manager said "It's just waiting, simple" then walked away. I was upset but didn't say anything. Later when my food was ready, I asked J again what caused the delay and I could have made changes to my order if it was because of a single item. However, the managed stopped J again and told me that everybody had been waiting. This is when we started a heated argument. I was pretty upset with his attitude, and however, he told me and my friend that I was the one having an attitude. Should I not get upset because my food was delayed and I was told to just accept it? At one point during the argument, the manager told me that "you now have your food. You can take it outside if you don't like it". At another point he said "I already said sorry, what else you want?", even though he never said sorry or gave me an explanation of the delay. My child was with me the whole time. He was scared by the manager and started crying and asked me to stop arguing with the manager. Later when we were back to our seats, J brought my boy an ice cream to calm him down. It was very nice of J. Not sure why the manager thought he could "handle" a complaining customer himself when J could clearly do a much better job. It was a disastrous encounter with such a nasty manager. It was once-in-a-lifetime experience. Before we left the restaurant, my child said he never wants to come to McDonald's again. This location is really the only fast food place for miles. Pulling up I seen a long line of cars and thought I would be waiting awhile. The line did move fast. The staff was super nice and the food was the freshest McDonald's food I have had in a long time. It really put many others to shame. Also very clean around building. There was some foul mouth teenagers a out side and a very congested parking lot to deal with. I will return here next time we are in town. I did finally enjoy a McDonald's meal. read more

They never know about any corporate offers and the kids working don't bother to ask a manager that actually knows something. Multiple times the mobile app shows this location participates in limited time offers. Every time I show up the dumb kids pretend not to know what I'm talking about. I ask for a manager and they claim none are available. Most recently the .63 McMuffin, which the app limits you to only one. I drove through during peak breakfast hours, only to be told they "don't have that" because they're franchise. My worst experience in McDonalds in my 56 years of life. 1. My food was given to the driver in front of me... he went through the bag and gave it back to the server. She then gave the bag to me. I looked in the back, my sandwich was out of the bag, pancakes were crushed in the corner of the plate and the hash browns were out of the wrapper. 2. When I went in to show them my bag and explained what happend the young lady at the front took my bag, took the sandwich out, got another sandwich from the preparer then threw the sandwich in the same bag and put the same pancake platter back in the bag with the pancakes smashed in the corner and handed it to me.... We rarely go- grandkids like an occasional picnic (first sunny day in a week..) and get a (happy) meal They don't like soda and get plenty of milk at home. Always opt for a bottle of water. So- 5 meals today. Fries are all soggy and cold by the time we get home- 1.1 miles. Ever notice that dipping sauce never makes it into the box? And out of bottles of water. We fed 5 ppl, 3 of them kids and it was close to $60 (yeah... for McDonalds!!!!). The fries were cold and soggy, and my chicken sandwich was the unhappiest meal I've ever seen. Burned bun, giant hunk of fat in the middle of the chicken patty, 2 sorry pickles and no sauce, no lettuce, no tomato. The workers here are extremely rude. I've gone there 2 separate times and I like to pay cash because I use my tips and 2 times in a row, the ladies in the front refused to help me and told me to use the kiosk to order. Last I checked, you have to pay with card on there and I'm not tech savvy so every time I tried, it didn't work for me. The lady who did this to me today said she was "by herself" and I needed to wait but when I looked in the back there were 6 people back there?? Ordered a medium today. They filled it only halfway......the size of a small. Shoulda save the extra $2.49 and just ordered a small for $1. $3.49 for that nonsense. Burgers are always so dry. I order extra ketchup and mustard and they still cant seem to get condiments on there. Plus theres never ice in the drinks anymore. All melted and you get maybe 5 cubes of ice. So upset today. If gas wasnt so expensive i would be returning the fries and asking for a fresh fully cooked, fully filled order of them but im already home.
