It happens 3 out of 5 times you order on the app and there's going to be something missing from your bag. You get home and realize you're short of an item and call them to request a delivery and they tell you to get screwed. It's really too bad that young people who work there have such a caviler attitude about poor service. God help us all. read more

In this case, it is all about service and response. Ordered a Big Mac with mustard instead of special sauce for takeout. Left, but did examine the burger. There was no mustard. I examined the entire burger - oh, ok, one dollop (I mean really small) of mustard on the bottom area. I went back in, and asked what had happened. Tina, the swing manager, seemed to be almost waiting for this, and immediately jumped in. "The mustard squeezer doesn't put much out." as she imitated squeezing a bottle. "Why didn't you squeeze a few more times?" I asked. "It's just the way it is," was her response. She walked me over to the condiment area and handed me a few mustard packets - do it yourself. I left, but her attitude really disturbed me. She had no interest in filling the order correctly, and dismissed me as well. I returned again, handed the untouched (other than looking for mustard) burger and mustard packets back, saying - "this is not satisfactory. I want a refund." This seemed to shock them. What? Dustin came over, and was very professional. Seeing I was upset, he said, "What will it take to make this OK?" I said, a refund, at first, but he seemed sincere - so I finally said, "Can you just make the burger the way I requested versus dismissing me?" He nodded, made me a new Big Mac (it definitely had lots of mustard :) showing it wasn't that hard), and then also refunded my purchase, making it free. Now that's good service. Dustin was great. Because of Tina response - I give a 1 star rating. Dustin raised it - only to 2, because this should not have happened, but he was a redeeming factor. Again, this is all about the people, not the food. How was the Big Mac? Really, pretty good. And my spouse's 1/4pounder/cheese meal was good (and didn't need to get mentioned till now). But even at McDonalds, the order is about food, cleanliness, and service. read more

I'm not from the area. We stopped early for a breakfast. They couldn't accommodate for anything that we wanted to change. We personally have never had that happen in McDonalds before. We didn't want the hash-browns we wanted fries (they couldn't replace them until 10:30) wanted chicken nuggets and they didn't sell those at all during breakfast hours. Just very bizarre for us. Beverly our server was very friendly! She went out of her way to look for specific Frozen ll toys for my son and three nieces during our drive home. She happily grabbed the toys available and brought the selections to our table with a smile. We stopped in on our way home to California. Folks here were nice enough. Tables were dirty considering there weren't many folks in the restaurant. Food came out fast enough but it was pretty sloppy. Order came out missing items and the presentation was Kim a disaster. One thing I can say though is what it lacked in presentation it made up for in gratuitous amounts of pepper. I have eaten at 100's of McDonald restaurants all over the USA and Canada I have never witnessed a more knowledgable staff about their menu and more friendly group of people. If you're in the area and want Mcdonalds, go for it. But if you are in a time crunch I wouldnt. The place is usually pretty slow, I can go there at night when no one else is there and still wait over half an hour to get my food. I don't know any of the people real well, but they vary from being pretty cool, to wanting your money back and a get out of jail free card kind of person. I've worked in there before, some of it's gross, whatever that's fastfood and big companies, but I know it's hard work especially with the difficult people you either have to compensate for, or just tolerate breathing in your vicinity. They do have a tendency to get orders wrong occasionally, but I still eat here. They aren't exceptionally friendly, but this is a Mcdonalds without a play place so go somewhere else for idle friendly chit chat. I'll sum it down for you in a hurry to decide if you want to eat here, it's not quick, there's certainly no guarantee for the right order, people can sometimes be hard to deal with, but are mostly fine, the food isn't that bad, but hardly presentable. I got a mcchicken a little while back the was the sloppiest thing I have ever seen. If I wasn't such a gross American I probably wouldn't have ate it. I won't use my experiences as a past employee to bash on them, but it was pretty bad overall. That could have changed in the time I was gone though, but I doubt it. read more

I really care about most people at McDonalds, but, on the 11th day of October, 2018, 8:16 PM my girlfriend and I ordered a smoke house bacon burger meal medium sized, and a quarter pound deluxe meal medium sized total amount of cost for the 16.85, upon receiving the food my girlfriend opened her burger to 1 half piece of bacon and a few pieces of onion with a slice of cheese... that is all as I noticed it I went to the front counter to ask for more toppings, the manager of this shift responded to me fairly rudely saying what do you want more of? I asked more bacon so when I received the burger back she had put a good half pound bacon on it.. this time my girlfriend had asked for the money for the burger back and we got it back also we got a burger free of charge... but.. as they were making it, I could here the grille and line crew stating, we dont do hand outs here, go somewhere else, I hope they like all this dirty bacon, the only ONE person with any decency was ACADIA thank you and trust me you have lost my business I am thoroughly disgusted with how this shift acted, but, thank you acadia.. read more

50 cents for ANY size beverage. I simply couldn't believe it. Unlike most McDonalds, this one is open until 11pm. Not bad.

Food is OK but make sure you check your bag before you leave especially if you have the new girl as I was missing my apple pie by the time I realized it I was 15 minutes out of town. When I called to talk to them they told me I had bad reception I couldn't hear me. Also the soda Machine is not calibrated so Diet Coke tastes funny. read more
