This is not about the food, but rather the service. Serenity was very kind. I unintentionally went in at the exact cut off for breakfast not looking at the time, but she was very helpful to ensure I had what I wanted to order. Lobby is fairly clean for a fast food place and it's not crowded inside because the drive thru stays busy. Typical environment for a fast food. read more

It is hard to rate this McDonald's because the different times you go it could be a 1 star and other times it could be 5 star. I give it one star Sunday morning today because of my ice coffee and staff. Similar experience last Sunday with my coffee but not as bad. (Kids and I need a new breakfast spot after church) It is so convenient to my house and why I go back but this may be the last time I go on a Sunday. My vanilla iced coffee as you can see in the picture looks nothing like a typical vanilla iced coffee. I questioned it with the employees and the employee who made it said it looked different to him too but he made it the same way he always does. So it looked different to him and he still served it?! Horrible service you can't get waited on as they are more worried about the drive through. Food was cold and nasty. The dining room floor was a mess as we're several tables. I have been going here at 330AM maybe once a week after my 10 hour shift at a warehouse. It's the only place within 20 miles that's open 24/7. No problems ever until they started saying they couldn't sell since their system was down. And then one day they stopped serving the after midnight menu and only was doing breakfast at 330am. TODAY, I went and no answer on the speaker. So I call, no answer. I call again and this is how it went. Lady: "McDonald's" Me: "hello, I was just wondering what time you guys open?" Lady: "we open at 4am for breakfast" Me: "oh ok, thank you!" Lady: hangs up. No wonder this place has 2 stars. False hour advertisement and just horrible customer service. Even when I worked in fast food I always was nice, especially to customers who are nice back! I won't eat here I guess since I only have time to go there after work. I go to this McDonald's A LOT. I always get good food and the staff is solid! The only down side, and it's kinda major, is the fact that their hours are falsely advertised. It hasn't been 24/7 for a while now. They close around 12:30 pm most nights (if not every night). I lucked out big time tonight, getting there at 12:28- starving after a late indoor soccer game. The 2 cars behind me did not get their orders taken and they were not happy at all. I saw one get out and take a picture of the 24 hour sign on the restaurant. Understandable frustration. They always messed up with your order either you go to the drive thru or go inside to order... they don't double check the order..I ordered and pay for double quarter pounder bacon cheeseburger. And I got home open my burger only have one patties burger. Then when you call the phone number listed on the google map , no one answer the phone and you can't even leave a voicemail. read more

I have stopped in here many times throughout the past year. This location is dirty and has major ongoing issues with health protocol. It has gone through many staff turnovers and changes, but persists in quality and health issues. Several times have I received uncooked and rotting chicken and beef, pointing to potential issues with their freezer temp and stock. McCafe here is too inconsistent, with products either coming too chunky, watered down, unsweetened, too sweet, or forgetting entire ingredients. Staff is avoidant and will walk off or avert eye contact when you try to speak to them. Fortunately, they are not plagued with availability issues, usually most products on the menu are actually there. But I'm not sure I would trust the safety of the food here. read more

After the Reds game we decided to go through the drive-thru. The manager on duty (it was 11:15 pm on Friday 6/28/19) was complaining with the window open about how she's there by herself all night. We waited for a long time to get our food. Once home my son found a hair in his burger so he stopped eating. I'm glad because when I looked at the burger it was raw in the middle. Go there only for breakfast sandwich's and have to say the service through the drive thru is so bad . I go once a week anywhere from about 10:00am to 11:00 the drive thru is so backed up all the way to the exit . I have sat there waiting to order for up to 40 min just to place my order and after I do I am asked to pull till my order is ready ! And then 9 out of 10 times the order is not right . I almost had the best experience for once here, was on my way home to write a good review so excited that things were getting better when my daughter threw up all over the car, come to find out her chocolate milk was expired and curling over. I been here more times then I can count never had a good experience. management offered to pay for my daughters happy meal and said they would pull expiration dates. It is listed as 24 restaurant but we stopped at about 140 am. After waiting in the drive thru line for more than 10 minutes, the two cars in front finally moved thru the line. This happened after an employee came racing back into the parking lot, jump out of her car wearing the headset and entered the store. After she got inside, then orders were taken. When we finally got to the order sign, a young woman asked if it would be a Mobil app order. We said no. We never heard from her again. We sat there another 5 minutes and finally pulled to the window. One woman was at the inside register and would not look in our direction. My wife and I come here most every Sunday morning after church, we usually arrive around 7:30 am. This morning was a disaster, 11/8/2020.every garbage can was overflowing, inside and outside, French fries and other debris was all over the floor. No tables had been cleaned, the cleaning materials were on a shelf. We cleaned off the tables we needed,4 of them. They should not have opened inside dining. During this coronavirus time I went swung by this location for a quick lunch. Keeping in mind restaurants are now only open for drive thru or carryout. I chose to go inside. VERY IMPRESSIVE how seriously the dining room (closed down) and restrooms had been sanitized! WOW! Not sure if the staff was concerned about their jobs or what but they were all super helpful and kind. Ive never been to this location nor do I often post on Yelp. After ordering but before eating, I went in to wash my hands. I see the soap dispenser is empty. I mean well empty. There isn't even a trace of foam to come out. Drive thru smelled horrible. Workers were distracted or doing something else because our order took way too long consider no one was there. Put us behind schedule for our fishing trip. Also they didn't put enough cream/sugar in my iced coffee. We moved to green township and this is our local McDonald's, of all the McDonald's I've been to , be it on the road, vacation or lunch out of the area, this is by far the cleanest and most friendly I've seen. They smile when you approach the counter, they are pleasant in voice and you don't feel like dealing with a bad place. I enjoy both eating in here as well as the drive through when in a hurry. The inside is really pretty and updated in decor it's a really nice one. read more
