This place is horrible. I tried for so long to give it a chance. The countless of oreo flurries with extra oreo i've ordered only to receive little ice cream with a few oreo crumbs is sad. You don't get what you paid for here. There is only one employee there that's uplifting, I see him in the mornings and it gives that place light. Everyone else needs to be fixed or replaced. The attitude I receive there is not okay. Today, I ordered breakfast for delivery, I paid for a big breakfast with bacon, eggs, and a biscuit. They gave me hotcakes and sausage with extra sausage. The order print on the container is completely different from the delivery print on the bag! It's absurd. I worked at a Mcdonald's. The purpose of the McD's app is to order ahead and have it ready when you get there. Places my order for breakfast. When I arrived at the mic, not in line but at the actual mic, the breakfast menu was still on the board. As I waited over 5 min it switched to lunch then the girl came over the mic and when I gave my order number she denied my order saying it was now lunch and I had to pick up before 10:30. I was there in plenty of time, they left me waiting. This is the worst McD's!!!! 99.95% of the time you have to park while they get your meal together. I constantly use the app to make things run smoother but nope, not at this location. I've lived in 9 states, traveled extensively and been to more McD's than I care to count and I can honestly, wholeheartedly say this is the WORST franchise of the lot. read more

Not only is the order rarely filled correctly, but the staff also argues that it was my fault I didn't get the seven ketchup packets I requested at the kiosk. Even after showing them the receipt, on the off occasion that one prints, they just grumble and ask why I need seven. Customers are ignored when returning to the counter to get missing items, and complaints entered via their web site never receive a response. read more

I honestly don't know how this McDonald's still operates the way it does. Every time I use the drive-thru, it's the same story: ridiculously slow service, rude employees, and messed-up orders. What's the point of a drive-thru if you're stuck sitting there for 20 minutes just to get the wrong food? The staff clearly don't care -- they rush you at the speaker, act annoyed when you ask questions, and somehow still get your order wrong. And good luck trying to get it fixed without getting attitude in return. Fast food should be quick, accurate, and friendly. This location fails on all three fronts. Not fast food. Drive thru took every bit of 16 minutes and I had to run in to get it! McDonald's!!! Was delicious but I'm really not Loving it anymore. They've really changed over the last few years and despite how much I've enjoyed them, I'm about done. I may do them once or twice every other month now instead of three or four times a week. I don't like the app. It sucks. It's way too buggy and runs like it's in beta. Too many problems and it's the only way to get the discount. I've also found some of their newest marketing insulting. Putting a combo in a different bag and charging more for it is outrageous. Forcing me to buy a combo we really didn't want just to get the Grimace shake was ridiculous. read more

Always issues at this location. This happened today: Ordered with app, I always use app. Was told to skip the pay/receipt window and get food. I refused and demanded my receipt at first window. Girl working refused to give it and it took over four times of demanding to receive it. It was already printed and she finally handed it to me. I suspect she was going to keep it because I was selected for a survey which gives free food. She was *allegedly* trying to steal my info to score free food. I visit here 3x a week and always get a receipt at this window. Contacted cooperate and put in a complaint. Store manager is suppose to contact me but didn't. All I can do is skip this place for a few weeks until the staff rotates out. This location is also known to ignore people at the drive-thru. Can it get worse? When you go to this location and get a fresh burger with a fresh bun, you feel you have your moneys worth. Visited this location on Thursday June 20th at approximately 12:10 AM. Drive thru employee was very rude and stated that they had already closed at midnight. Online hours state that they are open until 1 am. I expect nothing different from McDonald's, experiences like this one are the core culture of this establishment. The only pleasant part about my trip here today at around 4:45 pm, was the ordering process. Whoever was working the drive through register, was quick and friendly. I ordered four combos and a happy meal (no special requests) and my requested sauces were entered in the order screen. 38 bucks later, I pulled up to the pickup window. I was handed a drink carrier with all my drinks, and was subsequently handed the happy meal. Since all of the pull up and wait spots were taken, I was directed around the building to the currier spot, which was not visible from our position in the line. As I pulled around, there was a car parked there, leaving only a handicap spot. I pulled in there for about a minute, until the spot I was originally directed to cleared. A couple minutes later, an employee walked up to my window with two bags. I put the window down and greeted the employee with a friendly "Hi!". No response. Another employee said something to her from the door, and she turned around and walked away without a word. About a minute later, she returned with the same two bags. She handed me the bags, again without a word. Upon checking the bags, not a single sauce was in there. One of my kids went in to get our requested sauces. While that was going on, one of the other employees was walking between the front door and the waiting cars; and she was chewing on her nails the entire time. When we got home, the sweet tea tasted awful. I'm not sure how you mess up sweet tea, but whatever. My quarter pounder with bacon and cheese was missing the bacon. By far the worst and most disrespectful employee I've ever see. After not receiving my order for over 30 min I asked an employe (Hispanic midaged man about in his 50s and on the heavier side) for my order. I asked if it was being made or maybe it was a system error because I work fast food and I understand. After he said he was gonna make it he, he stood there and never made it.
