This place is horrible. I tried for so long to give it a chance. The countless of oreo flurries with extra oreo i've ordered only to receive little ice cream with a few oreo crumbs is sad. You don't get what you paid for here. There is only one employee there that's uplifting, I see him in the mornings and it gives that place light. Everyone else needs to be fixed or replaced. The attitude I receive there is not okay. Today, I ordered breakfast for delivery, I paid for a big breakfast with bacon, eggs, and a biscuit. They gave me hotcakes and sausage with extra sausage. The order print on the container is completely different from the delivery print on the bag! It's absurd. I worked at a Mcdonald's. Double check your orders, give the customers what they pay for, and have good working ethics. I hope this place closes and turns into something else or refreshes all thier workers. read more

The purpose of the McD's app is to order ahead and have it ready when you get there. Places my order for breakfast. When I arrived at the mic, not in line but at the actual mic, the breakfast menu was still on the board. As I waited over 5 min it switched to lunch then the girl came over the mic and when I gave my order number she denied my order saying it was now lunch and I had to pick up before 10:30. I was there in plenty of time, they left me waiting. This is the worst McD's!!!! 99.95% of the time you have to park while they get your meal together. I constantly use the app to make things run smoother but nope, not at this location. I've lived in 9 states, traveled extensively and been to more McD's than I care to count and I can honestly, wholeheartedly say this is the WORST franchise of the lot. read more

This place gets orders wrong, both drive through, and inside the store. Not only is the order rarely filled correctly, but the staff also argues that it was my fault I didn't get the seven ketchup packets I requested at the kiosk. Even after showing them the receipt, on the off occasion that one prints, they just grumble and ask why I need seven. Customers are ignored when returning to the counter to get missing items, and complaints entered via their web site never receive a response. read more

You can never go wrong with McDonald's fries especially when they are fresh out of the grease. This experience at this location was a 10/10 read more

I honestly don't know how this McDonald's still operates the way it does. Every time I use the drive-thru, it's the same story: ridiculously slow service, rude employees, and messed-up orders. What's the point of a drive-thru if you're stuck sitting there for 20 minutes just to get the wrong food? The staff clearly don't care -- they rush you at the speaker, act annoyed when you ask questions, and somehow still get your order wrong. And good luck trying to get it fixed without getting attitude in return. Fast food should be quick, accurate, and friendly. This location fails on all three fronts. It's honestly faster (and less stressful) to just cook at home. Major disappointment every time. read more

Not fast food. Drive thru took every bit of 16 minutes and I had to run in to get it! McDonald's!!! Was delicious but I'm really not Loving it anymore. They've really changed over the last few years and despite how much I've enjoyed them, I'm about done. I may do them once or twice every other month now instead of three or four times a week. I don't like the app. It sucks. It's way too buggy and runs like it's in beta. Too many problems and it's the only way to get the discount. I've also found some of their newest marketing insulting. Putting a combo in a different bag and charging more for it is outrageous. Forcing me to buy a combo we really didn't want just to get the Grimace shake was ridiculous. read more

The food was still hotwhen I got it and the service was very quick, I recommend anything breakfast from this place. McDonald's never fails to get my order right :) 10/10 read more

McDonald's - Caramel Frapp Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddles Meal - Fast Food Near Me - Deltona, Florida

Always issues at this location. This happened today: Ordered with app, I always use app. Was told to skip the pay/receipt window and get food. I refused and demanded my receipt at first window. Girl working refused to give it and it took over four times of demanding to receive it. It was already printed and she finally handed it to me. I suspect she was going to keep it because I was selected for a survey which gives free food. She was *allegedly* trying to steal my info to score free food. I visit here 3x a week and always get a receipt at this window. Contacted cooperate and put in a complaint. Store manager is suppose to contact me but didn't. All I can do is skip this place for a few weeks until the staff rotates out. This location is also known to ignore people at the drive-thru. I've waited and ended up having to go inside to pick up at times. Just avoid this one if you can. By the list of negative reviews I'm not alone in my experience. read more

I received a coke instead of a Dr pepper and we got no napkins with our bag. Also very unclear what is crew entrance and customer entrance.

Terrible service the food was cold they weren't willing to help in any kind of way I don't recommend going to this McDonald's

When I ordered my food i got a notification that it's coming to curbside pickup 4! I was at 3 and 20 minutes later they gave it to 4 and I had to talk to the lady and after all that they forgot my cheeseburgers? I am so pissed never go here and the wasn't even melted worst McDonald's experience ever!. read more

Terrible service twice now have asked for all my toys in happy meals to be different and both times there the same. Every.other time at any other McDonald's they are happy to grant this request. Zero care for the guest iam not requesting certain toys just not the same. Will now drive to the store 10 minutes away were they care about the guest. read more

Visited this location on Thursday June 20th at approximately 12:10 AM. Drive thru employee was very rude and stated that they had already closed at midnight. Online hours state that they are open until 1 am. I expect nothing different from McDonald's, experiences like this one are the core culture of this establishment. Poor customer service, lack of corporate intervention, poor ingredients, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. If Ronald McDonald were in front of me at this very moment I would strike him down with a flying knee to the jaw and finish off his helpless existence with a ruthless ground and pound which he would likely never recover from. Disgusting read more

Can it get worse? When you go to this location and get a fresh burger with a fresh bun, you feel you have your moneys worth. You feel thats what they advertise and have every reasonable expectation to receive it. Thats the deal right? Prices have went up but quality has went down. Its a rarity for McDonalds to hold up their end of the deal. To often items are missing, hamburgers, cheeseburgers are rancid. Taste like they have been fried hours ago and I can taste the old oil. Tonight I order a quarter pounder with cheese for my son. I then ordered a simple hamburger for myself. he asked me "did you say cheeseburger or hamburger, I clearly responded hamburger...twice. Well, I got a cheeseburger anyway and I threw it out upon coming home. I cannot eat cheese. I pulled the bun back and the burger was thin, crispy, black and smelled of old oil. They must fry the burgers hours ahead of time and let them sit. I would bet they would be in violation of food safety laws. Awful. And Im done with even ordering the simplest of things from McDonalds any longer read more

If I could give zero stars I would, by far the worst McDonald's ever. The service is terrible and the food is constantly incorrect and takes 15-20 mins for drive thru! I had to return back on multiple occasions because getting it wrong more than once was apparently the goal and the service from the managers was terrible as well. They wanted to be rude and make smart remarks after messing up the order 3 times!? If you care about food quality and service take the drive a little further to the next McDonald's because this one isn't worth your time or money. read more

Horrible. Food sucked. I've waited extra and then got my food, it was dry, cold, and old. Very disappointe.

they forget the sauce alot of times and the nuggets were very crispy and the fries were very VERY salty

Foodi always cold even off the grill it's old service is slow as molasses I swear you can't ever get the correct order

Everytime I order a mcflurry at night they never mix it with the mixer it's very disappointing don't recommend getting them from here if u expect a true mcflurry. read more

Assistant manager on New Year's Day lunch time was just rude and nasty! I had an issue that needed to be fixed. Employee working drive thru window was fantastic! But the assistant manager has no customer service skills! She needs to go! read more

Blows my mind how shitty this McDonald's is. Order is constantly wrong and the people are rude. Nice to see some new faces that might help improve but came tonight for my first meal of the day cause I've been working all day and I just want to eat and they mess up my food so I get home and drive all the way back and have the order made fresh and it's still wrong lol. I'll just start updating how my orders go from now on since they screw up 98.838349 of the time! read more

The only pleasant part about my trip here today at around 4:45 pm, was the ordering process. Whoever was working the drive through register, was quick and friendly. I ordered four combos and a happy meal (no special requests) and my requested sauces were entered in the order screen. 38 bucks later, I pulled up to the pickup window. I was handed a drink carrier with all my drinks, and was subsequently handed the happy meal. Since all of the pull up and wait spots were taken, I was directed around the building to the currier spot, which was not visible from our position in the line. As I pulled around, there was a car parked there, leaving only a handicap spot. I pulled in there for about a minute, until the spot I was originally directed to cleared. A couple minutes later, an employee walked up to my window with two bags. I put the window down and greeted the employee with a friendly "Hi!". No response. Another employee said something to her from the door, and she turned around and walked away without a word. About a minute later, she returned with the same two bags. She handed me the bags, again without a word. Upon checking the bags, not a single sauce was in there. One of my kids went in to get our requested sauces. While that was going on, one of the other employees was walking between the front door and the waiting cars; and she was chewing on her nails the entire time. When we got home, the sweet tea tasted awful. I'm not sure how you mess up sweet tea, but whatever. My quarter pounder with bacon and cheese was missing the bacon. Not only that, the beef patty was burned, and tasted like warm garbage. read more

i waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line for food, you would expect the food to be hot and correct. the exact opposite!!! my fries were cold and the large i ordered wasnt even given to me!this cheeseburger looks nasty too i waited for 10 more minutes as my cold got even colder, for employees to look at me and not do anything at all! the worst mc donalds establishment in central florida dare i say! will never be coming back!! i also paid $4 for a mcflurry they can't even be bother to fill!!! this is completely ridiculous the worst customer service i have ever experienced! i wish i could rate lower! the employess could not care lesssss read more

This location and franchised owned McDonald's is the worst. Obviously the franchise owner does not give a flying shit about reviews or the way it is handled inside by employees. They do not honor what they say and the management looks like they just rolled out of bed. I will never go back there again. read more

By far the worst and most disrespectful employee I've ever see. After not receiving my order for over 30 min I asked an employe (Hispanic midaged man about in his 50s and on the heavier side) for my order. I asked if it was being made or maybe it was a system error because I work fast food and I understand. After he said he was gonna make it he, he stood there and never made it. I asked again and he said "We gave it to you". by this time it had almost been an hour and I never got it. Then he I told him I never got it and that if you don't believe me to pull the cameras and look. He said we aren't doing that and said "Don't play with me". Also another employee told him that he watched us the whole time he told him they never received their mcflurry that they ordered. Then he said I'm not giving them anything. After I asked the employee one by one if they gave me the food they all said no. I asked for either my food or my money back and they told me your not getting anything. I told me that I was lying and said here take this McFlurry and Get Out. I got a melted mcflurry and never got my food. This mcdonlads stole my money and didn't give me any of the food I ordered. By far the worse experience I've ever had and i will be contacting someone to tell them how their employee acted. I believe that because im a young Hispanic teenager he assume that I was trying to steal something and wrongly accused me of stealing and treated me like a criminal when all I wanted was my mcflurry and fries. read more

I have come regularly to this location for my a.m. latte, I look forward to it to start my day & the service and product has always been spot on however, lately and for the last 4 visits I am told, "I,m sorry, our latte machine is down or self-cleaning mode." Blah, blag, blah...Really?, every time? Funny, they ve been saying the same thing about the ice- cream machine too? I ve been told they do this when their busy because it takes too long to make these items! read more

Not only can they never get an order right, now they are straight up stealing money. I went in for the last time tried to order a simple 2 happymeals and a mcnugget meal, not only could they not get that right, but when I asked for a refund, they said it would take 2-3 business days. now the refund has gotten to my account, and they kept a third of the purchase price+tax. not even a full refund. I got no food. I got nothing, and they just kept the money and now I just get the run around trying to resolve it. read more

Says they are open 24/7 but that isn't the case because here I am at 5:30 and they have the drive through blocked off on both lanes & employees just hanging out inside talking. DO NOT post your hours to be 24/7 if you aren't actually open. Definitely go to the other one on Howland. read more
