The employees have no sense of urgency and the food is constantly cold, old, burnt, etc. If you go inside, prepare to sit at a dirty table because employees never clean anything. When I order a breakfast sandwich, hash browns and a small Coke and the Coke is the only good thing out of the meal, something is wrong. This place needs a re-vamp. I got 3 items from this McDonald's: fries, a double cheeseburger, and a chicken Big Mac. All three of the items tasted like they were made the day before. The fries were not even room temperature, they tasted like the fries you found in a bag the next morning. The double cheeseburger was barely hot but when I tried to take the top bun off, almost half the bun stayed on the burger: bread was super dry. The chicken Big Mac, I didn't even get to complete it. I've placed online orders here a few times. Every time I order a Big Mac with extra onions, there are not any onions on it!!!!' It's listed on the receipt but not on the burger. I placed an order the other day. The ENTIRE order was wrong!!! My fish sandwich had lettuce on it...didn't order lettuce. My Mac did not have the extra onions on it, as usual...no onions at all!!!!! My cheeseburger was ordered without mustard and extra onions. The only thing on it was ketchup. The hi-c orange was so diluted it tasted like water. I ordered it without ice...there was no syrup in it for flavor. I contacted the corporate office to inform them. When we were saying thank you she did not respond and my friend says with a bit of attitude "okay your welcome" when she was pulling up and some how she heard us. So when we got back to the house we opened up the nugget box ready to eat and we find the whole box filled with ketchup. So we called them to complain and ask for a refund and she says that she can give us a refund but we have to go back to the store and we didn't wanna go back at 11 at night. The bar for a good McDonalds is basically on the floor. So, when there's a really great one, it says a lot about the team. We all know we aren't making a wise decision when we visit "The Big M" but I like to be cradled and carried though my guilt as I proceed to ruin my chances of a good day, (digestively speaking.) The team at this spot was fantastic! The building is beautiful, updated and very "hipster." The wonderful lady at the speaker was peppy and happy, and kept up the momentum when I got to the window, even taking time to chit-chat about the beautiful weather. My greatest regret now is not even the food; it's that I didn't catch her name on the name tag. Visit the McDonalds at this location. You won't regret it, (at least not more than the usual amount of regret.) P.S. I only wrote reviews of bad Wendy's locations, but this place made me break that rule. It's that good. read more

This is beyond bad service, three visits and not once has the staff been even close to friendly. The drive thru is slow, the order takers ask for your order but never listen, then get upset and ask for the order again as if I am a new customer. Then the order is wrong, so she has to be corrected. Once up at the pay window, you don't get a total, just a hand out waiting for the money. The order is tossed out the window and you better be ready for the drink cuz it's coming if you are ready or not... two times without a straw but the staff is long gone by the time I look up from setting the drink down. There is absolutely no excuse for employees inside this establishment to be sending people away 20 minutes early before they close the drive thru. They make people wait in line at the drive thru for 45 mins and then use the excuse that there is only two people inside working and start sending people away. Employee also advised people that "we close at midnight and I'm not going to have time for your order" at 11:45pm. This is absolutely ridiculous and a poor excuse of a business. After one person threatened to file a complaint, they actually let them order and then sent everyone else away. How does that make sense? Very unprofessional. read more

This is probably the worst customer service I've experienced at a Mc Donald's (around 3:20 pm today). The person who took my order did not ring up my happy meal order even though she repeated that order to me back to me. It's a simple mistake that can be corrected. I would have noticed if I didn't have additional items in my order as well. It was just an order of nuggets that were rung up with my order instead of a happy meal. The cashier was friendly but when I got to the window for pickup, the worker appeared to be in the worst mood ever. She handed me a bag without a word to me. I waited for the happy meal. She came back to the window and just looked at me. I informed her that I'm waiting for a Happy Meal. She asked if I had another order. I said "no, it's all one order". She then said "you have a second order" in a hostile tone. She handed me the happy meal, then a soft drink and water. I gave those back and informed her that those are not mine, the only items i waited for were the happy meal. I handed her the receipt which then showed that there was no happy meal charged to me. She told me to give her back the happy meal, in which I did. I simply informed her that the happy meal was the first thing I ordered at the drive thru. She shuts the window at me when I asked if they could correct the mistake and charge the difference. A nice supervisor came to assist after a few minutes. She seemed to have a better understanding or perhaps she already knows about her worker's terrible attitude and how unprofessional she is. She corrected the order and the rude worker later hands me the happy meal. She didn't apologize or even kindly say "here you go" . She just handed me the food and shut the window. There wasn't even a huge line for her to be in a rush, just one other vehicle. I thanked her anyway. My sick 6 year old in the back even asked, "why is she being mean?" I'm a flight attendant and I deal with hundreds of people a day too. Whether I'm wrong or right, a simple smile and apology is expected in my customer service. I never let my personal issues affect my work performance. Just be kind or get a different job! read more

Pretty much the worst McDonald's ever. As I write this, I'm in my car. They made me pull foward in the drive through to wait for 3 chocolate chip cookies. Their explanation for making me pull ahead? The cookies are being held up by fry orders. Yeah, don't ask me what fries have to do with cookies, frankly I'm not sure I care to know. In any case, it's been 15 minutes so far and still no cookies have arrived. I wish I could say this was a fluke, but unfortunately it seems to be just another event in a long string of failure for this paticular McDonald's. They're hardly ever at the speaker to take your order when you arrive. Generally the automatic message prompts you to order when you're ready after you listen to the automatic advertisement. If you are so bold as to begin ordering when prompted, you will be greeted by an irritated voice telling you to slow down or start over. Orders are frequently wrong...and now the cookie incident. (By the way, still typing in the drive-through on my cell phone and there's still no cookies...wtf.) Why do I continue to subject myself to what is clearly below par service? My kid goes to jujitsu down the road, and I don't know the area well, so I come here to get coffee rather that try to navigate the traffic to find someplace else. Never again. I mean it this time. Okay, you can take into consideration their pay (and no, I am not an advocate for a minimum wage increase), their lack of education, their meager surroundings, and the general downtrodden attitude that comes from working at McDonald's, but my god, if you can't do this simple job right, you have issues. This place has issues. I worked fast food for many years before moving on, so I know what it's like. En route from Wayne to Detroit, I stopped here with my wife since we had very little time to stop and eat on our schedule. There were three people in line in front of me, and we waited FOREVER! The worker who took my order didn't know how to use my coupon (no big deal) and called for the manager, who was preparing drive-thru orders. This lady looked like she rolled out of the dumpster and had a rod up her ass. She was throwing a fit about everything and very rude and impatient. The grill cook apparently skipped an order on the screen, and she yelled... no really, yelled... back to the grill area. She didn't even know the grill cook's name! She barked, "You! Hey, you... Hello! What is your name?" I was thinking, "Holy shit, you're a manager and don't even know your staff on hand." I wanted to leave but was curious to see how things would turn out. Our meal was deplorable: grade F garbage. My wings (when they had that item) tasted like they were made a week ago, dropped underneath the fryer, swept up, dusted off, and boxed up. My wife's chicken wrap looked like it was made by an amputee with no arms. It fell apart like a Chinese motorcycle. We had two medium fries with our order, but rather than waiting on fries, the manager scooped up the crumbs on the bottom of the holding bin. When she sat the cartons on our tray, she shifted the fries out of the box to make it look like there were more fries... a classic fast food cheat. I guess having a brain is not one of the requirements for being hired here. When I would come here for breakfast in the morning even if the drive-thru line was seemingly short the wait could easily be 10-15 minutes if not more. Going inside didn't help either where even if there was only one person in front of you it would somehow take the 4 people working up front 10 minutes to make your order. so needless to say to don't go to this location any more because their Inhuman level of slowness made me late to work several times. read more
