This is a good McDonalds. Is it a great McDonalds? I don't know if it's fair to ask a McDonalds to be great. The speed of the service embodied fast food- we ordered, we paid, and 3-4 minutes later we were driving away with two meals, and four drinks. I'm a HUGE fan of their soft drinks (very cold, bubbly, with the proper syrup to carbonation ratio, ice but not so much that you feel cheated.) The fries were salty. If you like salty, you will like these fries. Could've come a bit hotter, but they were warm enough. The Big Mac tasted good- saucy, saw enough onions, pickles, and lettuce, and was also salty. I'm wondering if I'm registering the salt so much because I haven't had Mickey D's in a while. The chicken nuggets could've been a little crispier and hotter, but they were basically solid. I was satisfied. Finally, we tried the new frozen lemonade MICHIGAN mix (lemonade and blue raspberry slurpee.) ZOMG. So fun. It was a bright, summery, slurpy... tasted like a day at the carnival. Sweet, sour, refreshing... pleasant! The drive through signage was updated and the two lanes were easy to navigate. All around solid drive through. Enjoy! read more

I wouldn't normally write a review for McDonald's, but this one stands out as it has a nice classic Ford car in the middle of the dining area. It's nice how this McDonald's tributes the history of the car in Dearborn. The service was also good and the food (Triple Cheeseburger) was prepared well and the place was clean inside. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would this McDonald's I pulled into a busy line and I got rudely yelled and cussed at for no reason what so ever. I was patiently waiting maybe 20 minutes and then said hello very politely and kinda quiet and a worker gets on "you can f******* wait for the car in front of you" when the other car was already gone I get if she is having a bad day but that doesn't mean she can take it out on the customers, then after 30 minutes she was taking everyone's order on the closer lane and didn't answer the right lane at all. This location is a complete joke. Nasty sloppy sandwiches, always burnt, the night time manager always looks high and always has a attitude like everything's coming out of her pocket. My brother came and ordered 20 piece and 2 medium fries, when he got them they were old! There was a long line, he didn't wanna deal with it, So we went back for him and they said "that's not our problem you received old fries" like what?? So it's okay to serve not fresh food? They kept laughing. This location just looks dirty as well. Everything is sloppy here with the food and they're careless. I asked for iced caramel mocha, and this, is what I got! The first order was right but no wept cream was at the top so I asked them to add it to it, they told me iced caramel mocha doesn't come with wept cream!! I was like: I buy this drink 5,6 times a month and it's always been with went cream! So finally after 15 minutes they gave me another drink which its what I have in the first picture. I took it since I was late for work. I buy my drink from this McDonald all the time and I was really pleased with their service but I think they changed the staff members recently and that's what has caused the issue. read more

Dining area is clean, outside grounds are well kept. This store has a little land around it, a little green space. This McDonald's was so rude ! They messed up my order and had me wait outside for 30 minutes and by the time they came my frappe melted . I asked for them to remake it and She said "They're cleaning the machine" When i ordered it 10 mins ago. Then she walks away and goes inside . The chicken sandwich was disgusting I threw it out . This is a strange McDonalds. It has it's good days and more bad days. I've called the owners (Chapatwala) on their toll free number to complain about them and all is what they do is apologize. The good days is when I am the only one at Driver Thru. 3 people...and there is a 15 min wait time. in the A.M. hours. Avoid this place in the mornings at all possible. This is absolutely the worst place ever!!! I went up there today and no one would take anyone's order but you have to order by yourself at the kiosk. When I gave the girl at the register my money she tried to cheat me out of $.50. Then, I had to wait well over 10 minutes for my food, but everyone else who was not white got their food before me, even though they came in and ordered after me. Actually there was another white guy and he had to wait as well. I never thought McDonald's would be racist. Total shame. I will never go back there again. The staff that work here are so unfriendly! Went thru drive thru about 530pm a few nights ago. No one said hello or thank you. The guy at the pick up window handed me my bag and looked right at me....didn't say a word. This is not the first time I experienced this at this location. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. Receipt said quarter pounder with cheese....the box said quarter pounder with cheese. Guess what? No cheese. Went inside and stood there for about 3 minutes. Not a single customer at the counter. A few employees looked at me...several times and totally ignored me. Finally someone came over to see what I wanted, and I asked that the whole order be done over...didn't want my food to get cold while I waited for my quarter with cheese. Employees don't do their job right, are rude and couldn't care less about certain customers, and they want $15 an hour? They are out of their minds. read more

This McDonalds is the worst. They lied and said they don't have a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit on the all day breakfast. They then forgot one of the sandwiches in my order so I had to turn around. When I went back to get it they told me they were waiting for "the chef" to cook it. I then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich I already paid for. Overall this was a terrible experience. This is the best Mcdonald's I've ever been to! I regularly went here every morning for breakfast on the way to work. Even if the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building I usually would not wait more than 5-6 minutes total in line. The staff (especially Calvin) are fast and friendly. read more
