I called the next day to share my experience with the manager, Jonathan, and his response was that he doesn't have problems like what I described. Basically, he dismissed me and asserted that I was lying on his employees. He didn't offer investigation nor resolution. I feel disrespected by immature workers with no customer service training, and cheated out of the cheesy fries that I paid for and didn't get.

For drinks it prints out QR codes to scan and activate the machines. That was new but cool. You could get refills with the code as well. All staff was really nice and helpful.
