Thankfully it was POLITELY pointed out by the more familiar patrons, so we got in line. The menu is an easy read, nothing complicated here and the staff is very friendly, and apparently very aware that we were newbies here, all in good natured chat, this place is starting to feel very friendly. Placing our orders we take a booth and there are flowers in vases on the tables! Looking around, this place is very clean, like REAL clean. There is even staff that hang out in the middle of the dining room looking around. When they see a patron leave, the staff grabs some kind of wipes and wipe down the table that was just vacated. The feeling here is that this is an elevated food establishment. Like a crossover between a full service restaurant and a grab-and-go place. A cheerful individual brings us our tray and makes it seem like he was glad to do so. This is so different from the energy outside that gives the appearance of a 3 lane highway during a traffic jam with staff working the line. However, while we are sitting there eating we do see the line moving along not too slowly. The parking for dine-in was plentiful and the interior is also well lit as well as very clean. The food is good. The chicken is hot and moist, lettuce and tomatoes cool and fresh. I don't like pickles so that was no problem to leave off. The fries are like round waffles. I haven't been to a Jimmy John's in about 5 years. I used to be a regular, and gosh, I must admit I have been missing their sandwiches. She got "#6 The Veggie", and I the "#14 Bootlegger Club". The service was "freaky fast" and somewhat friendly as well, making sure we ordered what we wanted. [The sandwiches]: The Veggie has mayo, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, double provolone cheese, and Jimmy John's Avocado spread. The Bootlegger Club has turkey, roast beef, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I added cucumber and Jimmy John's own mustard. JJ's own mustard, I would say is like old-fashioned German mustard, which has whole mustard seeds, so it's filled with spice but not 'spicy'. I love the fact this sandwich has 2 different deli types of meat!! An ample amount of each meat and sandwich kept me full for the rest of my day. The register staff was super friendly and polite. Along with patience, as my friend has never been to a Five Guys. They served us our Milkshakes as we waited. There was pick up/online orders, but we still received our food within 10 mins. You can pick up some peanuts as you wait as well! The location looks to be well staffed, had 3 cooking, 1 cashier who later cleaned thoroughly the dining room. [Food, Shakes, & Cost]: I got a "little cheeseburger" [$7.95], regular fries, and a milkshake [$6.25]. My friend got the "little hamburger" [$6.95] and milkshake. Mix-ins to the milkshakes are included in the price/free! [You can even mix in **bacon** into your shake] The little cheeseburger was the size of a normal fast food burger (about the size of your palm & some), so bigger than little! The only cheese they have is Cheddar. I added grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, jalapenos (raw), green bell peppers (raw), BBQ Sauce, and Mayo. The beef was fresh and grilled right there to view. On a sesame bun, Five Guys burgers are really what you imagine a burger to traditionally/stereotypically look like. Overall, the taste was delicious and it wasn't overly greasy. Five Guys uses peanut oil to fry their fresh and locally harvested potatoes. They post in the front by the line where the potatoes came from and even display peanuts [and peanut oil] in the restaurant. The fries were hot!! It wasn't super greasy but did have oil to them, but they probably literally just came out of the fryer. I found my batch was a bit overly dark, but it wasn't a disgusting burnt crisp. Their fries still held a good crunch but softness. [Shakes]: The milkshake was chocolate and malted milk [!!!!]. I really hunt and love malt shakes, they just taste different with almost a different consistency as well. It truly did taste like a chocolate malt shake. (I even saw a clump of malt powder at the bottom). My friend got Banana. I am happy to say it was not that [gross] artificial tasting Banana but *fresh* fruity banana taste. Overall the consistencies were great and of good quality in taste. I just wish it was a tad bit chocolat-ier and for the price I was expecting it to be a bit bigger. I'm sitting in the drive-thru, minding my own business, when the car in front of me decides out of nowhere to throw it in reverse. Not a slow roll. Not a cautious inch. No brake lights, no courtesy honk, no wave... just straight backing up like the laws of common sense took the day off. I had to throw my own car into gear thinking, "Well, this is how it ends... totaled over a cup of coffee." All that just to get six inches closer to the window. Six inches. Unreal. And not even a wave. Nothing. Just pure, unfiltered nonsense. Watch these people at Dutch Brothers because they are dumber than a box of rocks. They are dumber than a second coat of paint. That said credit where it's due the staff handled everything like pros. Friendly, quick, and upbeat like nothing in the world could faze them. Coffee hit the spot, exactly what I needed to shake off the madness. Location is clutch too right off the freeway, easy in and out... assuming nobody decides to back into you for sport.
