If I could give negative stars for service, I would. Our family of 5 showed up an hour before closing time and ordered two pizzas. We were the only people in the dining room, no one came in after us. We sat at our table for 40 minutes after ordering while listening to the kitchen staff goof off in the kitchen (their karaoke version of Careless Whisper was especially moving). I finally went up to ask about our pizzas and got a "deer in the headlights" look from the employee. His ultra-hygienic ponytail disappeared into the kitchen for 5 minutes before a young lady with sass brought our pizzas out with a face that said I was the problem. She asked if I wanted to show her where we were sitting. Yes, I'd love to- it's the only table with people. The best we can guess is they put our order in a to-go box and didn't realize we were waiting in the dining room. In addition to the class act service, there was a table with left over food on it sitting there the entire time we were. It was there before we got there. It was there when we left. I think they were singing along to Taylor Swift as we walked out the door. The pizzas were good. The singing: subpar. read more

I must sing the praises of this place. My mother and I needed a comforting meal after some hard times. We got the Box Canyon, with extra cheese, and roasted garlic instead of pepper jack cheese. We also got the bufflo bone-in wings, and loaded potato skins. All of it was absolutely DELICIOUS! The wings were nice and meaty, with a good heat without being overly spicy, and the wedges were super flavorful. And the idea of the cream cheese on the pizza was absolutely wonderful. We came to Westfir to visit our son & his wife at their new home here the "mountain biking capital of Oregon". We decided to explore the area & found this place 5 minutes away from their house! Great family restaurant in the front & fun bar in the back with great TVs & pool. We were starving & decided on the "Wolf Mountain Pizza" due to our great bartender Marty's recommendation. It was so delicious! Crispy thin crust & all of our favorite toppings; pepperoni, sausage, beef, Canadian bacon, green pepper, olives, mushrooms, onions & tomatoes. They serve the tomato's cold separately to put on the top- perfection! We ordered the large & we could barely eat half of it as the portion & quality were to generous. We had "Boneyard" beer on tap for the perfect combo. We heard their sandwiches are delicious here too- we'll be back! read more

Overall our visit was good! Came with a group all ordering variety of food. Some burgers, fries, onion rings, alfredo, sandwich, pasta salad, and a couple pizzas. We all enjoyed our food and were full! Food didn't take too long to make. Granted there was only one other couple in there finishing up when we arrived around 730pm on a Saturday. The only thing I didn't love about our pizza was all the cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella. Still good & had it for leftovers next day too. Pretty average prices. read more

TRAVELERS BEWARE BLUF: they will mess up your order, pizza tastes like a Hunts Brothers pizza you get at a gas station, and is overpriced. Got a to-go order with pizza and a few beers. Asked if i could substitute sausage and pepperoni instead of green peppers and tomatoes and waitress said that was fine. Receipt clearly said no green peppers and no tomatoes; add pepperoni and sausage. It took 43 minutes waiting in the store (not a delivery kind you) for pizza and then the pizza was wrong. It was covered in wet tomatoes. While I was waiting another customer came up to complain that his pizza was incorrect as well. Was supposed to have no mushrooms and pineapple and instead had no pineapple and mushrooms. I also ordered mozzarella sticks which would have been cold by the time my pizza was corrected, so i had to ask them to keep them warm while waiting. Hopefully sitting under a heat lamp doesn't ruin them. I guess being in a small town and not much choice they are able to keep themselves in business. If they are missing things like this, you can bet they don't pay attention to details like proper hand washing, cleaning the kitchen and restrooms properly, or safe food handling. So, one hour and 10 minute wait time for a pizza that costs too much and for what we were hoping was a quick dinner while stranded in this little town. Go to Dairy Queen Or Sonic instead. read more

While in the middle of ordering, I knew our order would be messed up. Man taking order appeared to be struggling with system. We had to repeat order multiple times, and correct him when order was finally read back to us. Nice thin crust pizza. I was in Oakridge as part of a 10 person bicycle group. We ordered 3 large pizzas and ate them for dinner and had plenty of leftovers for the next day's lunch. When we called the order in we were told they would be ready in 25 minutes, and they were. Big Mountain has indoor dining although we decided to take ours to the motel, too tired from bike riding for most to walk the few steps. A great find in a town with few choices. read more
