We stopped for lunch, bypassing the drive through and kiosks, ordering lunch from Betty at the register so we could eat lunch inside. Used the app for a BOGO free Big Mac, and added a large soda for a dollar. We love the app which hit us the BIGO free Big Mac. Betty was sweet and efficient. We got our order quickly, and it was accurate. We sat at a booth. The whole inside was very nice - and clean. Even had hand sanitizers! But we used the clean bathrooms (one is unisex/family) to wash up. Food was good. Hit the spot! I'll fill out the survey so I can use my receipt next time for a free small McCafe beverage! read more

Order is rarely correct and they will have 8 cars that they have asked to pull to a parking spot to wait on food and never manage to keep up with which orders go to what cars. The young man at the pick up window was nice, mannerly, and apologetic, the only jewel in the crown of this establishment. read more

I've been to this location probably 10-15 times in the last year. It's closet to my house. Every time it's awful. Cold food. They forget parts of our order. #1) I ordered a large, sugar free iced coffee. I told them no added sweetener, just the sugar free syrup. Well it was disgusting so I brought it inside. The manager on duty was a hispanic lady who has always been rude to me. I mentioned that the taste of Splenda is overwhelming and chalky, I can't drink it. She said, "No we don't use Splenda here". I proceeded to tell her that it's the yellow, powdered sweetener that they use and she just kept insisting that they don't use it (They do. You can see it from the drive thru window). I said, "Regardless, it's also the sweetener used in the sugar free syrup so it could be that too much syrup was added. Either way, I can't drink this". She rudely said, "We don't use Splenda but whatever I'll make it for you myself". Terrible customer service. #2) My hot food was ready even before my coffee but I was so frustrated with the rude service that once I received my coffee, I mistakenly left without my bag of food. Oops, my fault. By the time I come back for it, it's been at least 15 minutes since it had previously been ready. The nice young man with a speech impediment made a comment to me about how he needs to find my order because he did did not know what happened to it. He politely asks the (rude) manager for the order with 2 quarter pounders and she snapped at him that it's just not ready yet (as if to imply that the bag didn't go missing, it was never ready to start with... which is incorrect). Her snappiness to him was rude and completely uncalled for. #3) While I'm waiting on them to remake my food, the young man with a speech impediment is calling out to someone in the back who I'm assuming doesn't speak English. He's struggling to communicate because he struggles with his own speech as it is. A young lady out of my view says to him, "My God, dont you know the Spanish word for 10?" He said, "No. I never took Spanish". She replied, "You're so stupid. Everyone knows it's diez". The sweet young man just shrugged his shoulders and looked ashamed. I don't usually rate fast food chains, but this one stood out as worthy of special mention. Stopped here for a quick bite while on a road trip. The quarter pounder, and everything else we had, was as expected. Delicious. What really stood out was how nice the interior of this McDonald's is compared to all others. Clean, nice furniture (relatively speaking), and comfortable. An especially nice touch, and one I've never seen at a McDonald's before, was the fireplace. read more

Waited for my order for 30 minutes in store and it was an online order. I ordered it 10 minutes before I left the house. So total of 45 minutes waiting for food. I came here yesterday morning and as expected they were busy for a Sunday morning and I ordered 15$ worth of biscuits for my family and our chip on our card wasn't working for some reason and we couldn't use the card slide. The manager explained to me she couldn't make it not take the chip and paid for my order. I've never been to a place that has been so nice from fast food and I am so grateful I even told her I would go to the ATM but she said it wasn't necessary and was so nice. McDonald's is known for speed of service and quality food for cheap, they diffidently have the cheap part right but when it comes to their service it's not what I would call speed of service. I've been there several times for a quick meal but I've gotten the wrong orders and sometimes cold french fries.
