Had breakfast here a week ago and had the Sausage Egg and cheese biscuit. Food was acceptable but the drink i got had no carbonation. Service was reasonable , not ultra fast but ok. Did not eat inside got my food at the drive thru. Drive thru could use a hard cleaning. Lot of paper and straws on the drive thru pad. read more

Was in town for work and must say this was the best customer service I've ever had at a McDonald's. As someone with a low immune system, it was comforting to see the cleanliness of the restaurant & restrooms. Long day and Johnny was beyond helpful and kind. Went there. Drove thru. Eat in car in there parking lot and went in to throw trash away and refilled drink. Mgr came over and said we had to pay for refill. Spent 22.53 for dinner and this happened. Time for a break from McDonald's. read more

I'm really surprised I even decided to stop here for a quick dinner. Normally we choose something better, but we just wanted something quick before we went to the grocery store. We don't usually eat at McDonald's, because in Conway you mostly get what you pay for. In this case, we hardly got what we paid for. We visited on a Saturday afternoon about 5 o'clock. Let's list the problems, shall we? First, I ordered the new chicken tenders. They were cold, dry, overcooked, and overall just plain bad. I've had the new tenders from other McDonald's locations and I know these are better than this...I didn't know these could be messed up, but apparently they can! Second, my wife ordered the #2 combo: 2 cheeseburgers. This was delivered as one cheeseburger. I went back to the counter to retrieve the additional cheeseburger and had to wait almost 10 minutes. Also, both of our fries were cold and hard, and lacked any salt. The staff seemed very apathetic and didn't want to be there. Instead of joking around and playing on their phones, their time would be better spent sweeping the floor or cleaning tables, both of which were covered in food and trash. This is likely the worst McDonald's location I have been to. This one needs to close as no one should have to waste their money the way we did. read more

I am handicapped. I use a wheelchair. I've had a stroke. I cannot walk. I was informed the only way to use multiple mobile apps was to keep driving around and around in the drive through, or send one of my children inside, BY THEMSELVES, to pick up the order. I don't know you're policy about drive through orders, but it is VERY UNFRIENDLY TOWARDS THE HANDICAPPED. I understand there are rules (although not posted anywhere), but sometimes there has to be exceptions. The manager couldn't figure this out, so, instead, she wore her attitude all over her face. HORRIBLE customer service. Placed a meal order in drive thru. The employee asked "what to drink?" And not even two seconds later in a very rude tone she asked again, "WHAT TO DRINK?" I was soooo shocked and dumbfounded - first, by her tone; second, by her horrible customer service; and third, did she really say that??? I was so shocked I surprised myself when I laughed and blurted out these words: "are you kidding???" my partner-in-crime was just as taken aback and to say that he was none too pleased would be an understatement. No changing table!!!!! The whole place is updated, but then the bathrooms are bunk! The doors didn't close all the way, and I couldn't change my Child's diaper! All while the "McDonalds execs with their laptops" were talking right outside the bathroom! Planned on getting something to eat, but with a fussy child/dirty diaper...nope! First it was not very busy on a Sunday night 2-25-2018.We ordered and the person behind us ordered. I ordered an iced coffee drink, two sandwiches and a cold drink. The young lady came to me at the coke machine and handed me a hot coffee. I then asked for a cup for a cold drink. I carried the coffee and coke to the table. I thought at first she got mixed up with hot vs cold. Well no. She gave me a large hot coffee. I carried it back to the counter. The man standing there waiting on his order said I got his coffee and he got mine. I told him we did not drink out of the coffee and gave it to him. He was happy he went away with two coffees. They then gave me our order and carried it to the table. Then they slammed the cold coffee on the counter. I went up and picked it up. This time it was correct. Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. We waited there for 15 min before someone even came to take our order. When he finally did you could just tell he didn't care. He walked off and didn't give us our cups, not even to the people before us. So we both waited for another 15 min before someone finally came back to the register to give us our cups. On top of that they put no effort into the food. My moms sand which literally just had a huge glob of mayo not even spread and it was all sideways and messes up, tables weren't wiped, ice was out, napkins were out. WORST FOOD EXPERIENCE. A burden on the female soul. For any women who despise worthless conversation from an older man who won't leave you or your friends/ daughters alone, I suggest you avoid this place. There is an older man who works there at the drive-through who uses the same pick-up line on every set of girls he sees and gets frustrated if you don't join in. Why someone has not told him it is creepy to flirt with and ask for the attention of girls who have nowhere to run to because they are waiting for food, I don't know. Everyone else is kind, food has been just fine. But if you are a female who just wants to peacefully get a burger without experiencing a guy who expects you pay in not just cash, but smiles.. This drive-through is not for you. And if you are wondering whom I'm talking about if you stop by, it'll be the one old guy who tells you and the girl(s) you're with you look like sisters. And yes. You will hear it more than once if you go there often. And yes. He will desperately need you to thank him and not mention how creepy and repetitive the conversation is. Everyone else there, good job.
