This newly remodeled McDonalds just opened a couple days ago. First off, the play place is awesome, it has lots if cool stuff, and the decor inside is very modern & nice. But they made some really questionable decisions in this place. For example, there is not very much seating: probably less than half of what used to be here. Most of the seating is large tables or tiny barstool things, there are only a couple tables for 4. And there are hardly any tables in the play area: just a bench & a few tables for two. That stinks. This means that you will usually have to eat outside of the play area, which is tough because the only reason I come here is for my 2 kids to play. Also, they do not have iced tea out!! WTF? They keep it behind the counter. Lame and inconvenient. I am surprised that they went to so much time & expense to do a much-needed remodel only to completely jack up the seating. read more

Okay, I don't know where to start. I was nervous before coming here because of the two stars but then I read the review of Jeff. I can't agree with him more. I had to try out the drive through experience for myself but due to financial struggles I don't own a car. Thankfully my dad taught me at a young age how to hot wire a vehicle. I chose a Nissan Altima and loved the interior. Anyways back to the drive through. I pull up to the ordering box and the voice of an angel greeted me. I ordered the shark fin soup (I was shocked seen as this is illegal) but can't say enough about it. I really tasted the animal cruelty. After finishing my shark fin soup I came inside for round two. I had the fried dog and a side of cat liver. Really pushed me outside of my comfort zone seen as I had my dog with me. I have him a bite and he seemed to enjoy it. It was really good. I had to go to the bathroom and when I got in there I was greeted by a homeless guy making toilet wine. It was really good too! I've had wine from Napa but this took the cake. I could taste the feces! I can't wait to come back after I finish my sentence for stealing a car in the parking lot. See you in 4 years! read more

gave the mickey d's another shot in spite of my recent horrible graveyard shift drive through ordeal. staff were polite,and my food was made quickly,with no problems.i ordered a filet o fish meal deal,which was decent.i don't expect 5 start quality for food at mickey d's but it was pretty good.so im gonna assume that it was just a graveyard shift anomoly and avoid super late night trips through the drive through. read more

Going through the drive thru can be pretty crazy. I have to say that tonight I was highly impressed. I was greeted seconds after I pulled up to order. The order taker didn't interrupt me while I was placing my order which is totally awesome bc I absolutely hate being interrupted. My order was repeated, I was given my total and told to pull forward. The cashier smiled confirmed my order and handed me my receipt and on to the next window I go. Although my order was for no onion, no pickle it had both onions and pickles. No biggy. Went into eat with a coworker, I went to one register, he another. I got my food, he never did. When he asked about his food (how simple can this be) the manager MARY JANE refused to give him his food because of the time stamped on his dopey rect. I had to explain to this "manager" how to do her job. This took way to much time to tell a person how to handle customer service. Mary Jane is the most unprofessional "leader" as I have ever come into contact with. My company works here Monday-Friday and all our guys use this eatery since it's close to hotel. I've gone to all the MacDonald's in the area. The only MacD that's worse is the Park & Shop MacD. There they have to ask the manager if they serve Big Macs. At the Clayton Rd store, every trip through the drive through is like getting a box of Cracker Jacks. You'll never know what you'll find in the bag. The new hires are sharper and nicer than the old timers or regulars. There's one guy who's been there for a long time, flat out lies every time I ask him if included everything in the order. So this is the third consecutive time this exact scenario happened to me at this McDonalds. I either go through the drive thru or walk in and order out. Today I went inside and ordered food for my family, got home, and my order was wrong. My order said onions and pickles only, it had ketchup only. So I get back in my car and drive a couple miles back to this location. When I get there, the two young boys at the registers are talking to one another and are very rude to me. A manager is right there shoveling cash into drop boxes ignoring the situation. However, the young girl at the hand off was very polite and apologetic, really a first for me here. I asked if they offer a make-up card, and she kindly asked the manager who left it at "no." Now I know they offer something because I've received them at other locations, but this location constantly blames the customer for any issues, at least in my experience. I'm convinced I should start going to the Burger King a few blocks away. I used to manage food service and retail for years, and this type of continual experience is 100% unacceptable. read more

My order was very simple... one fry, one mcchicken and one cheeseburger. Got home and realized I got a cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger... no mcchicken. This place gets one star from me. I will avoid this place by all means necessary. I was going to work one day and decided to go through the drive-thru here. The first thing that's awkward about this place is that you pay an employee sitting in pretty much a box (looks like a security guard station) before you get to the window. I ordered a fruit parfait and a snack-sized chicken bites. Anyways, after paying my money I pull up to the window, where there is nobody there. That's fine, I guess they're busy breading and battering my chicken bites LOL. I wait a couple of minutes and I can't help but notice that there's nobody in the restaurant and there are about 5 employees in the kitchen, just talking in spanish and laughing and having a gay old time. Nice. Then, the employee from the payment enclosure walks up to the window RIGHT NEXT TO ME AND MY CAR to talk/crack jokes with the staff inside. She assures me though, that my food is on the way. Six minutes later. A smiling employee comes up to the window to hand me my bag of food. I'm pretty angry by now because I'm going to be late to work, no thanks to these people. So I speed off, only to hear the the employee yell "WAIT!". I look back, check my bag. No parfait. Great. All in all, the particular morning staff here are a bunch of unprofessional slackers. This is not a good place. It's such a simple idea and restaurant but this McDonald's is awful. It's managed sooo poorly and it shows in every aspect of this particular McDonald's. It's always dirty, the staff handles money and then goes and makes your ice cream cone and fondles your drink cups with the same hands (lmao, this is astonishing that people are ok with this over and over), they almost never have a complete Happy Meal for my child (it's either the happy box they are out of, or the current happy toy, lmao again... that's the whole happy meal as far as the child is concerned), and the managers (assistant and gm) are just as careless as can be. This has to be most careless McDonald's within 100 miles, if it's not I would soooo surprised. This has nothing to do with the usual McDonald's cuisine we all know is what it is. The worst McDonald's I have ever been to continuously... I go here quite often to grab food on my way home from work and the staff here is constantly rude..tonight especially was bad the drive through staff had no knowledge of what is on their menu I asked how many pickles come on a cheeseburger that is part of one of the meals on their menu and Anthony proceeded to tell me he had no idea because he didn't work in the kitchen.. he didn't ask if he could check for me or anything else just a simple I don't know and laughed.. I proceeded to the pay window where the young lady read me off the wrong order to pay for witch is understandable because there are other people in line... I then asked her how many Pickles come on the cheeseburger and she once again told me I don't know I don't work in the kitchen... she then proceeded to ask the lady that walked up behind her who said in Spanish 1 just 1 single pickle comes on each burger and if I asked for extra it would only be 2 pickles......excuse me? How does 1 burger come with 1 pickle? Anyways besides the point... I got to the food window and the lady basically throws the food into my car... only 1 of my burgers was labeled and all of the fries I ordered were undercooked and soggy and thrown into the bottom of my bag where it was dripping grease through the bottom. read more

I got my food very quickly after the order is place. The food was hot and tasted really fresh. The play structure is separated from the main dinning area yet you can still see that it is very cozy & inviting for the kids and their family. The rest room is clean. The parking lot has a couple of charging stations for electric cars. There is also free Wi-Fi. read more

I love mcdonalds food and will never stop going, but I must say even though this McDonald's is closest to my house I might have to stop going here. The last 3 times I went they messed up my order somehow. The most recent time I ended up with fries that I didn't order which I wasn't mad about, but it's ridiculous! went on a field trip here with a group of kids and ordered, the manager was completely rude and the management here is terrible they got every single order wrong and when we went back to fix it they made us feel like it was our fault the order was wrong. if I could I would give this negative stars the people here are so rude and the manager would smirk at us when we went back to get our orders fixed!! how un professional we would have spoken to the manager but she was acting like a child the whole time and yelled at us because they didn't have our orders out. never again we will be in touch with the owner of this franchise read more

It was very clean inside and everything was stocked. The cashier was very unfriendly and was pouring sweat from you forehead which is not what you want to see from someone that will be touching your food. She never said thank you, have a nice day or even welcome to McDonalds. We placed an order for Cheeseburger's for 3 kids and asked for them plan with only cheese, meat, bun & one with mustard only. All 3 cheeseburger's where wrong and when we took them back to the counter the lady was not nice about it or apologetic. While we were sitting there eating we saw two other mother's return there children's cheeseburger's up to the front due to being incorrect. The only mcdonalds i have been to that has good customer service . The times i have been there its always busy with cars but never a long wait! They are very fast and polite . I love how they always ask if i need ketchup or any other sauce at the window . They always get my order right ! I love this mcdonalds crew ! read more
