I completed an app order thinking that what I'd ordered would be in my bag upon receipt. Well, I was very disappointed. The ten piece chicken nuggets and fries were not freshly prepared, the chicken sandwich I ordered was missing and the specific dipping sauces were not in the bag. The sauces I was provided was that of barbecue sauce. Once I arrived home, I placed several calls to the restaurant that went unanswered which caused me to call the 888 number from the receipt. In placing that call, I was prompted to leave a voicemail message which I'd left a detailed message as related to my visit. This occurred on Sunday, March 29, 2026 and it is now Tuesday, March 31, 2026 and I've not received a call from anyone in management. Not impressed with this location. If I could rate it with no stars, I would definitely rate as such. Given my review, there's no need for anyone in management to call me now. Thank you. read more

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Called to have an order fixed and was hung up on twice after being respectful. Nothing but attitude from the workers and no concern or attempt to make their mistake correct. Genuinely was the worst customer service experience i've ever had. Spoke to me as if i was stupid and was lying about my wrong order and said "i know i put it in there so i can't fixed something i know i did right". 2 different women spoke to me on the phone (after the first one hung up on me) and both were so rude and unhelpful. Honestly I don't care about the food, and i wouldn't be doing all this if it wasn't for the fact that they were so ungodly rude and spoke to me as if i was stupid. This location is like most of the other McDonald's in Columbus, Ga that being it takes time to get your order. All of the McDonald's here are only concerned about the drive thru customers and winning the award for being the fastest drive thru. They all can care less for their customers who come into their restaurant. And why do they want our business, but if you are passing through and have to go inside to use the bathroom, you're screwed because they lock the doors at 7:30 or 8:00PM. I might as well just go to another restaurant like Burger King so I can save time instead of having to make two stops. However, I have to give this restaurant that is supposed to be on the south side a shoutout because it has the cleanest bathroom of all McDonald's restaurants in Columbus, Ga. The one in Midland, Ga near Gateway Road and Veterans Parkway has the nastiest bathrooms of all. Everyone also beware of the McDonald's on Airport thruway because I visited there this week just to get a drink and some fries. I placed my order and went to the bathroom to wash my hands. The young male employee was coming out of the stall, bypassing the sink to wash his hands. I went out quickly to observe him as he puts one glove on his right hand and started making cheeseburgers. Thank goodness that my order was prepared before he returned. The sign was posted in the bathroom that all employees must wash their hands before returning to work so I will bypass this place. read more

Bad food, bad service. This has to be the most unfriendly McDonalds that I've ever been to. Went through drive thru, and the young man taking my money didn't say hello, thank you, nothing. Just told me my total and he barely reached out enough to hand me back my credit card. Food was horrible. There are plenty of other places to patronage, won't be going back here again. read more

LIKE most Mickey Dees they sck. You ask for bbq sauce they give you sweet and sour. they can barely open their mouth to take your order or say hello or thank you. Fries cold as boot camp in Great Lakes Illinois. Idk why we keep going to any of Pezold restaurants cause they all have poor customer service here in Columbus. You might want to peep the health score. .. I think they paid for it. Floors are sticky, workers are picking their nose food all over the kitchen tables and surfaces greasy of sticky. Bathroom wrecked... I mean only thing missing is poo on the walls. I Ordered A #1 Big Mac Meal No Onions AND No pickles... Always get order wrong. I get iced coffee I get icdd creamer. They had to fix an order that was incorrect 6 times. Nothing especially the cheeseburger was ordered with different cheese. Got plain, got plan chedder, got regular. The workers are always chatting amoung each other and thats not professional when theres costomers. The workers are rude as hell. read more

I went here recently with my boyfriend on 4th of July. We went through the drive through and even though they had stopped serving breakfast 30 minutes prior to us arriving, the breakfast menu was still up. My boyfriend asked if they were still serving breakfast because the breakfast menu was still up and the rude attendant said "No!" (Yes, with an attitude.) I don't frequent McDonald's often (outside of the occasional breakfast run), so I had no idea what to order. After 2 or 3 minutes, the attendant starting getting really impatient with us. We should have just drove away, but we were both hungry so I ordered the first thing that came to my mind, a Big Mac. It was cold. My fries were all mushy and they over filled our drinks so that the syrup stuck to my boyfriends cup holders. We will never, ever go to this McDonald's again!!! And you shouldn't either! read more
