Checked into the curbside pickup. I watched as the people that were there ahead of me began to go inside, one by one, to check on their orders. At the 30 minute mark, I went inside to get my order. Upon entering, there were multiple customers standing around, waiting for their orders, looking angry. Sadly, this was not the first time something like this has happened to me at this location. We sat at the drive-through for no less than 38 minutes- Trapped by other cars in front and behind us... once we finally got up to the window, the staff wouldn't come to the window, and we questioned if anybody actually worked there. The weather was terrible and was pouring down rain- so we couldn't and didn't go inside. We never got our food, we called and nobody would answer the phone! This is a disgrace! This McDonalds had gone so downhill. You're better off going to the next closest location. You will be waiting at least 30 minutes for your other no matter if it was an online order, drive thru, or sit down. I wish they could fix this issue because most of the time my food is good, and have minimal issues with my order, it's just not worth the time when you could go next door to TB and not even have to push your breaks with how fast they get you through. The place is clean and nice looking but I took my order on the machine and was planning to pay cash, but the cashier either wanted to over charge me or didn't know what she was doing but couldn't read the transactions receipt or what but stared at me until I left not fulfilling the order I had already made I just needed to pay. A frustrating location, because the food is usually above average for McDonalds. But the drive-thru is notoriously slow. And to make matters worse, the last time I was there, the employee working the drive-thru keep aggressively saying "keep going, keep going" any time there was a pause in my order. Came to this location again recently a few times after starting a new job and taking a new route to work. Nothing has changed. Still as screwed up as ever. I pull into the double drive through. There is one car in front of me and no one behind. I pull up to the first open lane and proceed to wait, and wait and wait. Then I am told over the speaker "be with you in just a min". Well good no one is here so I guess I don't need to worry about someone pulling into the other available lane and getting service. I was wrong. Hah! After about 30 seconds another car pulls up next to me. I hear them have their order taken and then 'VROOOOOM' off they go to wait in front of me. Finally my order taker comes back to take my extensively tall order of a single large coffee, black. Pretty sure that is one of the most simple orders to enter, but don't fret, they have gotten it wrong before. So I pull up behind the car who arrived about 60 seconds after me, and tell myself. "Why do I even bother coming here? It hasn't changed, no improvement and it makes me mad in the morning which is stupid. I shouldn't be upset at 6:30AM." First world problems I know... Well that was just the first part of the ordeal. After giving my order I had another 4 mins of waiting to pay. Once I had paid an moved to my 3rd human contact point at the second window I received my coffee with a smile and a polite "thank you". Ahhh nothing like topping all of that failure with a nice cherry at the end. Will I be back? Every time I come to this McDonalds there is a new wY to screw up an order. The service is slow and there is always a line around the building. Time for change! We got our food ordered and left and had to turn around because they had not given me my hamburger. We went back through the line and we were nice but they young man at the window was very rude. Had to wait in drive thru 10 min for Quarter Pounder Meal which is understandable they advertise that they make it fresh. After one bite of the burger that I shared with my young son the meat was raw. Went back asked for a manager and they played the I am the manager game. When I finally was able to speak with a so called manager she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted another burger. I was able to get a refund. As I was going out the door the manger and the crew in the back started laughing. I WILL HAVE THE LAST LAUGH! I am posting a pic of the burger on every social media platform. I called Patty and her owner husband no response. This uncooked burger could have sickened me and my child. I vote with my feet and social media. They have the 30 second guarantee between 11 and 2. The deal is you get your food in 30 sec or less once you get to the 2nd window. Or else you get a free ice cream coupon. I pulled up and they asked me to pull forward and wait . I said"ok I'll take my coupon now" they said they were out. So they can't actually guarantee the guarantee.
