Checked into the curbside pickup. I watched as the people that were there ahead of me began to go inside, one by one, to check on their orders. At the 30 minute mark, I went inside to get my order. Upon entering, there were multiple customers standing around, waiting for their orders, looking angry. Sadly, this was not the first time something like this has happened to me at this location. Yet, this location usually has higher prices than other locations. I will be using the Garnett location in the future. read more

Took fiver to get severe and took even longer it was dead they took over 1 hour just for a simple order

Myself along with multiple people waiting 20+ minutes for our orders while multiple people just walking out because no one would even come to the counter to take their order. read more

I eat at McDonald's all the time This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. This location should close, burn down, be struck by lightning, anything but operate as a McDonalds! The worst employees, terrible service/ no service, bad behavior... why come to work to be an A**hole and not serve customers. Shame on you franchise owner for not being on top of your establishment and ensuring the McDonalds standards. We sat at the drive-through for no less than 38 minutes- Trapped by other cars in front and behind us... once we finally got up to the window, the staff wouldn't come to the window, and we questioned if anybody actually worked there. The weather was terrible and was pouring down rain- so we couldn't and didn't go inside. We never got our food, we called and nobody would answer the phone! This is a disgrace! McDonald you need to take this place out of the hands of the owner, this place is a complete joke not to mention we're out $15. read more

This McDonalds had gone so downhill. You're better off going to the next closest location. You will be waiting at least 30 minutes for your other no matter if it was an online order, drive thru, or sit down. I wish they could fix this issue because most of the time my food is good, and have minimal issues with my order, it's just not worth the time when you could go next door to TB and not even have to push your breaks with how fast they get you through. The workers are nice, I think it's management that needs to step up and do their job. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went through the drive-through at McDonald's today, and the customer service was unbelievably rude. I simply asked for a barbecue sauce, and the worker slammed the window in my face. Completely uncalled for, unprofessional, and disrespectful. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. read more

This is actually the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. It should not take 40 minutes for me to get my chicken nuggets and fries like cmon. These people need to get fired or have better coworkers cuz this McDonald's actually pissed me off. read more

Cmon!! It's the Big M Steakhouse!! Ya can't give it a 2 star rating.... You know what it is going in. Tasty fast food with first-time job holders. Consistency, taste, and price. Heck, they get 5 stars from me for just the memories as a kid!! Lighten up, it's good stuff!!! read more

Yes I know it's McDonald's and you shouldn't expect much. I pulled into the drive thru at 9:58am. Wait 30 minutes in the drive thru (get to the ordering screen at 10:32) THEY TELL ME I CANT ORDER BREAKFAST. Inconsiderate goons, I will more than likely be back next week. read more

There is a fat lady that doesn't know who to treat customers. She's rude and disrespectful. She answers her personal phone in front of customers. Doesn't make drinks correctly and bumps into customers on purpose read more

I know McDonald's isn't known for good service but this one takes the cake. 30 min waiting for a coffee and McMuffin and they gave the order to wrong person then never came back out with new order and wouldn't acknowledge any of the customers at the counter attempting to get service. If you want to be ignored and never get your order, this is the McDonald's you want. read more

Fries were good. Cheeseburger was dry and cold. The bun was stale. employees were all really busy, but it still took a bit to get waited on. Maybe more crew members? it was mostly clean, but the table I started to sit at needed to be wiped off. read more

The place is clean and nice looking but I took my order on the machine and was planning to pay cash, but the cashier either wanted to over charge me or didn't know what she was doing but couldn't read the transactions receipt or what but stared at me until I left not fulfilling the order I had already made I just needed to pay. My coupon and deal was ignored and wanted me to pay full price for everything when I had already used my deals. read more

Ordered McDouble and came with so much seasoning and salt on it when uncovered it looked almost intentional, would not recommend

If you order here be ready to wait it took 30 minutes for our food to come out the people were nice but there were not productive but I think it's management the food was good it's Mc donalds you get what you get. read more

Good McDonald's to go to, keep in mind this place is super busy. They do give a Veterans Discount when asked, make sure to have your Military or VA ID Card with you. Not a fan of the Arch-Burger, all McDonald's did was replace the bun on the regular burger with a potato bun. read more

Fries are always under cooked and the quality of the food is no where near what it used to be. They are slow too. What happened to McDonalds it used to be good for a late night trip. Fix it please! Also got home and the quarter pounder with cheese burgers were completely burnt on one side of the patty. Aggravating to say the least, plus prices are higher than ever. Fix it McDonald's! read more

Would give 0. My daughter and I both got food poisoning from this location. Just a bunch of kids working here and they do not care. I will literally never glance at this place again. read more

A frustrating location, because the food is usually above average for McDonalds. But the drive-thru is notoriously slow. And to make matters worse, the last time I was there, the employee working the drive-thru keep aggressively saying "keep going, keep going" any time there was a pause in my order. It was really off-putting. In fact, we actually ordered less than we were planning to, because we were so annoyed by him. read more

Came to this location again recently a few times after starting a new job and taking a new route to work. Nothing has changed. Still as screwed up as ever. I pull into the double drive through. There is one car in front of me and no one behind. I pull up to the first open lane and proceed to wait, and wait and wait. Then I am told over the speaker "be with you in just a min". Well good no one is here so I guess I don't need to worry about someone pulling into the other available lane and getting service. I was wrong. Hah! After about 30 seconds another car pulls up next to me. I hear them have their order taken and then 'VROOOOOM' off they go to wait in front of me. Finally my order taker comes back to take my extensively tall order of a single large coffee, black. Pretty sure that is one of the most simple orders to enter, but don't fret, they have gotten it wrong before. So I pull up behind the car who arrived about 60 seconds after me, and tell myself. "Why do I even bother coming here? It hasn't changed, no improvement and it makes me mad in the morning which is stupid. I shouldn't be upset at 6:30AM." First world problems I know... Well that was just the first part of the ordeal. After giving my order I had another 4 mins of waiting to pay. Once I had paid an moved to my 3rd human contact point at the second window I received my coffee with a smile and a polite "thank you". Ahhh nothing like topping all of that failure with a nice cherry at the end. Will I be back? Probably, but each time I pull into the drive through I will prepare myself, just as one does when they are about to pay their taxes. I know it's gonna be terrible. read more

Every time I come to this McDonalds there is a new wY to screw up an order. The service is slow and there is always a line around the building. Time for change! Instead of having a dedicated cashier, they also have them going back to help with food. Then if that person is busy someone new opens a register. Rinse and repeat!! read more

I don't mind when I see that their busy but when you pay for a 4 nugget piece for a happy meal and only get 2 nuggets that's some BS, with the wait you have take, you expect everything you paid for. read more

The management in this location is atrocious. During a recent visit while trying to speak with a manager he was extremely rude and just turned and walked away. Tried to call the owner's office and the phone just rang and rang and rang. We tried 3 days in a row. You're lucky if your order is correct at any time. read more

Without a doubt the worst McDonalds in the Owasso area, likely in Oklahoma, and probably in the world. Went for my last time to this location two weeks ago. Placed my order, paid, pulled up to get our food and was told to pull up and park. What kind of a fast food place makes you pull in to a parking space to wait on your food?? Best part is after all the time waiting, we were still short food from our order!! Do yourself a favor if you're hungry and in the area if this location... go to Taco Bell, Sonic, or Taco Bueno. read more

I hardly ever eat at McDonald's but every once in a while I will. Today I wasn't feeling well and figured my girls would enjoy some McDonald's. We got our food ordered and left and had to turn around because they had not given me my hamburger. We went back through the line and we were nice but they young man at the window was very rude. Also, when I looked at my burger they had made it a single but it should have been a double. Out of the 3 burgers that were suppose to be doubles they were all singles. When paying 10 dollars a meal it gets frustrating when it's not made correctly but the order on the receipt was correct. read more

Literally the worst McDonald's EVER. Found a hair in my McDouble the size of my entire arm, and then when I asked for two McDoubles no pickles no lettuce EXTRA ketchup, they get one right, and then the other they put MAYO AND LETTUCE on the other! WTF? The words mayo never left my mouth!! Do not go there!! This McDonald's should review their employees or go out of business! I've had several bad experiences with this one! read more

This place is my nemesis! Every time we go they mess up our order. The really bad thing is that BOTH of the McD's in town are poorly run. Hope it turns around, but it hasn't in a few years, so I'm not holding my breath. read more

McDonald's is, in simplistic terms, one of the most phenomenal restaurants to ever be built. Owasso has crafted a restaurant that has never been matched. There is deep philosophical insight to be held by all who can ear there. Whether one can comprehend the flavor or not, the deeply rooted moral concepts remain unchanged. Every individual brings his own intellectual capacity to the comprehension of the restaurant. If one walks away with a shallow view of the owasso McDonald's, it's not because the restaurant itself is shallow by any means. It's because the customer's ability to see into the depths of McDonald's true majesty can only extend so far. Truly, one man can never completely view all aspects of genius that was brought into the place itself, but there is still much that one can receive from it. The insights into the fast food business is so deep and phenomenal. Without a shadow of a doubt, McDonald's can show life-altering enlightenment to those who truly search for the meaning in the menu. It is more than just mere pointless burgers for one to consume, it is tangible, profound flavor cooked to perfection within every meal. This is a fact that can't be made true merely by the opinions of a few. Tens of thousands of historians, literary critics, thespians, philosophers, and ordinary people alike agree that there is immeasurably more than food to be found beyond that golden arch. McDonald's is indeed a masterpiece, but it is difficult for many people in modern society to recognize that because the style it uses is different from the restaurant in the present, the deep philosophical meals are difficult to understand, and because modern views of food have altered the preferences of the majority. 5/5 stars would recommend. read more

They have the 30 second guarantee between 11 and 2. The deal is you get your food in 30 sec or less once you get to the 2nd window. Or else you get a free ice cream coupon. I pulled up and they asked me to pull forward and wait . I said"ok I'll take my coupon now" they said they were out. So they can't actually guarantee the guarantee. Consistently slow, poor service without so much as a "sorry for the wait" you're lucky to get a curt "thank you" at best. read more

It's pretty good but with 2 drive-thru order spots, they are way to slow in taking your order and getting cars through the drive-thru. They stay pretty packed based on the times I've been there and have driven by, which usually results in me going elsewhere. read more

Had to wait in drive thru 10 min for Quarter Pounder Meal which is understandable they advertise that they make it fresh. After one bite of the burger that I shared with my young son the meat was raw. Went back asked for a manager and they played the I am the manager game. When I finally was able to speak with a so called manager she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted another burger. I was able to get a refund. As I was going out the door the manger and the crew in the back started laughing. I WILL HAVE THE LAST LAUGH! I am posting a pic of the burger on every social media platform. I called Patty and her owner husband no response. This uncooked burger could have sickened me and my child. I vote with my feet and social media.
