Literally the worst McDonald's I've been to by far. We waited 10 minutes for our food just to realize they didn't give us any sauces and our food was all stale and cold. Both Dr. Peppers were also very bland. The workers couldn't have seemed like they hated their job any more. No smiles. No eye contact. No small talk. No talk at all other than getting the initial order. If you were thinking about going to this McDonald's you should honestly just go to the Dairy Queen right next to it instead. read more

I always go to the same McDonald's like 3-4 times a month and I try not to pick at there performance but when I worked fast food we always did our best and yes it was hard but he hardly had mad customer. There 2nd speaker was muddled and could barely hear them. Had to wait on tenders for literally over 13 minutes in the line wasting my gas. And to top it all off, they didn't even tell me while ordering there would be a wait! And then we found out that they didn't even hear her say the tender order. She did refund but. I don't normally eat at McDonald's but the one time I did it was the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I was trying to feed some kids I had with me on the cheap. It took almost 20 minutes to get all of our food. NOTHING I got was correct. Ask for no mayo on a sandwich and it comes with a ridiculous amount of mayo on the sandwich, the outside of the bun, and covering the wrapper. Given 2 completely wrong sandwiches (wanted mcchickens, got double cheeseburgers). Was handed a cup of almost completely melted icecream. The fact that it took so long for them to completely mess up a relatively simple order is baffling to me. I don't understand why it took so long in the first place there were about 12 workers in the kitchen and only 3 of them were doing anything. Complained to a manager and got it for free. It's a good thing they have a play place. It at least kept the kids occupied while I waited. Will never return. I'd rather spend the extra money to avoid the hassle of this restaurant. What else could you expect from a cheap fast food restaurant? Food is delivered quick. However, they did not give me the sauces I asked for originally, and the wait was much longer than told. The place is clean for a McDonalds, and the setting here is nice. This is the best McDonalds in Clinton County. read more

Went there a couple of weeks ago with some coworkers after our shift. One of my coworkers ran up to the door to walk inside and I saw one of the workers inside point to what looked like a manager and then point at the door. He ran over and told my friend to get out and locked the door. Now I understand if they were closing down the inside and didn't want people coming in, but the fact that they were so rude to us is just uncalled for. And they could of just said "hey sorry guys were are closed inside but you can still use the drive through" instead of "get out". It made it even worse when I looked through the window and they pretended we weren't even there. Literally someone was standing their sweeping and she just stood their looking at the ground. I work at a fast food place too so I understand when you get frustrated when people show up after you are closed but if they come inside we don't tell them to get out. Either we politely say sorry we are closed or we serve them. It also baffles me that a MANAGER would treat a customer that way. I believe people and places should be recognized for good or bad performance. I took my grandkids to store #11944 on 8/7/16 at 16:29. Niesha was very rude while taking my order, although I remained calm and kind (anyone can have a bad day). While I waited for our order, two separate people came to the counter in regards to an inaccurate order. Niesha was again EXTREMELY RUDE in resolving the situations. Due to the previous errors I was witnessed to, I reviewed our order before leaving the counter. Our order also had errors, which was immediately corrected by a different employee. The kids and I ate in the playground area and only one table was clean enough to eat on. If my grandchildren didn't love to eat and play here, I would never return! In my opinion, Niesha should find employment that does not directly interact with the public! read more
