Normally these are made with a good quality fresh hamburger or even mixed with some ground sirloin and with some seasoning. I would say this wasn't made from fresh, not in my opinion. I only ate about half because I was hungry. Sorry to say but the food was sub-par compared to many other diners we've eaten at over the years yet they charge right up there with the prices for it today.
