I stopped at the Culver's in Rock Falls, Illinois while on the road traveling. This Culver's had a clean bathroom and restaurant. I was able to get in and out easily. I highly recommend the Rock Falls Culver's. read more

Employe's are great. My beef is with the ingredients. They are called "Butter Burgers" but the buns are made from high fructose corn syrup Which is straight poison and this is fact. They need to change the buns and make them without high photos, corn syrup, or any kind of corn syrup, and no silicone dioxide, either, which is sand read more

Culver's - 2 Cheeseburgers Basket meals with Shakes [Strawberry & Mint] - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Rock Falls, Illinois

I gave up looking for a clean table to sit at and told an employee to wipe down a table for me. I also told him about the surrounding tables being dirty. Crumbs and sauces on table tops and seats. I was told he'd have someone clean them up but no one came out while I was there to do so. Dining are seems to be neglected or maybe it was just the shift manager on the clock that didn't care much. I only say that because the chatting during work hours was too much. read more

Yesterday we went there for lunch. The service was quick and the food was hot and great.

Culver's - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Rock Falls, Illinois

Perfect place for a pit stop on the way home to Chicago. We went inside - clean eating area and clean bathrooms. We ordered our food to go because we were anxious to get back on the road. They messed up an order of a fish platter and made a fish sandwich. So we had extra waiting time as they corrected the order. At least we weren't on the road when we discovered the mistake. They caught it and immediately started making the correct order read more

VERY efficient drive thru! Two lanes for ordering and plenty of designated parking for when you are waiting for your order. I have never been to a Culver's that is so efficient. We got lunch both on our way to Grayslake, IL and back home (to Iowa) last weekend. Our order didn't include the condiments we requested each time, but the food was good otherwise. read more

Their Ruben sucks but besides that everything else is pretty good. The burgers are good and they have good onion rings and chicken fingers. I really like crinkle cut fries. Hooray for diet rootbeer! Delicious custards. I go back regularly. read more

This Culver's is one of my favorites around- we have family in the area and stop off when we can- Service is always friendly and the food is the same as any other Culver's so there is no surprise there. Custard is always the best around at a fair price. read more

Yes but not the one in Rock Falls or Dixon. Wisconsin is a completely different atmosphere.

Great costumer service! Great young adults who work here are so kind! Milkshakes are great! read more

The people here were not only super friendly but this was one of the cleanest fast food places that I've ever visited! We were greeted at the door by one of the employees who actually held the door for us as we entered. Then, they had great people working behind the counter as well! They made sure that there was never anyone waiting, if they could help it, and were very friendly/helpful as well. We were only making a quick stop to stretch our legs and use the rest room so we just grabbed some ice cream. It was very good, though. This was a great experience and if we're ever back this way, we'd be sure to stop again! read more

Everyone is friendly, the food is made correctly almost every-time I visit. If for any reason it's not the management always makes sure they correct it without any issue. I have even had the own himself contact me on multiple occasions to make sure I am absolutely satisfied with my service and food. Highly recommend this Culver's! read more

This Culver's used to be pretty good, but quality has gone down over the last few years. Their burgers are often overdone and crunchy, like the double-deluxe I received today. This one also had almost no lettuce and wasn't as fresh as it should have been. It's as if they have a bunch of burgers "warming" on the griddle, rather than cooking fresh to order. That's probably why the burgers can frequently be flat, dry, and burned. Their fries are also usually overcooked. I would have overlooked this happening a few times. Unfortunately, this has been a repeated/recurring problem, which has motivated me to write this review and give this Culver's a break for a while. Maybe they can work on improving. I prefer the Culver's in Princeton, IL, which has served a very fresh burger every time I've visited. My orders are usually drive-thru, by the way. read more

I've always had friendly service (they greet the customers when they walk in the door, and say good bye when they leave, they constantly keep the dining area clean, and when they run out parks they literally RUN the food to the cars). Their food is always fresh, and to date they have never messed up one of my orders. Also, it's right off the interstate. read more

Culvers (when) I stop for fast food have become a great place for a good hamburger. These stand alone units like all are at the mercy of good management. You can tell by walking in if the manager is a "manager". Culvers is a good stop for a good hamburger when you're in a hurry. read more

My first time to Culver's it was ok to me just a typical burger joint. I had the double mushroom Swiss with cheese curds. It is different than Burger King and McDonalds so that may bring me back. Their custard is awesome and would definitely bring me back for desert. read more

I've traveled the country, and never have I been to a restaurant that has wowed me like this Culvers. The crew manager John took excellent care of me and had me walking out laughing and smiling. My food was hot and my burger was juicy and cooked to perfection. I had to wait only maybe 3-4 minutes for a freshly cooked meal and had great conversation with the team that made it feel like 10 seconds. Thank you John and bless your store. read more

This place is a way more expensive Mcdonalds with less on the menu. The patties are extra thin. And the fries are almost non existent.

Great stop while driving between family and home. I was very impressed by the friendly staff, quick service and cleanliness. Zach, the manager on duty when we stopped, even went out of his way to make a sandwich my Dad could enjoy (with his dietary restrictions) sans awkwardness. That made for a very happy family stop and we'll be back as we take this route often. read more

The food was fine, but the service was extremely slow and they completely ignored my 9 year old son who wanted to be a big kid and get the kid's meal custard alone. A crotchety old man / customer even physically cut in front of my son and the waitress witness it and didn't do anything about it like make the old man step back in line. We're very disappointed in the poor, poor customer service! read more

Customers are quick to complain so I thought I would throw some positivity Culver's way. I'm currently finishing my food in this fine establishment and would like to note the kind and pleasant demeanor of the staff. They all seem to take pride in what they do and put forth the extra effort to make every experience a great one. If i wasn't passing through on a business trip, I would come here on a semi-regular basis. Thank you for the pleasant experience. Great staff!! read more
