Ordered a sausage bagel and Coke , got a bacon bagel and a sprite. Can the employees really be this stupid? When I asked for the correct food all I got was the deer in the head light stare and how lost they were. Not sure what her name was, but the lady at the counter was so unprofessional and rude. Not only did she not greet us, but then the screen didn't work for her, she hit it 4 times, like a 4 year old with a tablet. Then, it took 40 minutes to make two burgers and a fry, and when we complained she said "TWO QUARTER POUNDERS?? TWO QUARTER POUNDERS?? THEYRE MAKING THEM RIGHT NOW. DO YOU WANT RAW FOOD??" And was very disrespectful. She wasn't even wearing a name tag or her uniform. She also barely put any ketchup or anything on the burgers and they didn't dice the onions at all. this mc donald's manages to mess up my order every time, without fail. workers are rude and ignore lanes of customers out of laziness.

I now realize how their service has improved from early 2000s I started coming. Most of crews are attentive for what I expect and they tell me what to do if my order is not ready right away such as making new & fresh coffee or backing new cookies. They don't talk to me too much but I feel their friendliness. I appreciate volume in McDonald's TV program from two screen is not so disturbing for me to enjoy quietly stay here. Horrible service and a rude manager. I placed a mobile order for two large Diet Cokes w/o ice. I pulled in and I put my spot number and waited, and waited, and waited for my order to be brought out. After ten minutes or so, I went inside to get my drinks. They hadn't been dispensed yet, and didn't get a response when I asked a kid at the counter about it. I finally got somebody else's attention, and they started to dispense the drinks--WITH ice. I got their attention and called the error to their attention, and he started to fix the problem. I then saw a manager and told her about the sloooow service. She shoved two empty cups at me and told me to get my own. I told her that my drinks were almost ready, but she showed the cups at me again, and acted disgusted when I refused and let her know my drinks were being prepared. She grimaced and said "I'm in the middle of a catering order!!" in a rude and dismissive. They had a very large (and evidently poorly trained) crew working. I will NEVER go back. Consistently gets orders wrong. How hard is it to make a hamburger no mustard? Ordered one today and got a cheeseburger no mustard or onions. The last 3 times we have ordered food from this store, it was incorrect. So....workers from McDonalds wanted a raise, but when I order from the kiosk and select "dine in" and am instructed to get a table tent and "relax" you can't do your job. My coffee is barked out for me to get. My food is bagged like a carry out and again, barked for me to go pick up at the front. Am I the only one who thinks this is lazy and crap customer service? The only people to have their food delivered on a tray are clearly regulars as the girl up at the front made it a point to say wave hello from her post. Worst McDonald's experience I may have ever had and I've had some bad ones. The line is always 8-10 cars long and literally they take one order at a time and then you wait for that person to get their order before they take another one. Is there ONE PERSON WORKING HERE?? What is the problem???? This place only gets business because it is the only fast food place for miles. Otherwise they would have been out of months ago, as they should be. Horrible experience. Worst McDonald's ever. Waited 45 minutes for my food & had to go back into the line. I am never coming here again. They Mess up my order every time. One time I ordered a cheeseburger no onions... I get home.. it's loaded with onions. Couldn't even eat it. Was here a few weeks ago ordered food for my son. Got home and they didn't put the fries in his happy meal. I went back up there and told the manager they are messing up and they need to get there crap right. Now I ordered food for me and my kids, I ordered a Bacon ranch salad and I get home and it's a southwest salad. Go but up there to get the right salad and told the manager.. see.. I told u you guys mess up every time. And that I was never going there again. The thing that suck is, is that it is the closest one to my house. Another zero star McDonald's that needs to have the BBB involved. Again advertises on multiple websites they open at 5am, I pull today at 6:40am and the place is lit up like a Christmas tree and no service. I pull around to the pay window and a red curly haired guy, who looks to be a manager given his outfit, is standing at the register not five feet away from me and I honk my horn to see if they are open and he ignored me? Solid customer service! It's amazing when I was a kid earning $4.25/hr at McDonald's and no computerized point of sale registers as they have now we were able to take care of customers and not lie about opening times. Now they earn $15/hr and have computerized point of sale registers that do all the thinking for you and customer service blows! This place sucks and who ever the red haired guy is NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY for his ignorance and stupidity! read more

Ronald, you better count your days. I had a rough day at work and wanted some bomb ass mc dicks and got my normal; order a quarter pounder with cheese a fry and some good old doctor pepper. All leading up to this was cool nice people and it was quick. What I didn't know was that mc Donald's had found a way to compress dr pepper atoms to half their size and that they were in a silly fucking goofy mood to fucking EXPLODE all over my fresh ass crisp ass nice white shirt. When I pulled up to the window they said nothing to me. After a minute I said "hello?" And they took my order. When I pulled up to the first window the older man was polite and direct like usual. Every time, including this time, I pull up to the second window there are teenagers screaming at each other with the window left open. Often they are using inappropriate language. Completely unprofessional. And they hand me my food while being short and blunt. I get home and look at my food and my fries are cold and completely soggy. My mcchicken has a hard, crunchy bun with little to no mayonnaise. This job is so easy you have to be dumb to fuck it up that much. Shoutout to the couple of older men who work there. This use to be our go to location but sadly has gone downhill in the last 6 months. Batting less than 25% for correct orders. Was in there at 3:30 in the afternoon were the only people in the restaurant not only did it take upwards of 15minutes to get our food but the beverage station was an absolute disaster.
