I came here with my kids and I got them 2 kiddy ice cream cones! They just loved them so much! I wish they were real... I got myself a nice long hot steaming big glizzy dog. Reminded me of my hometown, Texas. Where big boots and two slaps of a hickerdoody make the world shake! An old saying back in the day... I miss when I was a little girl... running around in the fields.... There was this one time I was in the fields and this big ol praying mantis JUMPED on my forehead! Unbelievably the worst Dairy Queen Ive ever visited in my life of 45 years. The place was Dirty, Rude customer service, the manager Britany was completely closed minded and unprofessional. If this is management no wonder why the staff is so rude and horrible. I spent almost 50 dollars in Ice cream for my family and asked for a cone dipped in butterscotch, i asked for a small amount to be put into the cone before they dipped it and was denied. I will never return to this location for ice cream as long as Im alive. I will make sure to let my family Know the way I was treated at this location. Ordered 4 DQ Sandwiches for my 97 year old Mother through Doordash. I live 2-3 minutes away from this Dairy Queen. When they arrived, I was shocked!! My Mother loves the DQ Sandwiches. I could not serve them to her. What a disappointment. In addition, I ordered a Mudpie Blizzard (oreo cookie, coffee, chocolate fudge). I always get a Mudpie Blizzard made correctly. I called last minute for a DQ cake and was treated with enthusiasm and very professionally. When I came to pick it up, EVERYONE was so pleasant, you would think I was buying out the entire store. For a business who only is open from 3-9pm the time of the service is pretty bad. The lobby is closed and I have been watching these workers for 30 minutes and they are taking their sweet old time. The food is pretty good but come on when you have specials on Tuesdays and Thursdays work double pace. I work in the food industry and we have to have work double pace when we have a long line out to the road. DQ customers love this place but it is a safe hazard when the line is out to the road for 5 minutes especially if someone wasn't paying attention. read more

Whenever we go Up North on 75, we take the Baldwin Exit South for this DQ! It is always clean, the service is terrific, the food is fresh and the ice cream is generous. While waiting in the drive-thru we are always impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds and the obvious care that is taken to maintain this well-run restaurant. Looking in, it is easy to notice that the food preparation area is spotless as well. I am always delighted with how kind the staff is to my children who usually can't make up their mind when it is our turn. This DQ is a gem. read more

Every single time we've visited this location there has been an issue. Most recently my daughter had a string of hair in her ice cream and when we told staff, they downplayed it. My daughter has thick and curly black hair and 99% of their staff are Caucasian girls with blonde and brown hair. I've ordered blizzards with barely any toppings inside, more like a cup of ice cream. The staff at this location is often rude and I will never return. read more
