This is another wonderful, very modern, McDonalds. Same food, different location and an ultra modern setting. Great job by the McDonalds team keeping their restaurants fresh, bright, very clean, and a fun place to be. I like the new electronic ordering system (Kiosk) which was a nice addition. Even when ordering, a team member asked the customers if they needed any assistance, and walked them through the process. I use the McDonalds app which always seems to give me a hard time. Honestly, I am not a fan of the app and always seem to have a problem.. Thank you to the AMAZING team member Kaitlyn who worked iwth me to get my issues resolved. She is clearly the shing star here. Like most locations, they had a big parking lot with an easy entrance in and out to the Main Street. All the food was fresh, hot and tasty. Clearly, McDonalds has developed a good, winning formula. BTW.... How does anyone give a McDonalds one star... One person didn't like the fact that they did away with the dollar menu and onter person called the workers rude. Seriously folks????? I got a quarter pounder with cheese that was essentially raw. Didn't know until I already had consumed three bites and thought it tasted weird. I'd post a picture if I could but it was red rare. Called and got put on hold. Tried email but they say the webpage isn't monitored. I already got sick because of it. Considering a lawyer or department of health. Gross! read more

I am an African, so my parents always try to save money with coupons, receipts, etc. This takes longer than normal, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, the cashier shoots them a dirty look, and it makes me feel uncomfortable (Maybe it's just racism...) I have purchased food several times and got it home and couldn't eat it because it's old. I know there are regulations against letting food sit out. I am so tired of waisting money on them. Do better. Take pride in your job or find another. I will be contacting corporate. Unacceptable, I would give it 0 stars if I could. They need to hire new managers. Incompetence is the factor here. Ordered a McFlurry curbside, waited 12 minutes for it. By the time it arrived it was completely melted. Could not go inside for remake as I had a sleeping child in the car, and the drive line was through the parking lot. read more

Must have been a bad day. I ordered via the app and when I got to the first window, they recited the wrong order. I corrected them, asked for a receipt but was told to ask at the next window for a reprint. I got to the second window (eventually) and was given the wrong order, I had the breakfast burrito meal. I was asked to park in the curb order spot. Someone was there quickly with my order, but when I got a few miles away I discovered it was ice cold and was wrapped poorly like someone just grabbed it and crumpled the paper around them. Never did get my receipt despite asking twice. They also messed up my order two days earlier. Manager needs to run the kids through training again. read more

The first sign that this would go wrong was the overly complicated ordering process in which you place orders on a computer. Waited a good 20 minutes to get my "fast food." After a while father asked, "How long until our order is done?" And an employee responded, "Oh it's been done." So apparently our food was just sitting there for God knows how long, waiting for a bunch of lobotomized employees to get pestered enough into finding it. We checked the order and found that they forgot the drinks. The people who ordered before us were also deprived of their drinks as well. After an uncomfortable interaction with an employee who had no idea what she was doing we got some mediocre food. I don't expect anything life changing from McDank's food options, but it still was pretty disappointing. Go to literally any other fast food place on the highway instead of this one. read more

Orders are frequently incorrect. Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and got a double cheeseburger. Huge difference, including price. Finally decided to email the address on the receipt, if there's an issue. Well over a week and haven't heard a thing. Employees don't care, nor does ownership. Can't wait for Wendy's to open back up so I don't have to go here anymore. read more

my friend and I recently went to Mcdonalds as we were trying to pick up our mobile order. the lady at the drive through window said they didn't get our order after we confirmed we were at the right McDonald's and paid online. she then went on and lied to us that if we don't pick up the food that we won't be charged. later we found out that we had still been charged even though we never got our food. we tried calling McDonald's to try and figure the problem out but the same lady answered and hung up the phone mid sentence. The workers are so rude. The one time I ordered a chicken sandwich and asked if there was any sauce on it because I didn't want any. The girl said no, so I was surprised when I got it and there was some weird sauce on it. I took it back in and they gave me a hard time saying that I was wrong and that If I wanted a new one I would have to wait 10 more minutes. Well, I left them my messed up sandwich and my money that I already paid and i just left. Then, another time I was on a keto diet so I ordered a burger without the bun and the guy was laughing and asked me why I would want that. Didn't know I now had to explain why I order what I order. Then, tonight I went through the drive through and told the girl I would need a minute, she told me to take my time. About 20 seconds or so later she asked me again what I wanted, I told her I still need a second and she let out a loud annoying huffing and puffing sound. I got annoyed so I just ordered a coffee. She asked if that was all. I said yes. Then she did that annoying sound again and said "wowwww". As If I sat there for 10 mins just to order a drink. The entire interaction was probably less then a minute. The amount of rudeness just gets worse everytime.. Consider having your employees take a customer service class or something. They clearly do not know how to interact with people. read more

Very clean and updates McDonald's. Good place to stop to use the rest room. Other than that they force you to use the new computer flat screen to order, which took a lot more time than just me ordering at the register, and you still have to go to the register to pay with cash. Unless you're a local, then they take you right at the register and give good service. read more

This is the second time I've been in the drive thru and they forgot to put a PATTY on my burger. I come here when I'm in a rush for food so I don't normally have the time to turn around and wait in line again to wait for them to get it right. Come on! How do you forget a patty for a burger. Needing a quick to go meal before heading out on a 3 hour drive we stopped at the McDonalds drive thru. They are very efficient running two separate ordering lines. While the staff is efficient, the drivers in line are very confused; there was plenty of beeping and yelling out the windows. I will say that our order was correct which is good because I was certain we had confused the employee when ordering. The line it took to get the order was slow which was causing the back up and confusion in the lines. Overall the food was disappointing but that's more my fault. I haven't had McDonalds burgers in a long time and I found it overly peppery. I was very pleased with the fries though. read more

The Diet Coke tastes the same in Pennsylvania as it does in California, though the price is more in PA, i.e. not the dollar special.

That third star is for the new digs. Sticky floors but it's fast food. Quick and friendly. Exactly what you expect.
