UPDATE ON PREVIOUS REVIEW**** I've been to this location twice and have been disappointed both times. You either get rude cashiers, who all but throw your bag of food at you or you're charged more than the menu price. My last visit this morning, I was charged more than the menu price, and I was missing items I ordered. When I went inside to ask about the missing items, I was ignored for 5 minutes before I just left. Oh and I got a mouthful of coffee grounds at the bottom of my coffee...so that was just grand. ORIGINAL REVIEW*** Went through the Drive-Thru yesterday for a drink and a breakfast sandwich. I waited for over 20 mins for my food, which whatever it was busy, I knew that when I pulled up. I used to come to his McDonalds a few years ago. The service from then and how has vastly deteriorated. I came here and wanted to get a quick coffee before the mall opened. I get that I came during the morning rush, but I spent 20 minutes in line only to repeat my order at the window because my order was all wrong. Stopped by to enjoy a big mac ended grossed out by the filthy place. Restroom was dirty, toilet paper on the floor, doors hard to close, the only 2 sinks were clogged so sinks were filled with nasty water and spit. I wondered how can employees use this restroom and be able to delivered safe food to the customer. Came back to pick up my order to find dust, crumbs all over and hair over the counter. Dirty broom reclined by the soft yogurt machine while floor was screaming to be cleaned. Cashier was nice and friendly. I can't tell about the food because it went straight to the trash can. Wow - any person please hear me so I can remove this experience from my chest. In this day and age, even customer service establishments are openly treating their customers with disrespect and awful rude manners because management will not give any effort to hold their employees accountable. I waited up front to speak with an employee because when I automatically purchased my order I received no receipt print out. I waited for about five minutes and an employee came from behind me, I politely asked if I can speak to them and she said "I will speak to you later" in an awful tone and walked away - she never came back. An order which looked like mine eventually came up and I said to another employee, "my receipt didn't print out of the automated payment machine and I ordered two sandwhiches and a hashbrown." She came back and said "I don't have that order on my screen, unfortunately since you don't have the receipt I can't give you anything." I said," how is that possible, I know that I paid for my order?" She said, "Hold on I need to get the manager." As I was waiting I noticed that the order which came up was exactly what I ordered - Hey, she said that she could not see that order. Why was my short trip to an all American foot joint ruined and made difficult when I was humble and grateful? I don't understand how a corporate franchise can run so poorly. In the drive through I ordered the promotional 2 for $5 Quarterpound Cheeseburgers. It was 440pm I paid for my order and was asked politely to pull up to the waiting area. After I saw the car behind me get their order (I heard they also ordered Quarterpound Cheeseburgers) I realized they forgot about me. We've had one bad experience previously. So we decided to give them another chance. We were wrong in doing so. Worst customer service ever. First they offer kiosk service. Decided to go this way and if you do they will forget your order. 15 minutes had passed for our order and if it wasn't for me going up to the counter who knows how long it would have been. And mind you it still took 5 minutes to get someone's attention. After informing them they just put my order together and the lady who did was not even smiling. I would barely give this restaurant a 1 star . The past month seen more attitude and chaos . I went to the Dt today and ordered the free fry with a purchase of a dollar . Saw it on the DT screen . When I went to pick up my order . They just gave me the drink . Asked them I didn't get my fries . The manager said I didn't order it . She told me I had to go around again . Had a attitude while she was saying it . Told her can she just get my fry it's easier . She started yelling it from of the employees . Customers like you and couldn't hear the rest . This restaurant is so bad. They got my order all wrong and then offered me free fries to make up for it. I get home (One block away) and not only was the order wrong but everything the gave me was cold!! The fries were so cold that they felt like they were just sitting out!! Not even under a warming light!!! Then I pull out my receipt to call and complain and the phone continuously rings with no answer. I was in this McDonals at 10pm and I was waiting for 30 min and I only asked how long would it take if I placed an order, and I got a response If I don't like it I can go somewhere else with a sarcastic attitude. I wish I could give this place no stars. I pull up to drive thru to order a simple cheeseburger kids meal with only ketchup and sundae. Only myself and another car ahead of me is in line. That car pulls over to pick up...I pay and sure enough they hand me my sundae and say for that kids meal Ill need you to park in #4. I pull in number 4 with the sundae which isn't for me. I patiently wait and watch 2 more cars pull over and wait...after 6 minutes here comes the kids meal. Im thinking dang the fries are going to be fresh or something. The Manager of this establishment should be ashamed!!! I walked into the men's room and the smell reeked!! I open the stall and the image and stench made me run to trashcan to throw up. I used the self-service machine to order so I didn't have to wait in line. The service here is a bit slow. I stood there for more than 10 mins trying to ask for a cup of water. I ended up asking the lady that delivered our food for a cup of water because I couldn't get anyone to help me at the register or the pick up counter... everyone seemed to be busy. A couple of tables were dirty and wasn't cleaned up. I also noticed that our food was placed on the tray without a paper on it. Im not sure if that tray is fully clean. I usually see a paper on the tray and the food placed on top but this location did not have it. I'm hoping the tray was cleaned correctly. Some of my fries were on the tray making me think of how dirty the tray could be. My chicken nuggets was warm but tasted okay. I'm not sure if it was because it was stale or if it was just me. The fries wasn't that great. I don't think it was fresh. It was semi-warm. It got cold pretty fast so it didn't taste good anymore. read more

Writing a review for a Mcdonalds is pretty pointless since they have a bad rep as it is. And im not writing this so people will stop coming to mcdonalds, im writing this to WARN PEOPLE. I have been to this location 2 times in the mornings, and maybe its the morning crew that havent had there cup of coffee, but let me stop hereand share my experience with the yelp world. I ordered a chocolate mocha... got into my car and started driving when it was time to take a sip. The milk that goes into that mocha was spoiled. It had an awful sour bitter taste, and has some thickness to it. FN disgusting is how to describe the flavor. months later said hey what the heck this mcdonalds is minutes from my home i should go in and give it a 2nd shot. The restrooms were a total slophouse. The fillet of fish that I ordered tasted as if it was 6 months old so I returned it. The lady at the counter asked if I wanted it FRESHLY COOKED?? If I could give 0 star, I would. I have given this McDonalds plenty of chances. I haven't gotten any good service from them. Going through their drive through, you think you will get your food quickly. Not in this place. You will be ask to wait in parking 1 or 2, and will find yourself waiting for 10 to 15 minutes, most of the time. If not long waits, they will get your orders wrong. It would be different if they are apologetic about their error. Instead, they make you feel there's something wrong with you when you complain. For the owner of this franchise, you need to take a look at your staff and may need to train them on customer service. Your restaurant does not give McDonald a good image. read more

Would never go back to this location. The drive-thru gal seemed not properly trained. She didn't ring up the total that showed the tax, so when I got all the change ready and drove up she had told me a different amount and when I asked about it, she said that was BEFORE tax. When asked "aren't you supposed to show the total on the screen?", she just ignored my question. Another thing, I asked if I can substitute bacon& sausage to ham, she said they didn't do that. When I spoke to the manager saying I went to different locations and it had been done, the manager's reply, " that was only on sale/promotional period", which I knew was a totally bogus excuse. Ordered a big breakfast for my wife from this McDonald's and 90% of the time the team at this restaurant fowls up my order. This time the big breakfast I ordered came with an egg and cheese mix, one sausage patty and a biscuit. It had no pancakes or bacon and the egg looked like it was taken off of a McMuffin, cut a few times and throw onto the plate. They did give the syrup and butter for that is worth. I have brought the performance of this restaurant to McDonald's HQ several times in the past with no action taken by regional management.
