The grade of food has gone down immensely at this establishment. Not to mention how much the burgers shrunken. Order drive-thru, the burgers were badly wrapped, and loose. Looked like the burgers were crumpled up into a paper ball and tossed and the to-go bag. Burgers were also burnt (way overdone.) The fries portions are a joke. They barely fill the fries bag/box. I prefer to support a mom-and-pop burger joint than to receive a mini meal for my money. read more

I ordered 2 hot teas and at first when I opened the bag I went for the hot tea and there wasn't any...instead I found this cute note inside. Everything else I ordered was in the bag. I appreciate the note...I've ordered from other places other restaurants no and they not only not give me the correct order....they don't even bother to do this...so thankyou for the little note I truly appreciate it. read more

Waited 34 minutes for my food and it was cold and my order wasn't even complete. I don't think they're fully trained back there. They look lost. They need a manager to come out and make sure everything's OK and have happy customer service because everybody was complaining out here Not coming back here again. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but after seeing this McDonald's branch, it bothered me so much that I have to say something about it. For some reason, McDonald's has been a very depressing place to eat at. Barely any customers, no music, bad service and just plain dirty. This particular branch however, takes the cake. It checks all the boxes if you're trying to find the most depressing McDonald's you can possibly eat at. It's that awful. So much so, that this will be my last time eating at a McDonald's branch for a while. I still enjoy their food, but I would rather eat it at some other place. PS. I wasn't able to take photos of the trash cans that were so filled with trash, it hurts just by looking at it. You can Just take my word for it. read more

Still the worst McDonald's by far. I tried to order 40 mins ahead and still waited another 20 mins when I got there. I used to wait in line for 2" mins and then wait 39 mins for food. Poor excuse for a fast food place. Go to the other McDonald's off grand/edison. You'll wait 1/10 th PF the time. Might as well replace workers here with robots because they train actual humans to be rude here. -10 stars I submitted review and had to read that thanks for submitting a review. It helps businesses improve. Now that's sarcastically cynical. read more

I live down the street and come here often. I rarely have issues here, im always here during their lunch rush too. Actually every time I come it's super busy! They're polite and quick. Granted I'm not picky either. I've never had an order incorrectly or have been missing stuff. I've done drive thru and pick up. Reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is the times I've ordered ahead on their app and gone to park has always been a longer wait then waiting on their drive thru. read more

The food is fine. The service and workers not good. It seems like you are bothering them to order. Guess the 20 per hour did not help them to do there job better read more

5 Stars for a McDonald's is kinda crazy. To put it into perspective, this rating is compared to other McDonald's, and not against all food options. The truth is I have definitely gotten incorrect items and missing food orders. But it's very very rare, and they are friendly and courteous about fixing the issue. As for the food... The fries are always hot, the nuggets are fresh, the iced coffee is on point. I have been to so many McDonald's where it's so late they're not taking cash/card?? This McDonalds is really good about being organized enough to not give you a headache when paying. It's also relatively modern inside, so you know the owners are willing to throw money back in. read more

I swear just when you feel like this place can not get any worse it does I just went there at 10:09am there was no cars in the drive thru I ordered my food and the guy confirms the order correctly I get my food I'm in a hurry then I get to my location and they give me the wrong order How do you mess up when there is no cars and rarely anyone in there I can expect that if it was so full of cars in rush hour but they messed up my orders and didn't give me the right utensils for my food this had to be the worse Mc Donald's in history read more

Order 77 4/25/2020 side 2 KS no 13. I have been a regular consumer at this location for 12 years, usually I have a great experience and great customer service. However, today I went to get breakfast and I forgot the name of the caramel Macchiato iced coffee. I forgot the name of the drink, so I asked if I could get the iced coffee that has caramel in it that looks white on the bottom and has a darker brown on top and he replied ( I don't know what you are talking about BRO!) then I asked him if he could tell me the different types of iced coffee and he replied (which one do you want??) I replied tell me the types of coffees you have and he started thing me the kinds of coffees they have with a horrible attitude. The lady that charge me the order was very nice and respectful. read more

McDonald's - Receipt - Fast Food Near Me - Chino, California

The cashier in the drive through window was so rude!! She was complaining to her manager in front of us regarding the other customer that was ordering. She clearly ignored us as we waited for her to help us. I said, excuse me and her reply was, " give me a minute". ( obviously she wasn't done complaining.) The manager saw us waiting, and he didn't say anything to us. I asked for a receipt and she just rolled her eyes. For for what seems like the 100th time I've had my order confirmed and paid for only to be told at the drive through that they can not honor it due to the "system being down" and that it would be refunded. This is an issue I've had at this McDonalds too many times and judging by the other reviews it seems to be a constant problem at night. Either restrict your hours, hire more staff or order supplies to meet demand, but turning away entire lines of people because you can't process the orders is something any business with a pulse would recognize as undesirable and to be avoided at all costs. The business loses thousands of dollars in revenue per night and destroys the reliability usually associated with McDonald. This location does not represent the standards of service the brand is known for. read more

They need more employees here. The lines are unbelievably long and slow. Nothing fast about this food here.

I don't even want to write this review because it makes me give them 1 star they DON'T deserve, but here I am. I often come here in the middle of the night and they're ALWAYS slow and mess up the orders, but this time was ridiculous. I was the third car waiting and about 15 minutes in, I haven't moved. The car in front of me wasn't having it so they just left. Waited another 10 minutes and the car behind me got out of line and then a pretty big suburban behind that sped off almost hitting me because they were obviously pissed hey haven't gotten their McDoubles. When I finally pulled up I gave them my coupon off the McDonalds app for $3 off $10 purchase. It didn't go through because I was literally a few cents short before tax. *rolls eyes* I wait AGAIN like 7 minutes to get my food because they had to make "fresh fries." I love McDonald's fries, these were terrible. NO FLAVOR.... I couldn't even finish them. Anyway, she gave me my bag and then immediately closed the window. 2 workers were standing there talking and laughing with the girl at the window and it was clear she isn't very good at multitasking. They saw me sitting there staring in waiting for my LARGE COKE, and she finally turned and opened the window for me to tell her. The coke was right at the window the whole time. I'm NEVER coming to this location. That was beyond ridiculous. If I wasn't craving McDonald's earlier, I wouldn't have waited. OH YEAH, I ordered a filet-o-fish with EXTRA tartar sauce and I gad the tiniest amount... I didn't even finish that either. It was dry. I'm not letting anyone I know go to that location. read more

Waited 20 minutes for you guys just to tell me it's only cash. You guys gotta do better not even an apology. Learn customer service

Terrible night shift workers. Always have an ugly attitude and can never get orders correct. No complains about morning and day shift staff. Just really bad night shift staff read more

Probably the worst customer service ever. Almost everyone there is always rude some lady straight up cussed us out behind the counter to her co workers. Years of coming to this McDonald's only because it's close and there's always something going wrong with the food or just bad people working. I understand fast food is a stressful job and I understand customers are not always easy to deal with, we've all been there, but just because you're working in McDonald's and not a 5 star restaurant doesn't give you a reason to have such bad work ethic. But that's just my opinion sometimes they make good nuggets, but that's rare too. read more

The kid that gave us our food was the most respectful employee. Waited in line for 15 minutes so they can tell us it was cash only. We ordered, our bad we thought we had a $20 in the car. We were not going to come back, we never asked for them to hold our food. We decided to get cash, got in line again and had to deal with Lauren, the rudest and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. After all that time lost at 1:30am, I'm sure they gave us the food that was sitting there for 20 minutes. Cheat meal ruined! Overweight night manager is slow as hell can't even process an order. DONT GO TO THIS ONE. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Always running out of stuff. Poor service from half of the staff. Inside and outside are a mess. But what do you know, I came here all the time anyway. It was the only 24-hour McDonald's within reasonable distance from my home, and I always had a late-night hankering for some food. There were even times when I went there, but it was closed for maintenance. Can't help that, I guess. I had little self-respect, so I kept coming back. At least, I did. The last time I went there, I got really bad food poisoning from their chicken nuggets. I might hate myself as a human being, but I'm not trying to go through that again. Never coming back for sure. read more

7/10 times they get an order wrong. Only McDonald's can hire such incompetent people to work here. Ordered to hamburgers, instead I got two cheese burgers with receipts on them. One said no cheese the other said plain cheese burger. Point out the order was wrong and I don't get a sorry or anything for them messing up the most simple order. And they wonder why people think they shouldn't be paid more.....they can't even do their jobs properly now so why pay more for consistently messing up orders. read more
