Fraud - your app won't work here

This place is a scam. The kiosk asks for your app and they won't accept it. They overcharge even by airport standards and can't even get an ice coffee right (it is coke) That said employee Rosalyn gets a 5 star review for her hustle, humor, and kindness. Give her a raise

Enjoying our Breakfast food.

We got sausage egg mcmuffins and hashbrowns w fountain drinks. Of course the Coke zero and coca cola were mixes properly, It's McDonald 's they are really good at soda! The breakfast sandwiches were fresh, hot and yummy! The order was called out fast and the counter staff were friendly and happy to get your order to you! Smiles and good food delivered! Fast pace and line moved along. Many ways to order. You can order at the kiosk or online. I think they have counter orders too for accesibility.

Terrible prices and terrible portions would never eat at any McDonald's airport again.

It says they open at 4 am but they don't open till 4 :10. So they should change the hours or open on time

I know to expect jacked up airport prices but come on a 20 piece nug doesn't have an option for a meal upgrade? 20 nugs with a large fry came out to be over $20. The large fry came in exactly what they give smalls in...

Solid airport McDonald's. Service was relatively fast considering how busy it was for a Saturday night. Fries came out hot and crispy and the staff were friendly. I would recommend this McDonald's

This is a McDonald's in the food court of O'Hare airport so you have to have passed security to stop here. I came here during a several hour layover I had. I had never been to O'Hare before this and none of the options seemed to call me so I decided to go with the tried and true and order McDonald's. Since it was a morning layover, I had to order off the breakfast menu, something I haven't done ever before which is pretty crazy considering how much fast food I eat..... I decided to go with a sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle. I honestly didn't know what a McGriddle was so I was surprised to see a sandwich where the bun is simply a pair of pancakes. But, it was super delicious! You order off the kiosk and then wait for your food to be ready. I ordered and they gave me my food almost instantaneously which was super great considering it's an airport and time is key! You know the type of food you're getting when you come here, but this was a good experience for me.

A very convenient McDonald's location inside of the terminal that I ordered from post arrival to Chicago O'Hare International Airport. It is located in a food court with several other options. Its small line was what lured me in along with the craving of an order of large french fries. Along with my large fries, I ordered a shamrock shake being that March is near its end, so I wanted to enjoy this seasonal option while it is still around. I ordered utilizing the fancy kiosk ordering system rather than at the register which seemed faster in a way. The selections on the kiosk ordering system were easy to navigate through as well as placing my order. There were no disappointments in the large french fries nor with the shamrock shake ordered. I was satisfied with the visual appeal of both, along with their taste! All in all, I had a pleasant ordering experience with this McDonald' location. And as stated in this review, I enjoyed my meal and would surely order from again whenever inside of this terminal area within Chicago O'Hare International Airport. ~Have courage. McDonald's breakfast will never not hit. Especially their McGriddle. Iced coffee was also much better than expected from a fast food place.

Well this McDonald is located inside the Airport. So I can't expect too much here. I got 20 pieces of chicken mcnuggets (for $8.75). They were tasty when they were hot. I had some saved for later and when they were cold they were meh. It's not easy to find a seat at the food court here. I mean its at the airport!. So over crowded! McDonald's was the best choice because options were limited at the airport food court.

Big Breakfast minus the HotCakes because they didn't add them.

Can't wait for my pancakes.... Oh wait you didn't put them on the order. Always a disaster on H.

Tortas Frontera is proof that something at O'Hare can move quickly without first changing gates…read morethree times and sending you a notification that explains absolutely nothing. The restaurant itself is tiny, but the line is not. More people seem to stand in the terminal walkway waiting for food than can physically sit inside, giving the impression that a very small sandwich shop has somehow attracted a peaceful airport demonstration. Fortunately, the crowd is there for a good reason, and the line moves with an efficiency rarely associated with either airports or hungry people guarding carry-on luggage. They have sit-down seating, walk-up ordering for takeout, and self-service kiosks for travelers who want to place an order without adding another human interaction to an already exhausting travel day. It is essentially a choose-your-own-adventure book in which every path ends with lunch. We used the to-go option, received our food quickly, and were on our way to eat at the gate before O'Hare had time to relocate us. I ordered the Cubana, and it was excellent. My only complaint is that I wanted it to be slightly larger--not because I was still hungry when I finished, but because I was not emotionally prepared for the relationship to end. It was enough food to satisfy me, just not enough to prevent me from looking mournfully at the empty wrapper and wondering whether ordering a second sandwich would be considered lunch or a cry for help. The Cubana came with a small cup of salsa that initially looked as though someone in accounting had established a strict condiment allowance. It turned out to be exactly the right amount. The salsa was extremely flavorful without being spicy, added something worthwhile to every bite, and complemented the sandwich without overpowering it. This is important because airport food should improve your trip, not require you to locate the nearest fire extinguisher. The staff were friendly, personable, and impressively pleasant despite serving a steady line of travelers who were simultaneously hungry, hurried, and monitoring departure screens like day traders watching a collapsing market. Their attitude made the entire stop feel fun rather than transactional. Tortas Frontera may occupy approximately enough space to store two suitcases and a boarding group, but it runs remarkably well. The food is delicious, the ordering options are convenient, the service is quick, and the crowd is absolutely worth navigating. At an airport famous for making people wait, Tortas Frontera is the rare place where the only thing I wished had lasted longer was the sandwich.

Airport food will always be airport food. Overpriced and mid. I finally tried out Tortas Frontera…read moreand it was just okay. The line was really long. You could order in person or on the kiosk or dine in. I ended up ordering to go in person because that was shorter than the kiosk. I ordered a mango fresca and quesadilla. It took almost 30 minutes for me to get my food. Their system of calling names does not work well. People weren't hearing their names and so they would put it aside and call again later so some people were getting their food cold because you couldn't hear the name being called or it was being said wrong. Their quesadilla was very mediocre. Not enough cheese to be considered a quesadilla it was nkt memorable and I can continue skipping this place.

And wow, I haven't seen such a big, festive, and popular fast food restaurant grand opening in a long time. The last fast food grand opening that I witnessed that was as big and popular and created such a fuss might have been either a Naf Naf or a Chick Fil-A grand opening many years ago in Naperville. This was quite a bash that Guzman y Gomez conducted on their grand opening today. The crowd, including ourselves, were attracted by the $5 deal on burritos and burrito bowls. We came in at about 4:45pm and there were police directing traffic, advertising sign holders standing along busy Mannheim Rd, a 3-man band playing at the entrance, and also a modest queue to enter and order. The place was hopping and it was festive for sure. I was told GYG does this at all of the grand openings for their stores, and that's cool! Well, we ordered a carryout burrito with beef brisket and pinto beans and also a burrito bowl with flank steak and pinto beans. Even with so many customers, we still had only a 10 minute wait for the food prep. The burrito and burrito bowl were tip-top fresh and delicious and at $5 were 40% off of their regular $8.30 price. There were a ton of employees all busy and looking coordinated and GYG did a good job being prepared for the all day crush today. Their store is big and bright, and has a patio section as well as a drive thru. Congratulations on a very successful grand opening day and welcome to Des Plaines! I really wished they had a grilled chicken option for the split top bun. It's a shame that they don't. The offerings look like corny food sold at carnivals, street fests or a theme park. Not wanting to go extreme I decided on a Philly chicken sandwich. It was served in a thin, long, hoagie type bun which I don't think is Turano. The chicken was drier than it should have been and the bun was rubbery. When the filling lacks freshness, good cheeses or sauces, it becomes a waste of stomach space to continue consuming. All in all, I gave this quiet business some money to keep the lights on till warmer seasons. The cashier told me that is when they are busier. Makes sense when you realize they placed themselves here to make use of visiting travelers.

My brother, three of my cousins and I sat at a round table next to a glass window that offers a view of the kitchen. We were nicely served by a waiter named Alex. It took nearly an hour for our pies -- The Classic and Chicago Special -- to arrive, but that's expected when you order Chicago-style pizza. Boy howdy, it was worth the wait. From a presentation standpoint, the pizzas appeared well prepared and baked just right. Flavor wise, I understood why my brother said that lots of people who arrive at O'Hare tend to come here after they get on the Kennedy (that's I-90 for those of who aren't from Chicago). The cheese in The Classic (sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and onions) and Chicago Special (pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers and onions) is fresh, plentiful, and thankfully, didn't burn the roof of my mouth. It blended well with the sauce and the toppings in each. Each slice was massive to where I was full after at least three forkfuls. When it comes to favorites between the two, I pick The Classic since I enjoyed it the most. I'll add that the Special is like the Italian Beef, the sandwich that's famous around these parts, in pizza form. Before I forget, I should mention that we started our lunch with wings and calamari. I didn't touch the calamari, but I sure couldn't get enough of the wings. That's possibly why I was stuffed (no pun intended) a few minutes into diving into the pizza. I suggest that potential diners request for Alex. The guy practically moved Heaven and Earth to make sure we were alright. He refilled our glasses, gave extra napkins and shared updates on the pizzas. If you have a trip to Chicago in your future and your flight is bound for O'Hare, add this Giordano's to your itinerary.
