The food was typical McDonald's, but good. The place was clean and the service was good. Just a good place to catch a quick breakfast.

Ok to start off with the person taking my order was rude as he'll, I understand if you have had a bad day but just being rude because I need to add more to and order is just weird... I was with a sibling so we had two orders, when we got up to the window to pay it was fine but at the second window to get our food they handed us a bag that did not have what we order so we let them know that this wast right and let them know we had the two orders and the guy at the window just said idk and shut the window... we didnt end up getting the right food and just left.... so over all everyone there is just rude as hell and need work on customer service read more

Sam, the manager, was incredibly unprofessional and rude as heck when I called to ask why the lobby was closed at 9:20 am but people were inside eating in the building. My family will drive to another town to eat at McDonalds if we need to. read more

tThey dumped out all my fries and there service was so slow I asked for BBQ and they gave me sweet and sour long wait time and the place was so dirty me and my friend saw a rat run in front of us would not recommend also the manger was rude and the place was so dirt. read more

Blah. Came for fries, got under-cooked mush sticks mixed with obviously old hard fry pieces. That's all I came for, 5 pm on a Saturday (9/2/22) - no excuse for this quality. Not the first time I've had second-rate food there, I should have known better. I used to get my breakfast on the way to work - convenience was nice. But too many cold meals has turned me off. I work in Columbia and I go right by another store a couple blocks from work. No more soup for you Centralia Golden Arches. I don't blame the kids, this is a management issue of training. As an older adult I have special dietary needs and I rely on my order being made correct with NO SALT added. Every single time I have requested NO SALT, they have come through for me! The drive-thru staff is always friendly and attentive to any needs that I have. I love that I can order my food on their mobile app and they have it already in their computer. Their breakfast is always hot and delicious, especially their Big Breakfast. I've been a customer since 2018 and I highly recommend them over all the other fast food places in Centralia. 5 stars! read more

Okay so earlier today around 10am I was on my way to an event in Centralia mo and stopped at McDonald's to get something fast for myself and my daughter I got her some hot cakes and an apple juice. Got to the event and no apple juice, okay that sucks but it happens. She's just gonna have to drink water no biggy. Event ends it's around 2pm we stop by again before going home since we are exhausted. I explained how we didn't get a juice earlier that I paid for. They ring me up for 2 juices and a 4 piece nugget kids meal. I get up to the window and explain again about the apple juice since I saw 2 rang up. Got receipt and see that I again paid for 2. Go to food window they give me everything except apple juice so I explain again and they hand me two.. I say you guys still owe me from earlier.. he hands me another woot. So now I have 3 apple juices and I feel silly because of the situation and then not listening. I get home hand my daughter her fries and I go to give her a nugget and my finger dips right into what seems to be mac sauce in her nugget box.. so now with no nuggets, I've got an unhappy baby. I just don't understand. I worked at McDonald's 2 years I get it mistakes happen but not just to forget something once but twice then somehow mix up nuggets for Mac sauce.. I live an hour away. The evening manager on 8/12/2018 was horrible! I have routinely ordered through my McDonalds App, sent the code with my son to pick up the food. Last night was the first time they were told no, it doesn't work like that. So I called to find out what the issue was and the manager that was hateful and rude to my son and his girlfriend answered the phone, she was loud and rude to me as well. She kept telling me that you have to have the devise you ordered on with you to pick it up. I told her that that has not been the case in the past she said no your wrong it has always been like that. I told her that we have done this maybe 15 times she claimed that were we not paying for the food. I tried to explain that yes, the food has been paid for because I've seen it taken from my account again she said that was not true. Basically this manager called me a liar. I looked it up and I can prove that on my bank statement it shows Centrailia McDonalds and the print screen with the pick up code that I text my son. I couldn't believe the way she was talking and treating me, I told her I would be talking to someone that was over her... she said go right ahead and hung up on me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! This woman has no business working with the public let alone being put in charge. I would fire her. read more

I've been in this McDonald's several times in the past 2 months. For breakfast I've been in there and the bottom of my button was burnt in the rest of the sandwich was cold. me and my wife both had complained to the manager several months ago on our food quality and how it taste it and how bad it was. the manager offered to replace her food I didn't want my food replace I wasn't asking for a refund I was just looking for person to get a knowledge that hey we need to fix it. after eating there again today or french fries tasted like they said in the warmer for over an hour. My chicken nuggets or lukewarm. And my wife's quarter pounder was not fresh hot. I'm afraid after all the times I've been to this McDonald's this is my last time I've ever going back.
