These were really strong. The burnt ends were really solid and the fries they had them on top of were done right with a touch of seasoning. They didn't skimp on the cheese either. The ribs were pretty bland and honestly tasted like they had been sitting out under a warmer for awhile, as they weren't fall-off-the bone tender by any means. The pulled pork was mixed with some sort of sauce and the meat was bland, mushy, and reminded me of school lunches. The only saving grace was that the sliced brisket was able to be dunked in the sauce to give it flavor. The sauce is the only reason I rated this meal a 3/5 - while it is a very watery sauce, the flavors blend nicely together and there is a slight kick at the end! Overall though, if meat needs sauce to be decent, it's probably not great bbq in the first place. Maybe this was just an off-day for the restaurant? I ended up only eating half of the BBQ and instead eating my day old salad in the fridge. I'm pretty bummed.
