The service and quality of this place have been steadily declining. This morning, I stopped in the driver-thru for 2 hash-browns and a soda. As I pulled onto the freeway, I took a drink of the soda and it had a chemical taste to it. This has happened before and when I called them about it, their response was "Yeah, we know, there's a bad part on the machine." What? You know you are selling a bad product and you continue to do it? Then, you don;t even offer to fix it? Also, I got my 2 hash-brows. Two cold hash-browns that were tossed in the bottom of the bag with no wrappers on them. In their defense, I got the wrappers, they were tossed in on top of the hash-browns, not you know, around the hash-browns like most would expect them to be. I've tried in the past to contact the owner, tellgene@yahoo.com, regarding his store's quality and got no response. It seems that the lack of service and quality starts at the top in this case. If there was ever an argument AGAINST a $15 an hour minimum wage, this store is it. read more

Most unprofessional fast food experience yet. The teens behind the counter were telling at each other throwing insults while the cashier was turning mid order to tell them to stop and 4 managers were having a meeting in the lobby. They also were handing out orders incomplete and out of order and nobody seemed to know what orders went out already or not. Very confused staff. Also all we got were coffee and waited 10 minutes for them to find out they were out and needed to make a fresh pot. So then we waited some more. read more

No dinner for me tonight. I ordered 2 meals, the cashier looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for 2 drink cups. And then he remembered he'd only put in 1 order of fries. When I got home and started to eat my deluxe hamburger, hold the cheese, gobs and gobs and gobs of mayonnaise start to drip off. No exaggeration--GOBS. I scraped it all off into a measuring cup - almost a 1/4 cup of mayo DISGUSTING. And my Coke was flat. Last time ! Last time ! I'm posting to Facebook and twitter and emailing photos to the manager. I Live in central point, I ordered breakfast at the drive through, as I was starting a road trip. My wife started taking the McBug Sandwiches out of the bag, and found a few large bugs in the bag. I called and talked to the manager, and the manager said they would give me more sandwiches from another Bugdonalds, I said no thanks I am sick to my stomach and will never eat at Bugdonalds again. read more

I walked in and immediately my feet started sticking to the floor. I look down in the whole area was a sticky mass with a wet floor sign. The manager was just sitting there bs-ing with an employee. I'm a bit afraid to taste the food after I finish the review knowing how little they care about cleanliness. read more

We like to take our grandson here for the play place - which is great. Clean, fun toys. But, every time we come here there are surly employees with horrible customer service skills. We have other Mcd's closer to where we live & make a special trip out of our way to go here because of the play place. Every so often we decide to give this one another try but they have consistenly horrible, rude employees. On a previous visit, they forgot a part of our order & when my husband pointed out that they'd forgotten the drinks, the counter person acted very put out. Big sigh, eye roll. I think this will be the last visit for us, even tho the play place is super cool, which is a shame. My husband & I have agreed to remind each other of this the next time one of us gets the bright idea to take our grandson here. During today's visit, when I went up to the counter, the gal was fiddling with the computer, so I waited until she was done. No "i'll b with u in a minute" or "can i help u?" When she finLly looked up, she just stared at me in what seemed like annoyance. More annoyance when i asked what drinks were available for the kids meals. I dont expect a LOT from fast food places, but just some basic customer service training here would be great. The gal behind me in line went next to place her order. This customer didnt speak english very well & the employee was so rude, impatient & condescending to her that, after I got our food & sat down, i returned to the counter to talk to the manager. When the manager asked which employee it was, i pointed to her. Mistake. The employee saw me & glared, which i pointed out to the manager. The employee continued to glare as i went to walk back to my table, which made the rest of the time we were there extremely uncomfortable. read more

Great playland here for the kids. The eating area and bathrooms were very clean.

Hey...it's fast food. They got the order right and the place was busy. I saw staff checking both bathrooms and sent a crew member in to clean. The seating area was clean and the play area was nice. Kids were having a good time. read more

I as well as everyone else I'm sure Loves McDonald's but this one is so awful it's like they just hire anyone.. EVERY single time I've come my order has been wrong or the food is old and stale ... today I had it i ordered a McFlurry it came back not even half full so I nicely went to give it back and get back my money so i could go to Dairy Queen (who actually serves quality) and was given attitude bye everyone including the manager/supervisor on duty .. can u believe that ? attitude because apparently it takes a bachelors degree to flip a burger these days.. then we i was leaving i forgot to take a picture of the general managers number they have posted on the window so i called right that second and they did not want to give me the number i asked for then after going back and forth on the phone With me about it proceeded to give me a fake number... so now I'm posting it here hoping they either get a handle on their work crew or shut this McDonald's down and build something better and functional in its plac read more

I always go here when we travel from Central Point to Sutherlin. Great customer service. 2 boxes to order at for long lines. Never have any problems with my order. But the prices at all McDonalds sure have gone up. The Dollar menu is almost non existant any more. read more

Got halfway through my burger today and noticed the bread was moldy.

This is the absolute worst McDonald's ever!! I don't recommend this McDonald's to anyone who lives in the area or even driving thru. Dont ever come here unless you want soupy oatmeal for breakfast,shorted on your kids meals, and under cooked food. Tried to give this a place a chance over and over again but could never get the order right seems like. The staff seems ok not bad to deal with just need to get the order right! read more

I have waited to calm down before writing this. First, I worked at mcdonald's back in the early 90s and boy have things changed. Everytime we go there, even for a drink they somehow manage to mess it up.Now on to the big thing. Recently my 14yr nephew and his friend went in for lunch. He has a slight speech problem. When ordering his med fry the cashier started making fun of him. He asked to speak to a manager and explained what happened only to basically be brushed off. Now Try to get a hold of the owner,yeah right. They are just really lucky I didn't find out about it until several hours later.The service has went down hill and just continues to reflect that people just don't care. read more

Passing through on my way up to Portland and stopped for breakfast. I used the drive thru and was told that their credit card machine was broke and needed to use cash. I found some change in the ash tray and received my food. Once on the freeway I pulled out my food and was disappointed with a cold dried up sausage mcmuffin along with soggy cold hash browns. At least the coffee was hot. What a waste of money! I give up on these crappy fast food joints. read more

This place is horrible. When school was still in this year I would always come to McDonald's during my breaks and each time; even now that I'm out of school they always give me the wrong order or not give the food I ordered at all! The service here is not accurate and the people here need to pay more attention to the food they hand out! There is at least 15 people working in one day but they still can't manage to get anything right. Never coming back. read more
