If I could give a zero I would. Manager is back cooking with waist long hair which in front by her breast then she flings it around to her back. This went on for 5 minutes. Solid McDonalds food as expected, but I just have to mention the men's restroom... the absolute worst restroom I've ever been in. Disgusting wet floors, extremely smelly, the sink counter has a ton of crumbs of some sort, and there was feces all over the toilet seat. read more

Horrible. Staff is nice, but they don't take any responsibility for wrong orders. Usually, when you tell them your order was wrong, they'll try to make it up to you aka provide customer service. Not this place; they'll still want to charge you for things you didn't even order or wanted in the order. Keep driving! Usually get good service here, but the night employees are generally lazy. This time they closed the inside lobby an hour early with no marking on the doors, with the hours on the doors saying they should be open for another twenty minutes. I just wanted to pay for a refill. Fine whatever, give them a call and ask what their business hours are for inside in case me and the door are wrong. Nope, they answer that they're closing an hour early for some drawn out reason probably related to current situations globally, which honestly I get, it's just it takes twenty seconds to write a little note and stick it to the door to say you're closing early, which is totally nit picky, I get it, I just walked up to the door and got my hopes up for no reason, you know? Anyway, I honestly wouldn't rate them this low just for this, but honestly you'll almost never get fresh fries at night at this place with the night crew. They're also somewhat mean whenever you ask for anything that might be any sort of trouble, like when you don't want ketchup or mustard for example. Or forget your bacon. Multiple times. Really sucks to forget to check your bag until you get home and realize that they forgot half the reason you bought the burger, lol. Anyway, I'm mentioning all this in hopes they'll better themselves in these areas, because I've literally worked there when I was a high schooler and I know they're good people, just a little tired at night, I guess. read more

This one remi fed me of being in the Ghetto. The garbage cans were over flowing. There was cups and napkin' s on the floor. Went to the bathroom. The roll of toilet paper was sitting on the floor. Not in the holder. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

This is a disappointment. This McDonald's never has there ice cream machine working. All I want is a McFlurry because they are so good. But I never get them because the machine is never working. We went to this McDonald's because the in n out burger next door was packed. The restaurant was nearly empty. All the tables were dirty, the floor sticky. We were served cold fries. The burgers were good though. read more

this was probably the worst fast food experience of my life. I just went to this location and i sat in a small line for about 25 minutes. when i ordered, the man wasn't listening and was taking forever to respond. he then refused to let us know the final price and sent us on before letting us finish ordering. when we finally got up to the window, the man read our order to us and he only got one thing right. we then told him that that was completely wrong and we told him everything else we had ordered. i had to repeat our order, which was super simple, 3 or 4 times and on the 3rd time, he looked at me and sighed and looked away for about ten seconds. he was angry, tired, and not at all happy. he finally got us our food and we looked at the receipt and he had charged us way more than it should have been and our food was out of the wrappers and the order was completely wrong STILL. i looked up to tell him that he got it all wrong, but he had already closed the window. never going back there again. geez read more

Great place to relax and enjoy a good meal. Every time that I have come the restaurant is always clean. The employees are very friendly. And the speed of service is spot on. They rarely give out the wrong food and when they do they quickly fix the problem. I would deffenitly recommend coming to this restaurant. read more

After going to lagoon, my family and I wanted ice cream. We first went to Sonic up the street and had the worst service ever. We then went to Wendy's, and didn't get service at all. We saw people getting through quickly at this McDonald's, so we went here, got what we wanted, and were out of there in last than two minutes. Thank you! read more

20 minutes for drive thru is ridiculous. Cashier didn't ask what was wanted in Happy Meal, so after waiting 20 minutes, we didn't even have the right food. Won't be stopping here again. McDonalds is supposed to be a place you always know what you will get. read more

I come here once. Yes the food comes out fast. But my shake is ¾ full and not mixed at all. When I go back to the counter the employee mixes it more and squeezes the cup causing cracks all over it. At that point I'm done and just want a regular drink. Their fountain is low on flavors and the employee just glares at me. I will not be coming back. read more

Seriously THE best McDonald's I've been to ever. I hesitated to order the Filet-o-fish due to the over-abundance of sauce that has lately overwhelmed the poor fish but decided to give this restaurant a try anyway. It was perfect. The filet was hot and the bun was fresh and the sauce was just the right amount so that it never soaked through the bread to disintegrate in to goo like it does at every other McDz I've been to lately. The fries were perfect too and add an ice cold Coke and it was the perfect meal of comfort food. The restaurant is decorated very nicely, very peaceful, with a play area that is separated from the rest of the seating by a sliding door. Seating is available in the play area as well. It was nice and cool and there was plenty of intimate seating available and it was clean and quiet in the main area where we ate. There is a nice outdoor seating area as well. The staff was courteous. And did I mention how peaceful it was there? You will enjoy this McDonald's. It's the one right off the freeway and easy to get off and back on when you're done.
