I don't know what all the One Star reviews are about. My experience this morning was 5 stars so I'm shouting it from the roof tops. I picked up quite a bit of breakfast food for a group. It was all enjoyable. From the time I pulled up to the drive thru speaker until leaving the pickup window, was an amazing 2 minutes. The order was accurate,hot, satisfying. Keep it up McDonald's. Food is ALWAYS horrible even when you ask for an adjustment. Service is always horrible especially at lunch. Never have I ever had a good experience here and regardless of the disgusting practices of McDonalds as a whole- this was my last visit there or any of their chains. read more

Almost every time I go to this particular McDonald's, they forget food items. For example, tonight, I ordered McDonald's delivery, and only two of the three meals showed up. The DoorDash driver got tipped for the full amount, it was a hassle to get a refund, and now I'm angry and hungry. Literally every time we've gone to the drive-through or done pick up there, I have to get back in line because they forgot something, or sometimes several things. The training and attention to detail of this particular location is off the charts horrible. read more

This place does not qualify as a "fast food" restaurant... every time I go through the drive through I have to wait 15 minutes. No special order... and then it comes out missing items and I have to walk in to let them know what they missed. At least they are consistent read more

Worst McDonalds ever. I'd give it no stars if it was an option. The drive thru workers are could care less about where they work or the standards and practices that it try's to uphold. I've had the misfortune of having to visit this location twice in the last month due to a lack of food options in the area and both times the order incorrect, cold and missing items. The service was terrible and me and my dad ordered a happy meal for my brother who has allergy's to milk and when we said DONT PUT FRYS IN THE HAPPY MEAL and I asked for a specific sauce that they did not add even though I clearly said the specific sauce. If I could give this McDonalds 1/2 a star I would. This is the worst design imaginable. McD's must not give 2 s^*#s about customer service anymore. McDonald's used to be a happy place, a fun place. Now it's a stark communist feeling place. Service is terrible, no napkins, people disappear into the room in the back, almost like they're grinding up humans to eat back there. Want a refill? Too bad, no one ever comes out. And there's no machine to get it from. Who's designed this? If the goal was to completely disconnect from their customer, then They've achieved it. I think in an effort to further cost save, welcome to the world of automation. No humans necessary here, just need to be grinded up in the back. This place can't seem to get their orders right? Ever always double check your order before you leave. also, you cannot call them because all they have is a fax machine set up as their direct phone number, so forget calling to tell them they jacked up your order. read more

Best Pickle ice cream I ever had! It was creamy, smooth, and of course tasty! The pickle was juicy and cool! And the onion ring sundae was amazing! I also live in Michigan so for visiting this McDonalds, it's better than any service than in the Michigan ones! And the ambiance of the restaurant is amazing! Under staffed, slow as hell. Was told to order at kiosk after standing in line for 10 minutes. Literally watched this kid move at slow motion speed during an evening shift. Couldn't care less. You've never expect too much when coming to a McDonald's, but wow Avoid at all costs. read more

Super frustrating when you have a large group and decide it would be easier to order online and run in and grab it, only to show up to the restaurant and find the doors locked and the drive thru line wrapped around the building. Defeats the point of ordering ahead... also, if I won't be able to get the food inside or dine in, those things shouldn't be listed as options online. GREAT TURNAROUND...My girl and I went for breakfast earlier this year. Drive thru was way backed up, so we opted to go inside. The store was unkept, and everything was chaos. I actually felt sorry for the employees and guests. Let's give 'em another shot... I stopped in for breakfast last week, and I was amazingly surprised! The store was very clean and appeared well organized. I was greeted by a most pleasant and professional McServer (my word :)) who took my order. They accommodated my deal on the McD mobile app. My customized order was delivered quickly and accurately, I was provided the additional condiments I requested and I was on my way. The entire experience was extremely efficient and very enjoyable. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!! read more

They're faster and have gotten better so I've updated my star rating from a 1 to a 3 but still need to get things together. The second lane that's supposed to be open "Anytime" is literally never open. However I give credit where credit is due and at least they get my order right most of the time. read more

They messed up on my order and the person helping me was rude and sassy about it. I enjoy McDonald's and they are good at adding/doing small changes to the orders. However, if you get pickup or drive thru, make sure to check the bag before leaving, the skipped out on 3 burgers! They just didn't exist for one of my orders. I purchased and payed for the burgers but ended up having to give up my burger and nuggets to my other siblings could eat. Don't get delivery becuase there's no way to correct you order if they mess it up. read more

Been to many McDonald's in my lifetime and never have I seen a fly sticky trap hanging around in plain view inside the restaurant. Not only was the fly trap in plain view it was over the food prep area. We walked out, totally gross. read more

This is the only McDonalds in our immediate area. The service is consistently sub-par. They get orders wrong 9/10 times. The wait times are long. You'd think with all that, we'd not go back. However, it wasn't until today 2/16/17, that I have decided I have spent my last dime at this or any of JSP Managements locations. They have encouraged and support a walk out designed to protest ILLEGAL immigration! The location is closed today. I called to get information and to voice my concerns about the walkout and was given attitude by "Sara" at JSP. I was told they fully supported the walkout and the protest by their employees. SLOWEST MCDONALDS EVER. Tonight I sat in the drive thru line, with only 5 cars in front of me for 20 minutes. When it was finally my turn to order, all of the monitors turned off and a message came through saying "Sorry we're closed". It was 11:00pm. They close at 12:00am. Every time we come to this location the wait is ridiculous and I wish there was another one closer, because I would take the extra time to avoid this one. read more

I went through the drive threw today and purchased a drink. When I got to the window I paid for my drink and asked if i get another one and the lady at the window seemed frustrated so i cancelled the 2nd drink. Went to the second window to get my drink and the man at the window said that will be 1.94 i said i already paid. He said"you are lying" you did not pay. I showed him my receipt and where it came out of my account. He continues to call me a liar and said "you are holding up my line for 1.94 cents! I asked for the manager and he said he was the general Manager. I said and you talk to people in this manner? He was a horrible person let alone a manager!! They NEVER get my 1.94 again!! They should not be working for any company if i show you my receipt and it was paid for and you never owned his mistake!! This is very possibly the worst service I have ever received. Monday-Thursday this McDonald's closes at 11, I got there around 10 parked and placed my mobile order and proceeded to go through the drive they to pick up my order, and there are cones blocking the drive thru. So we drive around and wait at the window for 10 minutes and have to physically knock on the window to get any service. The "store manager" walks up to the window and tells us that they're closing early for... maintenance? I tell him i've already placed my order and paid, and he said I could come back TOMORROW to pick up my order. I told him no and that I would just like to be refunded and he said he couldn't do that and he didn't know what to tell me. I paid $20 for food i didn't get. This McDonald's is T R A S H , they made me wait 3 minutes for a LARGE SWEET TEA only. No food was ordered. And they had 2 employees playing around in the drive thru but could not give me my sweet tea even after knocking the window to get their attention.
